[Music] on average it takes five follow-ups to crack a deal with so many client interactions some interactions are either forgotten delayed or not done at all let's see how we can track our sales process in smart tasks as we know an inquiry passes through multiple stages till the time the deal is won or lost let's create a deal pipeline through a customized drop-down to add custom fields to your project go to the project settings click on the custom fields tab then click on add fields to project after which you can select existing fields or create a new one in the next window you can edit the fields name select a field type and enter a brief description for the field just like this you can also create a custom field for deal value now when you create a task in this project deal stage and deal value custom fields are by default available in the tasks fill the relevant details of inquiry let's attach a contact to the task for our reference a contact can be a vendor client or a third-party collaborator [Music] we would log interactions with client as a comment this helps us in having clarity on what transpired the last time and what are the next action points for the next action point you could also shift the date and set a reminder on the task as the inquiry moves along the deal stages the probability of closing the sale increases so if we know the deal stage and the deal value we can also predict sales let's see how we can set up CRM analytics clicking on CRM shows you all of the contacts in organization and CRM analytics tab gives you an overview of your sales process let's setup our CRM settings select deal stage custom field enter the probability for each stage deal one is 100 percent while deal lost is 0% select deal value custom field and click on the Save button this is how the CRM analytics would look like you could see number of inquiries in different stages estimated sales and sales prediction by different team members this chart shows you productivity of individual team members in detail you could also filter the results through filter button [Music] you [Music]
