what is up everybody welcome to this week's episode of funnel chats I'm super excited for this week because we are going to for the first time ever dive into Ai and how we can use that for building funnels I've been using this quite a bit lately for funnel design for funnel Hub design website design and just really tons of inspiration for different projects that I work on through my day-to-day now at the time of this recording in my opinion it's not quite perfect and you'll see some of the reasons why as you see me build this out but I have used it very successfully for some really great funnels even my own website Gregory dak.com was all inspired through AI so to do this we're going to use a few different tools the first tool we're going to use is something called mid journey and mid journey is this really great image AI it's going to be the source of inspiration for our page that we're going to design and it's kind of weird to set up now if you just go on YouTube like don't do it right now watch the rest of this video but if you just search how to set up mid Journey there's tons of tutorials already but if you guys really want to see one from me let me know in the comments I'll show you how I set this up uh but if you just Google mid Journey uh you can you can sign up and everything it's really weird because it runs through this app called Discord you do get charged mon and you can even upgrade right through Discord I've never seen any other apps quite work this way um but when you first do it like you'll be in their own Discord Channel and there's like all these rooms where people are just generating images like crazy and there's all these different people trying to use it at once but you can actually make your own server so I made this one just called it mid Journey AI images and I connected the mid Journey bot to my own Discord server and just in any of my channels now I can prompt mid journey to to create images for me so step number one what I like to do and you can see some examples in my feed here I was doing a uh a funnel hub for a life a female life coach and I just searched for um landing pages for female life coach and it gave me all kinds of results and there's some that I liked a little bit more than others and I got made them bigger but obviously like if we look at this one right here for example there aren't any words and this is getting better I know know that mid journey is upgrading all the time and they do have some words and stuff now but a lot of times it's just like gibberish and placeholders and it's giving me this design overall as just like one solid chunk so the downside to that for anyone who's ever designed a funnel know it's like you need multiple layers right like say I wanted to use this image of this lady right here like I would have to go into Photoshop and meticulously cut this out of Select subject doesn't work great so there is still lots of work involved in my opinion I might do another video on this later on is there's another way that can give us similar results to this that is actually much much much more efficient at the time of this recording unless there's an a AI out there right now that I don't know about yet that allows you to download layered images like the dream scenario here is that it pops this image out for me and it gives me all the layers like I can load it into Photoshop or illustrator and have a layer of just this lady have a layer with some of the buttons have the layers for the text and then I can just go in and edit those layers so once that comes up that's when I'm going to be really Blown Away by AI at least for images and use it quite a bit more frequently there's nothing that drives me crazier when I get like an image like these ones are all like probably pretty easy to select a subject out of but I have some like up here this is this is actually the one that I used to build my own uh the inspiration I got for my own website Gregory d.com you try to like pull some of these pieces off here like with the shadows and everything it's so timec consuming to do in Photoshop or at least wherever you edit images it becomes super frustrating so what I like to do is just like use as inspiration and then just build my own pieces based on that inspiration but this is what we're going to do we're going to promp mid Journey so in Discord when you have it set up you just hit forward slash image and then you just describe what you're looking for so I could be like show me a picture of a squirrel hopefully I spelled scroll right now it takes a moment right it has to like process things and depending on which membership you pay for it can process things a little bit faster for you so there we go and it'll do this right it's at 0% and we'll just see like this kind of blurry image and it renders and it renders and it renders and you start to see okay I can see how that's turning into a squirrel and eventually we'll get there so let's just give it a second all right so there's my AI images of squirrels like some of them you can tell right like this isn't a real squirrel something like this one in the bottom left looks super super realistic like I wouldn't question that at all if it was a real squirrel on or not but this one I can kind of tell a lot of times if you look at fingers of things like this one has like massive fingers for a squirrel you can kind of figure it out um but any of the ones that you like you can say upscale it so if I say I like number three here I can say upscale number three and it'll give me just that image in a higher resolution I could also say I like number three but I want some variations of it now if I hit V3 on that it will start a whole other job making variations of that image it'll give me similar images to this just again we're going to have to wait for that to do its job all right and now you can see I have four somewhat similar images of the squirrel looking like it's got a GoPro attached to its face hey pretty cool right but doesn't really help me with funnel design at all unless I'm doing a squirrel funnel which we have seen um but for mine let's say let's say I'm building a um homepage landing page funnel Hub main website homepage for a um know photographer right so sorry for slash image prompt in the prompt I'm going to say design a landing page for a photographer using I'm going say white backgrounds and Light blues and purples let's see what it gives us and sometimes just based on what you ask you can say okay this is what I got maybe instead of doing a variation