It’s easy to use and user friendly for those you request for their signatures. I would recommend all businesses to use this. It’s easier than some of the other products that are out there now. welcome everybody my name is marcus and in this video i'm going to guide you how we can use the freshworks crm fresh sales now what you can do is to click down below in the description for the link if you don't have the account so what you want to do is just click next to the view pricing or on the top right sign up now if you already have a count skip this part and just go for the next part marcus just wait until we're going to be moved here and here we go activate your account to send the emails from the crm check your inbox for the activation link so what i'm going to do i'm going to first activate my account i'm going for my email address look at this activate your account press works press sales and here we got it so first thing first when we activated the account we need to add a mobile number and we are going to edit password and activate account skip and voila so this is how i do it and this is how i created my account so the next thing we are going to look on overview what see the phone the chat switcher so you can switch between multiple tools here and on the top right you can see our name and you can connect emails in contacts have email templates here settings we will get to this part too so this is how we can simply use um the dashboard and let's go to the first thing on how we can add a contact and how we can also understand the dashboard much better so dashboard when you would see right here you're going to see the tasks here you can simply add a task or add a meeting right here then you would see on the right side your calendar quick links today's summary what you can of course do is to simply go to top right to configure widgets and here you're going to see the visible widgets and know which is found what you can do also find hidden or like more widgets what you can do is to move them save and as you can see everything is changed so this is how the dashboard works what you can do also is go to top right click plus and you can write here add account add a deal but we will get to it so the next thing i'm going to show you is how you can simply add a contacts and accounts so when i would click here contacts i can simply click contact now right here how we can add a contact you can import them or you can click on import history you can open all views edit columns what you're going to actually see you can import the contacts right here so that's what you can do you can also add account right here so what i could do simply is let me show you so let's go with the con accounts first first add account enter value it's going to be edit the pipeline that you can you're going to see so you can create your own pipeline but when you want to edit next to the deletion you can customize it see follow up under review demo negotiation so i can go presentation and now stage probability is really great for the your own forecast so let's say that you're going to have a deal stage as a new is going to be or like follow-up is going to be 50 of stage probability and review 40 and therefore you can really calculate your forecast so let's say you would have 100 000 dollars in possible revenue but then you would have 15 probability of success so that's like 15k in revenue and therefore it will calculate it for you that way and deals wrote after 30 days save you can change everything right now when i would go click here on deals again i gonna see that the demo was changed to presentation so this is how it works and this is how we pretty much do it and uh again this is how we can work with deals i can simply move them now when first let's say click on the tasks right here and add a task it's always the same but the localization is different in multiple ways so owner related to collaborators and file of the task have a lunch description have a lunch around 12 task type follow-up due date we change change also the time outcome interested right click save due date today so this is how we do it again when i would click on a deal and i got gotta see the unreview deal i can simply again click on tasks click plus here my task what i need to do follow up or like call reminder i would create task like this click save activities dashboard and now when you would see your activities dashboard you can connect your emails everything and you can simply add a task right here owner and you can add tasks even here so you have multiple options how you can add tasks it only depends to which it's connected to so if you're gonna connect it to contacts or deals it will be on deals right so title my own task and that's what to show you you can simply also add a task through the plus here add a task right here to what it's going to be connected to then you can also add a meeting and we will look on how you can add a
