How to create outlook signature

hi this is Ryan with optrua and I'm going to go through today a quick intro on CRM for sales so everything with CRM starts with the lead the lead is by definition just a unqualified unqualified potential interest leads can come from trade shows from landing pages from business cards from any number of different places the next step after the lead is you will qualify the lead and then the qualified lead becomes the opportunity which is also the definition of an opportunity the opportunity is a qualified sales potential so the potential to sell something in the future it's not the sale that comes in a second some efforts been done some qualification step each qualification is different business by business some might be very process driven others might be very gut driven but you'll take the lead which is unqualified you'll qualify the data based on your business and then that turns into an opportunity the next thing that happens is once you get to a certain point with your opportunity you've worked it you've reached out you've connected then at some point you'll do a quote or proposal and that quote kind of further extends the opportunity kind of takes us a little bit further down the path so it's important to note that even after we've quoted or created a proposal we're still in the opportunity 30's lifetime so the opportunity is still open it might go through several phases of a sales stage or sales process but it's still open at this point once you the next step in the diagram it shows that the quote and opportunity have been won and they turn into the order at this point the opportunity and quote are both closed as one you might think that this is some like perfect case of CRM and maybe your business is more complicated or your business Works differently but let me tell you after years and years of doing CRM implementations the process is typically the same and maybe we change a few names here and there for example we might decide that our quote really should be a proposal or we could decide that our order might really be better called a contract you can make some simple adjustments to this process and still have the process you don't need to kind of create something that's new and unique to yourselves instead save that effort to kind of focus on your secret sauce whatever that might be and and just do the basics for CRM hopefully this has helped show some light on how CRM systems can be put together these basic building blocks once you have this in place you can do all kinds of things from here thanks for watching
