The BEST Decision We Made

What do you like best?

We were previously using an all-paper hiring and on-boarding method. We switched all those documents over to Sign Now, and our whole process is so much easier and smoother. We have 7 terminals in 3 states so being all-paper was cumbersome and, frankly, silly. We've removed so much of the burden from our terminal managers so they can do what they do: manage the business.

What do you like best?

It is innovative to send documents to customers and obtain your signatures and to notify customers when documents are signed and the process is simple for them to do so. airSlate SignNow is a configurable digital signature tool.

Easy to use, increases productivity

What do you like best?

I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

How to create outlook signature

[Music] what are the 10 ways to write better standardized work sop quicker in this video we're going to suggest that hi I'm Russell Watkins from Senpai where we show you practical lean techniques to help you improve your manufacturing business this how to grow one of our tips number 38 of our 50 tips which is all about Sops and there was a request for more information from a number of people a lot of advice out there means you'd have to have hordes of people writing Sops and a wheelbarrow to cart them around him I think we should simplify all of that and make sure you stick around to the end because I'm going to show you the four ingredients to strong standardized work first I'm going to show you a weak standardized work and explain why it's weak and then a strong one with 10 reasons why it's strong the wheat one you see here lots of words very technical words no pictures nothing to engage and generally a bit Bland here you see the strong one and I'm going to explain why it's strong with 10 pop-ups as we go along firstly you see it's got job specific PPE the chemicals you'll be using in the tooling is specified this makes sure we stay safe and we're using only the correct quality assured tools number two there the operator is told when there's a critical characteristic and this stretches right back to the drawing they need to know the really important bits number three you can see is that in the bottom corner we remind our operators what to do if they have a problem number four the word in critical Oneness not using too many words simple words are best don't write like an engineer write like a normal person number five cycle time I know is really useful for each element because it means if there's a problem you can just stand and watch and see which which element is taking longer or shorter helps with troubleshooting number six bottom right there very useful to let operators know what the past defects are the most common defects then they can keep an eye out for them number seven key Point reason given no point just giving the key point you need to know why it's a key point because that way people will buy into looking for it so the key Point reason number eight photos are good but not just any photo don't take it from a distance if you've got something specific to show zoom into it number nine the top right box is really important these they should never be typed in and they shouldn't be empty whoever signs it is saying this is safe and it'll give quality to our customer and number 10 please use a Common Language if people use different words for the same thing you'll get confusion earlier I said that I was going to give you a bonus here of four things to make sure that you've got strong standardized work number one when you write your key points consider your safety first then your quality then your delivery you want to make sure that people are kept safe go home with the same things and Toes first then you put baking quality and then you get the right amount out of the process number two don't pluck your sop out of thin air it's the end of an Engineering Process it starts with a drawing and goes through things like process flow pfmea please make sure that your your sop is an expression of the original drawing not just what you'd like to make because that protects a customer thirdly observe the operation you can't write an sop from a desk without seeing the operation observe it and try it yourself which leads me on to the next point please don't do this to your operators do it with them they're the experts they know the process engage them get their opinion ask them to try it to get a copy of the 10 points for good standardized work click on the links below also check out our tips number 38 and 39 from our 50 lean tips there's more there on standardized work there's an extra bonus you'll also find an example but very quickly but very well done sop that's hand drawn to avoid lots of problems [Music]
