How to create outlook signature

so in today's video i'm going to show you how to build an entire sales funnel inside of wordpress now i'm really excited to get this video out and i've tried to film this introduction a couple of times to explain what we're going to cover in this video i think the best way to explain what we're going to cover in this video is just to show you what our end result is that we're going to achieve by the end of this tutorial so so the start of our funnel is going to be this opt-in form here where people can opt in to our 21 days weight loss challenge so they put in their name and email address and their phone number and then they click start the challenge and then they would land on this page here and then we would say congratulations you're in the challenge we will email you starting steps for the challenge in one hour's time from now so the 21 days challenge in this entire funnel is obviously made up by me but in this example the 21 days challenge could be that we send them an email every day every morning at 7am for 21 days and that email contains their exercise for that day plus some nutritional advice there as well that'd be an example there so when people complete this opt-in form here and they land on this page here we're acknowledging that they're in the challenge we've received their email and what this does is we need to send them those emails every day for 21 days so in today's tutorial i'll show you how to do that so when they film that opt-in form they actually enter this automation here so if we click into this so when they submit this form which is this one here we send them an email after a one hour delay and we say we start tomorrow we get them excited and then 24 hours after they submit the form where it says delay 24 hours we would give him that first day's email with the first list of exercises for day one and some nutritional advice for day one and then down here this is delayed but it's going to go out at 7am so after 24 hours at 7am we'll send that email and then here after 48 hours at 7am we would send them the second day's email so i set up the first two days here because you guys get the idea of how to do the remaining days so that's how we go and drip our emails over the 21 days and then also if we go to contacts here our user has been added here and subscribed and we can email them later on for offers in the future so we're doing all of this inside a plugin called autonami and this is a crm plugin that you can into wordpress and it basically takes activecampaign and those email automation services and moves it inside your wordpress website and does everything it houses all your contact information it does your automations which we just looked at then and then it also allows you to do your abandoned carts which i'm going to touch on later on in this video and show you how to go and set all of that up but if we go back here we're now on this page and now they're in that automation where we're going to drip them the 21 days challenge emails one every day for 21 days so we've just ran through that but then we also on this page we try and get a little bit of money back maybe we're trying to offset our offer or they're not sure if this is right for them they might close this browser but what i'm going to show you how to set up is behind the scenes we've actually captured their details and here under carts we're going to trigger a cart for them so this is their cart here so if we have a look we have the cap and the protein powder and we can have a look at more details here and then after 15 minutes if i don't purchase then i'm deemed as an abandoned cart and that would trigger our abandoned cart automation so if we go under automations this is our abandoned cart automation so then we can see if they abandon that cart we're going to send them this email and we design this email using a drag and drop builder which i'm going to show you how to do as well and then if we click to launch the editor this is what that email looks like again you just build this using drag and drop and so they get that abandoned cart email 15 minutes after they abandon their cart and then 24 hours later we can send them another email with a coupon code so here's an example of that abandon cart email that i show you how to set up in this tutorial today so hi grant we've reserved your cart we run through the 21 days challenge we list the items that were in their cart and then if they click this it takes them back to this checkout page and then if we scroll down to the order form it's pre-filled all their information so if they're ready to purchase now they can just enter in their credit card details and then click place order so what i'm also going to cover is if people go to your checkout form and they complete this and they put in their credit card details and then they click place order now i'm also going to show you how to do this which is post purchase upsells and downsells you want to have post purchase upsells and down source for pretty much everything that you sell on your website it is an easy way to make more profit for your woocommerce website so here on my screen i show you how to set up this upsell here where we create a bundle and then people can say yes or no to this so if people say no to this then we'll go ahead and downsell them so here we're down selling them just the cap and then they could say yeah i want to get the cap and once they say yes or no to that then we could upsell them another product so here's the belt so i show you how to set all this up and they could click yes add this to my order and then from here and then they land on your thank you page their order is confirmed you send them an email and it's all done so this is what we're going to cover in today's video it is very comprehensive but i feel like everyone should get some value out of this so let's get into the first part of this which is going and actually setting up our sales funnel and looking at the plug-in that we're going to use to do that which is one of my favorite wordpress plugins of all time so the first thing that we need to do is obviously go out and set up this sales funnel so we're going to be using woo funnels here i have it installed already i'm not going to run you guys through how to