The BEST Decision We Made

Laura Hardin

What do you like best?

We were previously using an all-paper hiring and on-boarding method. We switched all those documents over to Sign Now, and our whole process is so much easier and smoother. We have 7 terminals in 3 states so being all-paper was cumbersome and, frankly, silly. We've removed so much of the burden from our terminal managers so they can do what they do: manage the business.

What do you like best?

I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

How to create outlook signature

where does this fit in the whole kind of cell cycle a really good question so in the world of technical sales there's so many different avenues that anybody can go into and there are different levels entry and also you know mid and you know experience and there's just in those different levels there's also just different like segments that you can dive into so you don't have to start out as one of the lowest tiers which will be called a business development rep or a sales development rep these are called bdrs or sdrs I did air quotes around the lowest only because you typically do have a lot of folks who are fresh out of college applying and getting the opportunity to get that role but those are the ones that are hidden the phones making the outbound calls or receiving warm leads from the website and then following up with the prospect to say hey let me set you a meeting that's one route another route or a natural progression from bdr to SDR is going to be an account executive or Regional sales manager
