Listen, this one strategy brought me $8 million in digital product sales. And I think this is the key to being successful with digital products. And I think you're gonna be surprised by what it is. Now if you're new here. Hi, I'm Molly. I started my first business as a college dropout with just eighty one cents to my name, and I grew that to a multiple six figure per year photography studio. Then I created digital products and courses for photographers and grew that to $2 million per year. And now I help content creators and business owners create their own digital products and courses for passive income. Now listen, there is so much freaking noise out there. Create an ebook, create a printable, create a course. It's likely that you feel very confused about what digital product or course you should start with, and I don't blame you. I felt the exact same way when I started in 2014. I hardly knew anyone selling digital products or courses. So I just kind of made it up as I went. And keep in mind, I was a photographer, a creative, I loved creating things. And so at one point, I had actually created over 100 different digital products. I had ebooks, printables guides, courses, memberships. You name it, I've made it. Which on one hand is super cool because it gives me a lot of knowledge and experience to teach things on this channel. But on the other hand, it was actually a bad thing that I had so many digital products for sale. I remember feeling so stuck with my revenue level and how many students I was helping. And I remember thinking to myself logically, like, oh, if I want to make more sales, I'll just create more products. No, do not do this. If you want to be super successful with digital products and courses, then you need to do this two part strategy. It wasn't until I did this two part strategy that I was able to bring in millions of dollars with my digital products and courses. And those two pieces are number one, focus in on one to two digital products, max. So that means maybe it's a membership and a course, or an ebook and a course, whatever that looks like for you. But focus in on one, two products to focus on Max. Then you can focus on the second part of the strategy, which is continuing to make those products better and better. You see, when I was creating all these different products, I was never going back and improving these products. I was just creating more and more and more products and thinking to myself, the only way to make more money was to make more products. But actually, what happens is when you create a product and you improve it, and you make it better and better and better, and you're growing your following at the same time, that is key. You are going to have new people to continually put into that new course. So it's a false belief that you need more products to make more money. In fact, you just need to continue growing your following and improving your course, and you will make more money than you ever thought was possible. And think about it this way. Have you ever taken a program and they email you saying, hey, there's a new update, a new version of this product or course, and it's really good, and you've already paid for that thing? You as the customer are just like, wow, you're even more, wowed, you love that instructor even more. And now you're going to want to go and tell all of your friends like, wow, this update is amazing. I love this course. You should go and take it. So by improving your courses and digital products, not only are you going to have better results, get more testimonials, you're going to make your current students happier, and you're going to attract more students in the process. And you're actually going to continually have time to improve those one to two products because you're not constantly making new freaking products all the time, right? So there's actually a three part framework that I use to improve my digital products and courses, and those three parts are teach it, get feedback, and improve. So again, you're not just launching new products, new products, new products all the time. Let's say you decide that your one product is going to be a course. Now, you can do that course, get your first students, teach that course. And then what do you do? You can listen, you can get feedback, you can then reiterate and make your course even better. And again, it's only going to make your students happier. It's only going to get them better results, which is going to get you more testimonials, which is going to get you more sales. So not only is this better for your business and better for your bottom line, but I believe it's also better for your mental freaking health. Because you're not creating new stuff all the time. You're able to focus in, you're able to have more free time, and everyone wants that elusive passive income. This is how you get it. You focus in on just one to two products, make them better, and then eventually automate the entire process so that you can do eventually what I'm doing, which is where I have my two digital products, a membership and a course selling on autopilot. So my entire job is to create free, helpful content every single day to continue growing my following. And I know that when I continue to grow my following, I'm continuing to grow my email list. And when I continue to grow my email list, I'm continuing to grow my sales. So I don't need to put all of my creative juices into creating new, new products. I get to put all my creative juices into creating new free, fun content. And I got to tell you guys, I love this business model. It makes me feel so good to know that I get to focus on giving content for free. And then those who want to pay to deep dive with me, to see behind the scenes, to get more accountability, group coaching, my exact funnels, all these different things. Then they can pay to join my membership and or my course. And if you're ready to grow your email list and your digital product sales, then go in the description below this video. I have a free toolkit for you. This comes with a free funnel, a free canva template and free email scripts so that you can start to convert your followers to email list subscribers and also start to sell your very own digital product. Again, this is listed in the description below this video as an ebook toolkit. So go grab it now. It's completely for free. The other thing that's great about putting all of your focus into one or two digital products is you now can become known for something you're not going to become known as that girl who can't freaking focus and has a million different digital products. No, you are now known for the one or two things that you sell. For me, I sell a membership on digital products and I sell a course on courses. I know how meta. Uh, but now I'm known as the digital products and courses girl and I want that for you too. Because not only is that better for your business, but it's actually also better for your content. You're able to come up with these content pillars that lead people and get them ready to purchase your digital products. Now that you know my two part strategy that brought me in over million dollars in digital product sales, you might be wondering what type of digital product is right for you. But how do you come up with that? Well, it all starts with watching this video next here. Because when you pair what you just learned with what's in this video, it's going to be so much more powerful and help you discover the digital product that's right for you. See you in the next video.