plugins i'm pretty sure you guys know how to do that but once you and activate it you'll get this new menu item here wu funnels we want to click on funnels and then let's click add new and we'll just call this opt-in funnel and we'll click add and then here i'm going to build this with elementor you have these other options here if you're using beaver builder you'd select other so we're going to use elementor and we're just going to go and choose sales funnels and i'm just going to choose one of these designs and we are going to choose let's go with let's preview this one so this has a checkout page so it's actually a sales page with a checkout form on it which is interesting uh or the other option that i want to look at in this tutorial is this one here which has a separate sales page which looks like this and then that clicks through to the checkout page which looks like that then we have our upsells down cells and thank you pages so for this demonstration i'm actually gonna go with this one here so let's go ahead and import this so now we have that sales page step here which has the order form on it some upsells down cells and thank you page so we're going to add a new step here it's going to be an opt-in step and we'll call this opt-in for nutrition like that and we'll click add and let's just drag that into the first position and now let's go ahead and edit this and then let's go and select this design over here so i'll just import that and now if we preview that this is now our opt-in form so this is where we're gonna send our traffic that's our initial funnel setup so now let's open up what we have set up so far so take the 21 days weight loss challenge today name email start the challenge click now we land on the sales page and this is where we're selling our supplements so let's just say this is protein powder and then if people click to get it now they're down and they're on the order form there's a little bit of disconnect there people are filling in our opt-in form landing here and then we're not really acknowledging that we understand they've just taken the opt-in form but here's a offer that we're running right now so we need to bridge that gap there so the easiest way to do that is just to come back here and add a new step and we're going to add another sales page and here we'll call this the bridging page and click add and then this is going to go in between so now we'll click to edit okay and now i'm just going to select this template here and then we're going to edit the template now i'm just going to change this so i might say congratulations you're in the challenge we will email you your starting steps for the challenge in one hour from now and that's to make sure they stay here and they're focused and they're not going and checking their inbox now and now what we want to do is we want to get their focus and lead them into the next page where we're gonna sell on that protein powder so you know you're in the challenge how about um you get our protein powder to assist with recovery throughout that challenge this is just i'm just making this up obviously and i'm not gonna go ahead and design it really nicely we're more doing the logic here so so i so we need to add a product to this form which would be the protein powder and then let's add an order bump because i always recommend adding an order bump to your checkout forms it's just extra revenue so i'll show you how to do that now and then we'll spend the remainder of this video setting up the automations to do the abandoned cart and do the opt-in so when people fill out that opt-in trying to get people back to this page to purchase this office i'll show you how to do that later on but first let's complete this form so back here in wordpress let's go and add a product so we'll go add new and we'll say protein powder stack and i'm just going to keep this really simple for now we're just going to do that there and we'll add an image which will be this one here and then we'll go and publish and now that's done so let's go back to our form so go wu funnels and then funnels and then we'll edit our funnel and then these red errors here are the things that woo funnels is saying that we need to add for our funnel so it's a really good reminder here it's a good ui so let's edit our checkout page and we're going to go to products and we're going to add a product and we're going to add the protein we'll click add and we'll click add product so there's our product there and then we want to save the changes and then let's go back and now we need to add an order bump so we'll go add order bump and let's do belt and click add and then we'll edit this because there's no product so we need to add a product and then we'll add a product to this order bump and i will do cat and then there's our cap and we'll click add and we'll just save changes and then in design we can customize how it looks so for this i'm just going to make something up i'll say obviously we're doing a lot of outdoor exercises during this challenge so get our 21 day challenge cap and keep safe while you're out completing all the outdoors workouts we have for you so good enough let's click save and then let's just preview this checkout page so there it is we'll click try now we go down there's our protein powder stack and then we can go down so uh email address name phone number select shipping put in credit card details so if we click add that adds it to our order and then we can place the order and then we'd go to the upsells and down cells so let's go back and if we just edit this funnel again so so far we've completed this opt-in page which is this page here and then we've completed the bridging page which is this one here that links them to the next one which is the checkout which is this one here and we've done the form we've added our product and we've got our payment details with the order bump there so now what i want to do is quickly set up these upsells and then we're gonna move into the automation side where we're going and doing the abandoned cart and things like that so let's click into the upsells here and then here this is where we add our upsells and down sells so i always recommend if you are selling anything online set up some upsells and down cells it's not like you can hurt your