How to create outlook signature

so now guys I'll show you how I set up my Pipelines [Applause] [Music] I'm going to be following the example I show you on the previous video we will be using three simple stages so let's get to it if you are new to pipe Drive once you have signed in we need to go into this little dollar sign which is the deal option the recommended view is then pipeline because it's going to show us every one of those stages in the customers we have sitting there this is the way it comes out of the box when you sign up to part drive but then to do any sort of changes all you have to do is go here in this little pen and then we have open the stages and we can modify or change things going to follow the example I showed you in the previous video and I'm going to call this stage prospective clients we always leave probability 100 in the routing days is just an option if you want to set up the system so one still has been in the system for more than x amount of days you just close it automatically next one is going to be call engaged customer same thing and the last one or name it closure I'm going to delete these I'm going to delete these as well and then I'm going to save that's as simple as it gets to set up a simple pipe line in this case in pipe drive but it will be pretty similar in every other CRM so now let's start dropping in some leaves so we kind of start creating automations and see how they work the dynamic that I'm trying to achieve here is as soon as I drop the lead into a deal pipe Drive will read which stage in the pipeline is that deal sitting on and then it will perform some actions let's start with the first one for these I'm going to do automations workflow automations I'm going to create my own workflow name this prospective customers they when naming automation just try to be very try to give try to give a name that is really really indicative of what action is this automation performance so if you have to switch it off switch it on or you want to duplicate it it's easy for you to find so that the trigger will be till and I want this to happen every time my new deal is created I'll leave these as it is I'm going to apply the trigger you can also set up some conditions this is a second layer of validation in case we have more than one campaign running or in case we only want to Target certain type of clients in this case I'm going to leave it blank because I want every single deal created to follow this automation step is action I'm going to send an email every time I create a deal and I'm going to be using templates if you haven't done templates please check this video I explain how I do my templates it might be useful for you I'm going to select the template that I'm going to use and I'm going to tell pipe Drive who do I want this email to go in this case will be the deal contact person email and the template that I'm going to do is the welcome email from web forms because this is the way that I'm getting my leads also I want a reminder to reach out to this client three days after they sign in I like to do this with my clients because my business is a service based business so it's very conversational and it's all about engaging with the client and understanding what they need so I'm going to add an action and it will be an activity activity is next and then I'm just gonna call this follow up it'll be a call and the due date will be in three days so three days after this gets triggered the activity gets activated skip weekends and apply action so we are ready to go we click active and we save trigger by me only if you are the only pipe drive use your trigger buy and use it if you have more people in your organization say so that's our first automation ready let's go and try it so a quick recap I'm going to I'm going to be using this stage to trigger the automation this is important I didn't Define which state I wanted on the automation because when I'm creating a deal from a link it will drop in in the first stage I'm gonna go and convert the lead into a deal I select the client that I want to convert and then simply click and convert into a deal it's showing me the information that has come through delete if I want to modify now this is the moment to do it telling me that is going to go in the pipeline first stage so I'm going to go and save and then if we go to the deals the client is now there so now we have the deal in our pipeline as you can see it landed on the first stage which is prospective so two things should have happened the first one is that we should have now a follow-up activity for this client so if I go into activities is there in the second one that should have happened is Daniel there is demo for decline Dynamic from stage to a stage is pretty similar the setup we are doing today is based on you manually moving that client from a stage but the more you do these automations the more you understand in my case when I started doing this the more ideas these automations the more I understood how they work so I reached the point in where I can also automate how the client Moves In Between the stages following actions by an email reply following actions by a Click by days rules or times rules but if you're just getting started this is a simple way to do it and again the way I did it was just trying out understanding testing out some emails in and out some deals in and out the way I Learned was just practice practice so this is a good base and then the more you practice the better you will get at this now I'm going to go and pop in a second Automation in my engaged customer estate one thing is going to change here and it is that this is is not a new deal so the condition will be when the deal is moving from stage to stage let's go again in workflow automations create a workflow I'm going to name these prospective to engage and I'm going to go save the trigger here it stays in the deal but now it is update so the trigger is going to ask us for a condition the condition is still a stage and then I'm going to change has change to engage clusters so I'm going to add this condition apply condition and I'm going to go in to a second action on email again I'm going to send a second template the template is information required for next steps by going apply action I'm going saved save and let's go and try it out if we go to deal and if we move the client from a stage to Stage by simply dropping it or drag and drop the automation will be triggered I hope these guys has been useful for you it has certainly been for me pipelines is all about keeping our clients on an organized way so we can't see who is in what step of the activities as well as having a system helping us doing all of those activities that are repetitive and it take a lot of time and these software are just perfect for that possibilities are really really big you can have all sort of Integrations with different Services super complicated automations or really simple the trick is finding what works for you what I worked for me was just trying try and try until I got that something that is stable and functional my recommendation is it stop my recommendation is start one automation at a time and then set up a small pipeline so you can't keep control of the things you have on the go because at the end of the day these are your clients and
