airSlate SignNow has the facility of text tags which can be include on your documents. Text tags for signature and invite are particularly useful , by adding these tags on the documents you can load the document to airSlate SignNow website and their system sends the document to signer which is already added on through text tag. Another useful feature is the windows context menu just right click on your document and it allows you to load it for esign.

this is a quick overview of the visibility crm system with focus on the sales process management including core crm information currently we are looking at our dashboard which is in sales rep mode as you can see most of the dashboard items are not performance indicators but actual activities leads or deals that need follow-up there are also other indicators that a sales rep might need to look at for example a company that needs a follow-up a rep can document the number of days between visits to that company our dash of the whole system can be easily filtered from sales management view i'm currently set up as sales manager but if i switch my view to sales rep then i see only my activities or deals that i have currently open this option helps clarify the interface for users our visibility system is focused and built around core crm data which includes companies and items related to those companies an example here is arm utilities a utilities company we can capture all the information related to them including classifying them by company type or industry both of these items are completely customizable and can be set up with any number of categories or types needed ranking allows us to segment our client base as well as through the sales rep field we can actually set who the default sales rep is for that company which will drive a lot of our dashboard sales activities building on that company info we can capture locations any number of locations as well as any number of location types for example this is our primary location head office but we can also add things like site branch yard warehouse whatever types are necessary also mailing addresses for each edition latitude or longitude are also calculated so we can map where our customer base is a virtual map of all locations is coming soon a cool new feature we are excited to release contacts have an equal amount of detail say we have contacts located in different places or various offices contacts can also be associated with a particular location capture reporting structures emails phone numbers all your standard items here we display our last activity for this contact just to refresh our memory prior to any meeting additional tabs can be added to this contact we can create custom tabs with any number of fields to capture information specific to the dealer's needs activities are similar to outlook appointments are here with all the details related to them subject duration date and time activity types can be customized to capture various items from phone calls to machine demos additionally we can associate each activity to the contact of the company involved if we can't find that specific contact we can quickly add a new contact here assets is where we capture machine information about the customer's fleet this is of course the reason why we do business with the customer so capturing full details on their fleet allows us to see future sales opportunities it allows equipment again same categorization as our inventory now i can set a rubber track and then do a quick search and say we have this cat 304 available and i can associate this machine with this new lead now that all this information is captured i can look up the details of this machine from a sales rep perspective leads can easily be found here in this menu listing all the leads from a management perspective making it quite easy to see how many leads we have you can also do a filter on status to see how many leads we've quoted and details can be easily viewed here for activities similarly we can see all activities here and if interested via the calendar and here you go and there you have it our sales process management using the visibility crm as you can see our active deals are readily available here on the dashboard if needed we can also create a new deal here or lead direct from the dashboard just put in the company name you're creating it for there it is and that covers our