customer or anything like that because the people that are seeing these upsells and down soles after they already check out they've already checked out so it's not like you can scare them away these are just additional ways that you can show them extra products and make some more profit for your woocommerce store now some tips for how to go and set up sales funnels i actually released a video yesterday on my youtube channel that was 20 hours ago i published it and it goes through the logic and strategies that you can use to go and set up your upsells and downsells in terms of pricing and what types of products to use and this is all based on my experience of setting up one sales funnel that generated over a million dollars and i go through it here in this video here and i break down the first upsell that you should have and the second down sell on the third down so you should be having and why so i definitely recommend going and watching that video but coming back here let's go ahead and actually set up our upsells for this funnel so we'll click add product i'm just gonna do what i did in yesterday's videos because i already have the product set up here so we're gonna do a bundle and it's gonna be for a cap and a belt so we'll click add and this is gonna be an upsell for a bundle so it's two products the cap and belt in one bundle for a big discount if people say no to this upsole then we wanna add a downsell and we're gonna downsell each of these separately so we'll do cat and we'll go add and i'll just add the cap into here the cap add and then we want to turn that on and save and then we'll add another offer and we're gonna do belt and it's gonna be a downsell add and then we're gonna add a product belt so add that and add turn this on and save and then coming back to this down cell for the cap we always want to send them no matter if they say yes or no to this upsell to this next down cell which is a belt and we can do that down here so dynamic path offer we're gonna send to the belt if they accept it or they reject it so again the logic of this is upsell a bundle as the first upsell it's two products as one for a big discount if people say no to that we break out the items in that bundle and then down sell them as their own separate offers so we go the cap and then we go the belt and no matter what if somebody says yes or no to this down so we still show them this down so i've done some tests here and no matter what it doesn't make sense but even if you show them the bundle for the cap and the belt people will say no to that and then they'll buy the cap and then buy the belt separately they just might not have lacked them being grouped together on the one page here but they still say yes to them there so that's why i always recommend breaking them out here and going from one to the next again this is all covered in this video here it's a very thorough video it's 20 28 minutes long put a lot of effort into that and i covered some of my best tips for upsells so now that we've gone and set up these upsells we just need to customize their design so if we go to design and then here i'm just going to select one of these so i like this one here so we'll just go import that one's there and you just select it for each of them you can choose a different one if you want so i'll go this one for the cap and then for the belt let's go for another one and we can go down and let's do this one here like that so one two three now that this is done let's go ahead and test this from start to finish as if we were a customer and see what the customer is going to see and once we've gone and made sure that's all working we know the whole front-end setup and then we can focus the remainder of this tutorial on customizing the back-end and setting up the automations and the abandoned cart flows and all of that other good stuff that's really important to get people back to here and buying in case they abandon our website so let's go ahead and test this so we'll go back and then we'll go view so ignore that for now again i'm just making this up as i go they'd land here and it would say wait get the cap and belt as a combo deal and show that you're in this 21 day challenge while you're outside and working and show the support for the cause so they could go down and they could go yeah i'll actually get this or they could say no so we'll just say no to this then we're going to get those two items in the bundle the cap and the belt we're going to break them out to their own down cells so now this is down cell one for just the cap and then we could go yeah i'll get the cap and then they would go to this page here and then they'd say you know before you go do you want to get the belt as well hmm yeah okay and then also if people say that bundle deal in the first upsell it's to say it's like 50 for both you can down sell them it could be a lower price so where the belt might have been in the bundle deal and the customer valued it at like 30 dollars you could give it to them here for 20 so you could lower your price a little bit there if you wanted to but here we'll say yes add this item to our cart now we've completed all the upsell steps and the next step is to go to thank you page and this is our thank you page so we ordered this on the order form this was our order bump and this is our first downsell and this was our second down cell and if we go woocommerce and then orders and then we have a look at that order so this is our order so we bought the protein stack and then our order bump was a yes because we bought it and it was a cap and then our upsell was a yes to a cap and then it was an upsell yes to a belt and you also have this timeline here that runs you through it so we rejected the bundle we viewed the cap we accepted the cap and then we viewed the belt accepted the belt and then it terminated so into the thank you page and then if you go down it also has the upsells here the transactions so this is all set up in terms of the customer going through our opt-in form all the way to going through to the checkout form completing the upsell process and reaching our thank you page as far as that's concerned on the front end of the website we're done now what we need to do is the backend stuff the automation so let's get into the next section