at fifth third bank we know that customizing our processes as well as our offerings is essential to growing our business cuvee makes this possible through the depth and the flexibility of their solution in 2012 we started our relationship with cuvidian and we started out using the tool primarily for qvidian proposal automation we still utilize the qvid and proposal automation but we have with audit changes and requirements we now have to leverage the content management almost more than we were the qvidian proposal automation most of our subject matter experts are product managers they review the content provide us with their approvals and the bandwidth that our our subject matter experts have is really really limited and when we started leveraging cubitine more as a content management system we were trying to think what are our options here how do we make this easier for them because we really need them to approve review our content give that feedback quickly and for us there were several things within qvidian that we leveraged one was the ability to use the multi-purpose links so we were able to create resources where we could send a package of content to them where they could click on a link and access that content we also were able to permission the content library for those smees that were willing to access the tool and they would log in and those who use it that way love it because all they see is their content and they feel like this entire system this entire tool exists for them we have had a lot of great feedback about the resources we've been able to leverage with cuvidian we've been able to educate our subject matter experts about all the different functionality in cuvee and we've now had this weird thing where they reach out to us and they're they're providing their own ideas and they're suggesting interesting ways to leverage cubidium whether it's with the multi-use hyperlinks or it's a way to use the different metadata how that could benefit us in reporting and things like that and so we now are inundated with all these ideas and we're not quite prepared to run with all of them yet but it's really a great problem to have it's something we've been longing for for a very long time and now we have this really heightened engagement and a lot of people excited the other thing that really surprised us recently was the amount of content downloads typically we see about 150 to 200 content downloads a month from folks outside of our team now what we're seeing is about 7 000 to 7 500 content downloads and for us the value is we actually now know folks are using this content and we can start to reach out to people and ask you know what are you finding most valuable and we're really seeing discrepancies in which content is being downloaded versus other pieces and then obviously you know as a content manager we we find a lot of value in that today our engagement with cuvidian is off the charts and a lot of that is due to the fact that we've been able to customize it specifically to different roles and allowed people to feel a lot of ownership over this tool it's their tool you
