My overall experience with this software has been a tremendous help with important documents and even simple task so that I don't have leave the house and waste time and gas to have to go sign the documents in person. I think it is a great software and very convenient.

airSlate SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling.

to all of your new hired employees manually then this automation is for you with the help of this automation whenever you're going to add the details of your employees in your Google Sheets whom you want to send an NDA to automatically a document will be created in our Google Docs with the help of the template that we have already created at of ND and our Google dogs and with the help of Google Drive we are going to receive a PDF file link which is going to help us to send an email to all of our employees whose data we going to add in our Google Sheets with the attachment of the NDA that is non-disclosure agreement document for that what we have to do is we have to create an automation between all of these applications with the help of P connect and if you want to learn how to do this automation then let me take you all to my screen in this video we are going to learn how to automate ndas that is non-disclosure agreement with Google Sheets and send via Gmail so here my objective is that that whenever I add the new data of my new hired employees in my Google Sheets automatically with the help of the template that we have created for non-disclosure agreement in our Google Talks a non-disclosure agreement of that employee whose details we have added in our Google sheet should be created and it should be forwarded as an email with the help of Gmail with the attachment of the non disclosure agreement in PDF format for that what we have to do is we have to create an automation with the help of P connect so on the screen you can see the website of P connect that is pa.com connect after browsing this website we need to sign into our P connect account but if you're a new user you can sign up for free and get 100 free task every month so as I'm an existing user I'm going to sign into my P connect account after that you can see all p window in front of you in which you can see five applications of P from which we are going to select P connect by clicking on access now then on a new tab you can see p connects dashboard is going to appear in front of you in order to start an automation process in P connect we need to create a workflow for that we to click on this top right corner button that is right over here that says create workflow then a new dialog box is going to appear in front of you which is asking for a workflow name so I'm going to give a name to my workflow as automate ndas with Google Sheets and send via Gmail so this is the name that I want to give to my workflow if you want you can give a name to your workflow as per your requirement after that it is asking for us to select a folder on the left side of my screen you can see I've created multiple folders in my P connect account if you want to create your own folder you have to click on this plus button right over here as I want to save this workflow in a specific folder I'm going to select the folder by click on this drop- down arrow right over here here you can see these are the folders that I've created in my P connect account from which I'm going to select Gmail automations as a folder I want to save this workflow in after that I'm going to click on create in order to create a workflow a workflow is created in the name of automate NDS with Google Sheets and send via Gmail and there are two windows in front of you one says trigger another says action trigger and action are the two most important steps of our automation process because our process depends on these two step steps over here trigger says when this happens an action says do this that means our action is a response towards our trigger in an automation process there can be only one trigger step but multiple action steps first what we are going to do is we are going to set up a trigger step by clicking on this Arrow right over here it is asking for us to choose our trigger application as you want that that whenever I'm going to add the details of my employees in my Google Sheets automatically an NDA should be created for that same employee for that what to do is in the place of trigger application we are going to select it as Google Sheets so I'm going to select my trigger application as Google Sheets after that it is asking for us to select our trigger event and our trigger event is going to be new or updated spreadsheet row after selecting a trigger application and the event you can see p connect is provided us with a unique Web book URL with the help of this Web book URL we are going to connect Google Sheets with PA connect over here we have to follow the steps given here below to connect our Google sheet sheet with P connect so I'm going to first copy this URL from here now I'm going to open the spreadsheet that I've created with the help of Google Sheets and I'm going to connect that Google Sheets with P connect for that I'm going to open the spreadsheet as you can see this is a spreadsheet that I've created and over here I'm going to enter the data for the new hired employees so as you can see this is a spreadsheet that I've created and I'm going to connect this spreadsheet with P connect so that every time I'm going to enter the data of my new hard employees this in this spreadsheet automatically fa connect will capture the response for that what we have to do is we have to click on extensions right over here then we going to click on addons and then on get add-ons then a new window is going to appear in front of you on which on the search bar we have to search for p connect web hook so I'm going to select P connect web books right over here then over here we going to click on P connect web books as you can see that I've already installed P connect web books I'm going to move forward but if you have not installed public connect web hooks please do so you can connect prob connect with the spreadsheet that you have created with the help of Google Sheets so I'm going to move further we're going to click on extensions again and right over here you can see it's public connect web books we're going to click on it over here you can see it says initial setup we're going to click on initial setup