and start that process so looking at our funnel here the first thing that we want to do is when people put in their name and email address on our opt-in form we want to take them to the bridging page but then also save their details somewhere so that if we save their details and then they go here on the bridging page and then they exit their browser or if they go from the bridging page to the checkout page and then they don't purchase and then they leave at least we have their details saved and then we can send them emails over the next couple of days to maybe give them a bit more of a perspective as to why they might need the protein powder why it's such a good deal and our emails that we send automatically over those following days could link back to this sales page and we could also try linking directly to the checkout form so first step in all of this is saving the contacts details from this opt-in form over to here so to do that if we actually click into this opt-in step and we preview this so we already have a form here so this form that's output here is actually built by wu funnels so if we go back to this funnel step and we click on form this is the form and this is where we build it so we put the name we put the email address there i'm just going to show you a few different settings that we could add here so we could go over here we'll put last name and phone number and then we'll put the email address there so first name last name email and then phone number and you can also add custom fields here so you could add a text a radio so you have that flexibility we're not gonna go into those more advanced advanced features in this video here we're gonna stick to these four fields here so we'll click save and then i'll go back here and refresh and there's our form so now that we understand that with wu funnels out of the box it has this built-in form builder for the opt-in step inside a funnel and doing so this customization here creates the form on the front end when somebody completes this form we need to understand where that data is going to be saved now there's different ways you could go and save your data you could get this form data here and then save it into activecampaign you could save it into mailchimp you could save it into another email automation service clavio you could do whatever you want but what we're going to be doing in this tutorial is getting the form data from here and saving it into a plug-in called autonami now autonami is like active campaign and mailchimp but in wordpress so a wordpress plugin i really like it and the best thing about this is that orton army and wu funnels are coded by the same team so their integration is very tight it's very easy to do very advanced things using both these plugins just because they're built by the same team and just a reminder if you're interested in checking out either of these plugins there will be links in the description below but let's go into autonomy go here under forms and click integrate new form and we'll say opt-in 21 days day challenge and then click add and then choose wu funnels opt-in and then choose the 21 days and click next and then map them to the contact fields in autonomy so form fields first last email and phone so this would be first last email and then phone like that we're not gonna tag or add them to any lists and we'll click next and then click activate and now that's done so once people fill out that form it creates their contact in autonomy and let's just complete this form and submit it and then let's go back and refresh and there we are now that that opt-in form is linked up to autonami we can go ahead and use these contact details to set up our automations so the next thing that i want to point out is if we go under autonomy and then settings and then cart you have this option here now it's activated by default in the autonomy plugin but here it says enable cart tracking and this is turned on so this is usually set to 15 15 and 15. i've just set it to one and zero and zero just so i can make these tutorials basically what it's doing is it's just uh you're specifying how many minutes until a cart is deemed as abandoned and then it triggers an automation so you know some people might take you know 10 minutes to complete the the checkout form that's why it's usually about 15 minutes i just set it to one so that i can go fill out the checkout form and then i only have to wait a minute before i get the abandon cart email and i can make these videos for you so we're gonna leave that as one but now that that's activated we have this menu item here called carts now there's no carts in there but i want to show you how this works so once we filled out that opt-in form and we landed here if we go to click to claim this deal and we land on this page here if we go down and we put in our name our email so i'll go like grant ambrose suburb put in all these details and so long and then you know what i i don't have time to go through this or i'm not really convinced that this is the right product for me so i close this page now if we refresh this it's taken my cart details and it's created a new cart inside all toonami and it has the items that i had in my cart the total and if you click here you can see some more uh details about it so we're saving our opt-in form details into autonomy and then people that abandon the checkout form are saved here as with their cart details being abandoned so now we can go and use both those things to set up automations and set up our abandoned cart flow so if we go down to automations we can go ahead and click add new so right abandon cart 21 days challenge protein powder offer like that we'll click add and then the event that's going to trigger this automation is going to be a cart abandoned and we'll click continue and then we'll track conversions on this one and then we'll add an action so when somebody abandons their cart then we'll do a direct action and we're going to send an email and then if we click on this we can see the email the customer is going to get once they abandon cart we're going to send them this email it's going to go to their email address the subject's gonna be we're holding the cart for you and then it's gonna be hi first name i noticed you were trying to purchase gonna