so the first one now you can suppose you are looking for the candidate from Canada put a title here you can put the keywords like could be PHP or laravel right people open in Google so we are getting now the profiles sitting in India from Canada so there are two tools recruiting and second dog GPT which will help you to create your x-rays in a fraction of second so that was the first part of the video today where we have to learn how I can build my x-rays automatically with a chat GPT or AI tool the second part of the video what we are going to learn today is creating the job description quickly so JD has to be like the right net in which you can cut the right fish foreign it has to be like a story telling that the one point should be relatable to other when we start the JD we always start with writing the company description then chart title location position reports to two then we write the job summary and then responsibility requirements and other things we always have to make sure the responsibilities and requirements are always in the bullet format responsibilities are always starting with an action verb and active voice should be used in the job description that was just an overview how to write the JD but sometimes we are confused that how to write the JD so I have a tool here there are so many AI tools if you will Google today you'll get a lot many but a quick tool and then you write whatever you are expecting it will create a JD for you as I said for before the title you should write the company summary the title then a job summary and then we have to write the
