hi everyone John here from Red Bandits and I'm just so excited to share with you this new HubSpot update called prospecting it's designed to help your sales team manage their tasks now I know what you're thinking your sales team is already good at this right but I gotta tell you when someone receives like 20 or 30 tasks it can be a bit so I've always wanted this like big beautiful dashboard where I can track my progress how many calls do I need to make how many emails do I need to send right but you know what that's more than enough waffling let me show you exactly what it can do all right here we go the prospecting view this is a true game change you know what the term Game Changer gets thrown a lot out there but I feel like this is a true Game Changer right so I'll show you here this is a summary of your task progress like you can see Oreo to Do's your emails and if you hover over here you can change the view from today to overt you and if you scroll down you can see here a calendar of your schedule for today that's pretty cool right super helpful and if you have sequences going out today like emails you'll see that here too how cool is that right but what I really want to show you is on the right side here as you can see I have 70 overdue task I've been naughty and I have 20 emails that I need to send today so if I click emails here it takes me to the actual list of people that I need to send an email to and I don't even have to exit this view I don't have to go to contacts or create a list right so everything happens here if I want to send an email to Joanna I don't even have to open a new tab everything happens here like how cool is that so you can like literally click Joanna here you'll see her profile on the right side again you don't have to create a new tab and then you can send her an email so once that's done you can check that that's pretty cool right and the same as for the same process for the calls like so I click calls here and I see 20 of them I just click Emma I make a call or I log a call and I can check that up that's that's going to like save you 20 to 30 minutes of time that's cool alright so if you want to try this out all you have to do is Click your profile and then find product updates and then you can just ignore all that stuff for now and scroll all the way down to Early Access betas and you can see here all the other betas that you can try out for but what we want is the workspace for prospecting so click the button join beta and then it will ask you which account you want to try this out for so click that account and then click that big beautiful orange button join beta and then you'll see this on your sales menu you'll see prospecting and then you click that and then voila there's your summary you know you can also click here like schedule and then you will see the people that you're going to meet today like literally a list of people like that's amazing isn't it right so anyway if you have questions put it in the comments section but for everything else HubSpot you're already in the right place