output the items in a table we have reserved your cart they can click there to go back to the checkout page to complete their purchase and then if we go down and we click generate preview we can actually see what this is going to look like the height name we did this and so on for this i'm actually going to use the drag and drop builder i like showing you guys this as much as i can in my videos because it's so powerful if we go drag and drop builder i actually have some templates saved from previous youtube tutorials that i've done here on my channel so i'll put links to that in the description below where i went and customized woocommerce emails and set up this template where it's gonna leverage that template from a past youtube video they're very easy to set up so we'll go here and then i'll go this one here and then we're going to launch the editor high contact details we have reserved your cart for you below routine powder offer there and then here we would actually want to output something like here are the items in your cart and then we'll use a merge tag and this is going to be for the cart items and we're outputting the part table layout copy clipboard paste now this button when they click it it needs to take them back to the checkout page there's actually a merge tag that does that so if we type in link it's called cart recovery link so we'll copy that and then we'll copy here and then we're gonna in this button where the url is we're going to paste that merge tag and then i might actually just duplicate this i'm going to drag that down there and then here we'll write complete your purchase and then down there as well so we'll save that and yeah if you guys want to learn more about how to build your woocommerce emails your wordpress emails using a drag and drop builder i will leave a link to that video below it's one of my favorite videos and i show you how i went ahead and built this email template here and customized all my woocommerce emails to use this template it's a really good video it's probably one of the ones that i wish that i'd seen uh when i started using wordpress but there wasn't really anything like this out when i first started using it so it's a very powerful plug in this ordinary so now i've gone ahead and done that and then we'll go your part is expiring and then we can also generate a preview and then it will look like this which is real i really like this design so we'll just close that okay so now that that's all done when somebody abandons the cart we're gonna send them this email but in this email if we actually click back into it notice how i mentioned that this email is specifically for people abandoning their checkout for this offer that's for the protein powder for the 21 day challenge people so if we go back here we need to make sure we only send this email to people that are abandoning that specific checkout form and not another form on our website otherwise they're going to get confused they're going to be like what's the 21 day challenge so to do that we need to add a condition and the condition is going to be if the checkout page is and then here we need to select that checkout page's name now silly me i didn't name my checkout page let's go back into our funnel and then we'll go opt-in funnel and this one here so we'll click into it and i'm just going to rename this and we're going to call it checkout page 21 day protein powder offer like that and i'll just update the url and now that's all good to go so then let's go back to autonami and then automations and then click back into it and then here the rule is if the checkout page is and we'll do protein powder so if it's that checkout page is yes so we need to move this so we're going to copy this and paste it over there and then we're going to go ahead and delete that so if the cart's abandoned and they abandon it on that checkout page for the protein powder we will send them this email here and then this email is going to mention specifically that this is a 21 day challenge protein powder offer and then this links back to the checkout form so now that we've set this up remember this when they abandon it which would normally be after 15 minutes if somebody goes to the checkout form and then it's not filled out within 15 minutes on this page we'll send them this email and then we could just go and copy this paste that there and then edit this and then this one we could actually send this out after say 24 hours later and this is 24 hours from when they first enter this automation so when the cart's abandoned if it's this checkout page send them this email and then send them this email 24 hours after they abandon cart so the next day and then we'd edit this you give it a different subject line you know warning plus coupon code and you could add a coupon code in here if you want to and i also released this video here personalized coupon codes woocommerce this video shows you how to send coupon codes to your customers where the coupon code has your customers name in the coupon code to make it a bit more personalized so i'd recommend watching that video again i'll leave that in the in the description below as well i think that's definitely worth going and checking out how to do but now i would say this cart abandonment flow is pretty fleshed out you could obviously go and add more emails there we could add some actions here where we could send an sms as well if you've integrated twilio with autonomy which you can do but let's just leave that for now let's just assume that this abandoned cart part of this video is set up so now we need to focus on the opt-in form because we obviously need to send our customers emails about the challenge it's not all just about selling this offer for the protein powder let's go back to automations and we're going to add a new automation and we're going to call this 21 days challenge this is going to be evergreen and what i mean by evergreen is it just can run indefinitely so it's not like you're running a 21 days challenge where it starts on august 1st and it goes through until the 21st of august and then it ends you could have a 21 day challenge that is people that people can enter and start and stop whenever they want so i could start it today and someone else could start it tomorrow and our 