then a new dialog box is going to appear in front of you which is asking for a webbook URL and Trigger column we're going to paste the webbook URL that P connect is provided us right over here and for the trigger column it says the trigger column will be a for the date I'm going to write it as as 0304 2024 over here for the phone number I'm going to write over here a dummy mobile number of the employee then for the non-disclosure agreement over here what I'm going to do is as I want to send a non-disclosure agreement to an employee I'm going to write over here as yes but if I don't want to send an NDA to my employee so over here I'm going to write it as no so over here I'm going to write it as yes as I want to send a non-disclosure agreement to the employee that who data we have added in this Google spreadsheet after filling all the details I'm going to open my P connect and I'm going to check whether P connect is captured the response of the details right over here or not but before that what we are going to do is we're going to click on extensions again then over here in the p and books we're going to click on send on event that is right over here again over here as it is saying working if I'm going to take you back to extensions and then p inet webbook over here you can see a tick mark is in front of send on event that means whenever I'm going to enter the data of an employ in this spreadsheet automatically p conect is going to capture the response or this Google sheet or the Google spreadsheet is going to send the data which we have added in this spreadsheet if I'm going to take you back to P connect over here you can see a response is captured and this is the response that was entered in our Google spreadsheet we're going to tally the response over here for the employee name as demo user 123 employee email as demo user 123 atp.com employ address as an address for the date a date right over here for the non-disclosure agreement as yes for the phone number atomy Mobile number and all the other details so this means that we F connected Google Sheets with P connect after that we going to set up our action step and as I want that that whenever in the place of non disclosure agreement right over here I'm going to write it as yes then only an NDA should be prepared for the employee for that what we have to do is we are going to add another action step and for the action application we are going to select it as filter filter is an amazing feature by PAB which is going to filter the values that we want after that for the action event we're going to select it as filter values and then we're going to click on connect right over here over here it is asking for us to select a label filter type and the value so as I want that at whenever over here in the place of non-disclosure agreement is equal to yes then only an NDA should be prepared for my employee so as I've set up that for the select label as non-disclosure agreement as yes filter type as equal to and for the value as yes then only this workflow should continue after that I'm going to click on Save and send test request over here respones received and for the message it says condition is true that means the condition that is applied to this workflow is true after that what we are going to do is we are going to set up our action step as you want that that whenever I'm going to add the details of my employee in my Google Sheets automatically an NDA should be prepared for that we're going to add another action step by clicking on this plus button right over here and how this not non-disclosure agreement is going to be prepared it is going to be prepared with the help of the template that I've already created in my Google Docs as you can see this is the template that I've created right over here this is the template that I've created with all the details that is required in an NDA so this is the non-disclosure agreement right over here and a document of the employee should be created with the help of this template so for the action application we are going to select it as Google Docs that is right over here and then for our action event we're going to select it as create document from template as we want to create a document with the help of the template that we have created then after selecting the action application and the event I'm going to click on connect right over here then a new window is going to appear in front of you on which I'm going to click on add new connection but if you have an existing connection you can choose this option after that I'm going to click on sign in with Google then a new window is going to appear in front of you which is asking for a permission I'm going to click on allow ass a save process and my data is perfectly saved with P connect as you can see that we successfully authorized Google talks with P connect it is asking for us to select a template document so as I've created a template in the name of non-disclosure agreement so in the place of template document I'm going to select it as non-disclosure agreement then for the new documents name right over here we're going to give a name to the document that is going to be created with the help of this template I want that the name of the document should always start with my employees name for that what we are going to do is we're going to map the the data mapping means inserting data from the previous step so we're going to insert the data from a previous step as you can see this was the previous step of this automation process we are going to map the data from the from a trigger step that is right over here by clicking on this Arrow right over here you can see this was the response that was captured in our previous trigger step as I want the new documents name should start with my employe name I'm going to map the data for my employe name as I mapped the data right over here the data has now become Dynamic that means every time a new response is going to be captured in my previous step automatically the data right over here is going to be updated after that I want it as colon non-disclosure agreement so whenever a new document is going to be created with the help of the template it will always start with my employees Name colon non-disclosure agreement after that it is asking for the new documents location so in my Google Drive I have created a folder in the name of non-disclosure agreements folder and I want