hi everyone Mike is here Boomerang me founder and I'm so excited to tell you about our new feature Richie your a sales copilot that help you get new clients on board without any manual work and I'm so excited to show you how it really works and uh I think probably it would be the shortest how to video on our Channel but anyway let's see how it work first of all you need to login into your Boomerang M dashboard with your white laet version with agency account of course and you need to be on the paid agency account to get access to Rich eii so first step you need to open your uh agency section in the left side menu with chrone icon next step open prospecting section here and you can see Richie meet Richie your AI sales copilot I'll be delivering new sales while you're sleep uh here is a new option that really could help you to automate a lot of manual steps and really prospecting your customers without any your manual things so to start working with Richie you just need to push first button start outo prospecting as a first step you need to choose your favorite vertical that you want to work with it could be uh one of our six business vertical that we have a beauty ful fit we like a food and beverage health and wellness retail Hospitality medicine and Professional Services but today for example I want to work with U coffee shops why not next step we need to choose desired area for working and uh it could be any City it could be any region it could be any Zoom of the map if you make Zoom bigger you can out you can Outreach more companies in this area if you make Zoom smaller right you can Outreach only this area of businesses and uh maybe less companies could uh be found in this area but anyway uh my recommendation is to choose some average average um Zoom to your Google Map uh let's check yes companies already there and push the next button Next Step as a Next Step you need to choose your snapshot like in manual prospecting uh process uh we have six readymade snapshots for business verticals or if you want you can create your own snapshot and apply to created sub accounts but in my case I prefer to use uh the standard food and beverage snapshot for prospecting and the last step it's a confirmation from rich rich says okay uh right now I want to prospect uh coffee shops I'll create sub accounts apply food and beverage snapshots and create unique proposal landing pages after prepare P personal email sequences and reach out your prospects now richer can create up to 100 sub accounts and 100 proposals for them in one run if you want to run rich again of course you can do that but you need to wait before re completely finish the first task and after you can run rich again for another region maybe for another Niche maybe for in other things let's start we need to wait reach here preparing this job a lot of things we're doing on back end this time really million million processes and yeah task is created and uh process started first of all reach collected up to 100 location and uh create start creating sub accounts for them you can keep track statistics by sub Creation in your sub account section here you can see that a lot of businesses already there new businesses created automatically I put it here and right now we are gathering information and collecting all the data from five different data sources to prepare the snapshots and after all we will automatically create new prospecting email sequence for your customers and we will send emails automatically to them and you can keep track statistics by delivery in your mailing section and I will explain you how to work with Statistics replies and uh conversation with customers in the next tutorials thanks for watching rich is working let's see on results thank you so much see you in the next video