21 days would be different so that could still work and if you want to run it like that as an evergreen you could set up automated emails that go out during the 21 days so maybe one a day and it's just a hands-off thing that just runs constantly so to do that we would have to select an event for when this automation would trigger and then under wu funnels it would be an opt-in form and we'll click continue and then we'd select our form there so it would be our 21 days opt-in form and then the email field is this one here so when somebody fills out that form then we could go direct action and we could send an email and then here it would be to their email address so we go copy and then paste and this would be day one welcome hi and then we could go to the merge tag and we'll go uh name contact first name fall back there copy hi there welcome to day one of the challenge and you could put some text here again you could design it using the drag and drop builder like that you guys get the point and what we could also do is we could delay this first email and we could send it out after 24 hours like that so they submit the form we wait a day and then it says welcome to day one and then we can just copy this and paste that there and then this second email so day two this could be push-ups and it could be something measurable like a hundred push-ups challenge and you could teach people how to do push-ups and then down here this would be sent out after 48 hours again because this is 48 hours from the time they filled in this form and worth mentioning is that if you're watching this video now autonami this is version one version two of the autonami plugin is in beta and i've seen what it can do and it does some things a little bit differently but it is amazing one of the things i really like about it is that instead of setting your delays to be from the time somebody entered the automation so this is 24 hours since they filled out the form this is 48 hours since they filled out the form your delays your timing is based on the previous event so this one would be 24 hours from when they fill out the form and then if i set this to 24 hours this would launch 24 hours from this one so a bit more like active campaign i really like that i'm going to be covering that over a lot of videos here on youtube i really want to do a deep dive into the new ordinary um features because there's a lot of good ones in there but now that we've gone and set up this one last thing that we could also do is while we're giving him the challenge on say day two we could also say ps feeling sore don't forget we have our 40 off protein powder deal for 21 day challenge members and then click here to see this deal and then you just need to link that back to the sales page so if we go back to woo funnels and funnels we could click into our funnel you don't want to send them back here because they've already filled out that form obviously so you want to send them back to here so if we open this we can just get the url and then we'll come back here edit this email and then here we could underline this and then this we could make it a little bit bold and then also we could make it say a red color and then here this would link and it would go to that url there for our sales page with our checkout form on it so we could preview this so it looks something like that again i probably designed that using the drag and drop builder that's all good that's all ready to go so now that we've done that there's one more thing we need to set up so i said here on the bridging page that they will get their first email in an hour's time so we need to go and create that email so here in the 21 days uh automation where we deliver the challenge emails we need to add an email here so the direct action and we're gonna copy this email from here paste it there this is gonna be uh intro and then hi then we could say we start tomorrow like that and then this would go out here we could do after a delay one hour now you could also inst just say they fill us out at 10 o'clock at night you obviously don't want to say day one starts at 10 o'clock so you could edit this and we could change this and then we could do after delay and we could delay until a specific time of the day and then this we could send at like say seven o'clock in the morning like that and we could do that as well so here we go change after 48 hours but we'll do that at seven o'clock in the morning like that so now that's all done so that's gonna go out an hour after they do that which is what this page does here let's go ahead and just test all of this now and just make sure it's all working so firstly i'm just going to go ahead and delete all my test data just so we know that we're starting from scratch so i'm going to delete my contacts and then under carts i'm going to delete my cart and then we'll go down to funnels so let's go ahead and test this so i always want to test in an incognito so private browser so we'll open this up so let's go through and put in our name first name last name email address phone number phone number and click start the challenge so we're submitting this form so it's submitted like that and just quickly while we're here i think i mentioned this previously there's a service called twilio and it allows you to send sms's to your customers it works sort of like send grid or amazon ses for emails where they allow you to send emails this allows you to send sms's and you can integrate this into autonomy and then that would allow you to get this here save it to the contact and then during your automations you could sms your customers as well as send them emails so i just want to point that out here let's go ahead and let's click start challenge now if we go back to autonami and we go to contacts okay so that takes us to this page here so we submitted the form so if we go back to autonami and we go to contacts so there we are and if we click into that there's all our details there and if we go under funnels we can see that we filled in this opt-in funnel we completed the opt-in steps that's green and we can see all of this and there's no purchases in there yet let's go back and then let's go click to claim this deal this is that page there and then if we scroll down and we go yeah okay i want to order