that whenever a new document is created of the employee whose detail we are going to add in our gole Google Sheets it should save in the folder so for the location we are going to select it as non-disclosure agreements then it is asking for the date employees name employees address job title and the employees name again so for the fields what we're going to do is firstly I'm going to take you back to the template that I've created over here you can see that in front of some values there are two curly brackets in the front and in the end of these values so these are variables right over here as you can see right over here so I want that that whenever I'm going to add add the data of my new hired employee in my Google Sheets whom I want to send in NDA to so I want that in place of these variables the values of the employee details should be entered for that I've created these variables and right over here in my PD connect these are the variables that I've created in my non-disclosure agreement template so in place of these variables as I want the values of the data that we are going to add in our Google spreadsheet for that what we're going to do is we're going to map the data for that we have to click right over here we want to map the data from the spread sheet that we have created that is right over here so this was the response that was captured in our previous step as you want the data for the date I'm going to map the data for the date right over here then for the employees name we're going to map the data again click right over here click on this Arrow right over here as you want the data for the employees name I'm going to map the data for the employee name I've created right over here is just private to only me that means only I have the access of this document as I want to share it to my employee for that what we're going to do is we're going to make this document accessible to everyone for that in my PA connect over here we're going to add another action step by clicking on this plus button right over here for the action application I'm going to select it as Google Drive and for the action event I'm going to select share a file with anyone as I want to make the file right over here accessible with everyone after that I'm going to click on connect right over here as you can see it is asking for a connection and as I have the existing connection I'm going to click on Save but if you want you can add a new connection I'm going to click on Save right over here after that it is asking for a file ID if I'm going to take you back to my previous step right over here I'm going to scroll down and and in the response of this previous stab you can see over here document ID is given so this ID is the ID of this document right over here so what we're going to do is in the place of this file ID right over here we're going to map the data of the document ID so for that you to click on this bracket of the map right over here I'm going to erase the existing data as I want the document which is going to be created with the help of the template that we have created in our Google Docs it should be accessible to everyone for that we're going to map the data I'm going to map the data from my previous step that is right over here and over here I'm going to map the data for the document ID right over here so this means is that whenever a new document is going to be created with the help of the template in our previous step automatically it will be accessible to everyone so after that I'm going to click on Save and send test request and as you can see right over here response is received and over here it says anyone with the link so if I'm going to open the document right over here now it is saying anyone with the link that means anyone can have the access of this document with the help of the link and if we going to scroll down to the response you can see public connect has provided us with multiple links so we going to use the PDF form of this link so that we can share the document right over here in a PDF form right over here and next for the action step as we want that that whenever a new document is created automatically it should be forwarded to my employee as an email with the help of Gmail for that I'm going to add another action step right over here and for the action application I'm going to select it as Gmail right over here and for the action event as send email after that I'm going to click on connect right over here as I have the existing connection I'm going to click on this but if you have if you want you can add a new connection after that I'm going to click on Save right over here then it is asking for the recipient email address on which email address do we want to send an email to for that what we're going to do is we are going to map the email address of the employee that we have entered in our Google sheet so I'm going to map the data of the email address right over here I'm going to skip the part for the CC and the BCC but if you want you can enter the data ing to your requirement next it is asking for the sender's name I'm going to write over here as team Innova Tech as the name of my organization is Innova Tech after that it is asking for the email subject so over here for the email subject I'm going to write it non-disclosure agreement NDA for as I want over here the name of my employee should come so I'm going to map the data for the name of my employee that is right over here so whenever a new email is going to be forwarded the subject of the email will be non-disclosure agreement NDA for the employee right over here I'm going to skip the part for the reply two for the email content as right over here next it is asking for the email content over here I'm going to write my email content as so this is the content of my email that I want this is the main body of the email that says Dear as I map the data of my employee the name of my employee will enter right over here greetings of the day I hope this email finds you well as a part of commitment of safeguarding confidential information and intellectual property we require all the employees to sign a non-disclosure agreement that is NDA this NDA ensures that sensitive information remains protected and confidential please find the attached non-disclosure agreement document kindly review it thoroughly sign where indicate it and return it to us at your earliest convenience if you have