this so you can see that autonomy has taken all of our details from the opt-in form and pre-filled our order form with those fields that we filled out so first name last name email address and phone number so it does carry it's called persistent bill um forms it carries data from one page to the next one so obviously it's less data for your customer to fill out so it should increase conversion rates but that's pre-filled this so i actually haven't done anything to this point so because my details are in here this should have created a cart for us it's an active cart so if we go back to autonomy and we go under carts you can see that here's our cart here so this is that that's for the total if we have a look this is all there so this is what we need to take away from this is that when people fill in our opt-in form and then go to our checkout page it's going to pre-fill form data into there and that's going to initiate an active cart and then that creates a cart and then if somebody doesn't complete this within the next 15 minutes again that's going to be that setting here under autonomy settings parts and this is usually 15 minutes if they don't complete it within 15 minutes this cart is going to be marked as abandoned and then here under automations and then abandon cart the cart will be deemed as abandoned if it's this checkout page which will be true yes then they get sent this email which we designed using the drag and drop builder so we should have actually entered this now because it's been a minute since i filled out that form so we have abandoned the cart it was that page i should have been sent this email here and we can check that if we go under cart here it is there and it says in progress if we hover on this in progress cart where automation has triggered so we have triggered that automation so also if we click into our contact and we click on emails you can see that i was sent the email with the subject your cart is expiring and this subject your cart is expiring if we go back here and click into our automation and edit this one that's this one here your car is expiring so let's go and check my inbox so this is our email it says hi grant we have reserved your cart for you below the 21 day challenge here are the items in your cart there it is there and then if i click this i return back to this form here and then if we scroll down woo funnels pre-fills these form fields using the details that are saved for my contact in autonomy so if i go ahead and fill out some more of these forms so i'll go one two three street suburb postcode and then new south wales and now that i've put in more details into this form behind the scenes wu funnels is getting this data and then saving it to my contact in autonomy so firstly i came with my email first name last name and phone number i put in my shipping details if i close this and i go back to this email if i open this in a private browser again and then scroll down to the order form you can see it's pre-filled my shipping details so i really like that it's pre-filling as much information as it can and it's just trying to speed up the checkout process for me so now that we've done that i'm going to click this here again and we're not going to go and incognito here so i am logged into wordpress so i do have access if we go down to the tester gateway so i can go and test this i can show you the upsells and down cells here so again coming back here it's pre-filled my information so as much as it can and if we go back to cart we can still see that this one's in progress so now what i want to do is go ahead and complete this let's go down we're going to add the cap and then we're going to click place order now and again if somebody adds that order bump and then abandons the checkout when they get this email here the order bump should show there it does update like that it's very uh it's very complete this integration so we completed that checkout form we land on the first upsell for this bundle if we go back to this cart and we refresh where it was in progress it's still in progress but if we have a look it's added on to our cart now and if we click into our contact and then go to purchases you can see that primary order is accepted and this is our order id if we click into this so this is our order there with the order bump and the main product that we bought so coming back here let's just say let's just say no to this bundle and then let's say yes to the cap down cell and then let's say yes to this downsole for the belt so now that's done so if we go back to our contact and let's go to cart so there's no recoverable carts found recovered so that's our cart so it was able to be recovered and if we click into my contact and we have a look at my purchases we can see that i bought a belt a cap and the protein powder they were in these product categories there's no tags on these products i didn't use any coupons i spent 204 dollars and then here's that main order and if we click into it so here's our order it's in processing i bought the protein powder with the order bump for the cap and then i said yes to the downside for the cap yes to the downsole for the belt and then we have the timeline over here so viewed the bundle rejected and then accepted this downsell accepted this down cell and then terminated went to the thank you page so now that i've shown you how to set up a complete sales funnel inside of wordpress i really suggest that you focus your time on just going in and making sure that you have your upsells and down cells set up in the best way possible so i've been doing this for quite a while now and again i mentioned this before in this video here i really do go in depth and give you some ideas on what you could add in your upsells and downsells and how to structure them and the pricing and how to bundle products so that's all in there and then i would also recommend watching this video here redirect people from your checkout page to other sales funnels on your website so you're always giving people more options to go and buy more products this one shows you how to design your checkout page and then how to link it out to different sales funnels to make more sales because the sale doesn't end on your checkout page so i hope you enjoyed this video if you if you