I just word this a little bit differently but it's AI that's the beauty like you can just keep asking the questions and it'll keep spitting stuff out for you um you can sometimes to use color codes if you have specific colors you're looking to use but at this time since it's not giving me layered images really doesn't matter that much but let's see what this does for us all right and there we go we have our four home uh landing page examples you know these ones aren't overly crazy I think I like number four the best honestly it's more using lavenders than [Laughter] purples that's okay I kind of look it I think you know for more masculine photographer I maybe wouldn't go that route but for a female photographer I might go that route so let's do this I like number four I want to see like four more I'm going to up scale number four and ask for four variations of number four so we'll let that run its course here inside a mid Journey for me as well all right so I got four more variations of this again A lot of times hands are weird they are getting a lot better but you can see here like it's like four pinky fingers looks super weird this one's not bad it's like what are you doing with your hands there but overall it's not really changing the design of the page too too much number one the hand like you don't notice this first but as soon as I notice it I don't like it but this is good inspiration so um I think the one with the most normal hand might actually be number two here so I'm going to upscale number two all right and we're going to design a page that looks something similar to this we'll have a little navigation at the top we'll have a main sort of image I'd probably put a call to action on here right work with me now might be like right in the middle here um and then we might have like a little Gallery down here maybe some testimonials and a footer at the bottom right we'll just do the homepage in this case so first I do quite like this image at the top so what I'm going to do is I'm going to save this image I'm just saving this this onto my computer I'll just save it right into my downloads and now it's in my downloads I for what I'm about to do right now I'm going to use Photoshop I'm basically just going to crop a chunk off this um but for certain things I would use illustrator instead and a lot of people like a lot of times you'll see people like all in on illustrator all in on Photoshop for me I like doing shapes and background images and things on illustrator more than on Photoshop I know you can do it in Photoshop but I just I don't it always feels weird for me in Photoshop and in in illustrator we just have some really great tools that make it super easy like the pen tool to make really awesome shapes you can see right there so depending on what I'm doing I'll use one or the other for this I'm going to use Photoshop and you could do what I'm about to do in any platform honestly like canva whatever you're used to it doesn't matter but I'm going to open that image that I just saved into my downloads and there we go and basically I'm just cropping this image because I want it there we go okay now Photoshop recently had some really cool tools like I could remove the background from this if I wanted to one click select subject with one click it's made a lot of these things really easy for me which I love but I just want this image so I just want to see here we're at 66 if I go to 100 it's not an overly large image I want it to fit all the way across um a section for me so this might not be the best but we'll try it if I need to make it bigger actually you know what just to be safe like if we go to here canvas size um if we put this into pixels I can see 124 pixels actually is probably going to be pretty good for most um monitors so for most resolutions but I might try to make this a little bit bigger so I'm going to try to get this up to 1920 by 1080 oops and what that basically does for me is it gives me an image that's going to look good whether someone's looking at this on a really small screen or if they're say if they have it hooked up to a really large like TV in their house 1080p right before 4K that was like the the high def so this would be a high def size so if I zoom out on here now we have a lot of space there so basically what I'm going to do is try to get this to stretch all the way across and so then like right it's not really quite fitting those Dimensions properly for me it's like the other thing that I'm not a huge fan of with AI it's like now right if I wanted it to hit side to side because I don't have if I had the layer of just a subject this would be fine but I don't have the layer so I can't really do what I would Norm normally do in this scenario which is just make the subject smaller and keep the background large can't do that right now so what I what I'll probably have to do here is just make this even a little bit higher just so that oops I can get more this image of her in here and still have it be really wide we're actually going to have to go further than that okay looks like that is about as far as I can go and so then what I'll do is I'll crop it from here there we go so we'll see how this ends up working out for me I think it should be fine but we'll see so now I'm just going to save this resized image and the only reason I'm making this so large is because I'm going to essentially use it as a background image I'm not actually going to make it a background image but it's like a background image and it's going to go all the way from the left to the right top to bottom so it has to be quite large so let's just call this one landing page image one okay all right so now I have the main image and remember our influence is this right so I'm using this main image we're going to put our own little nav on top of it and we'll put a CTA in the middle and then we'll put um uh like a little gallery of different images I'll use the AI to to create the other images I'll use the AI inside of clickfunnels to give me all the copy you could use chat GPT or something like that instead um and then we'll just have a fot at the bottom it'll be a great little landing page for us so my next step would just be to jump into clickfunnels or wherever you're designing your funnel all right so I'm using clickfunnels 2.0 obviously you see me using it all the time you might be using some other type of page builder honestly as long as you know how to build on the platform that you're using you're good to go so I am going to load up this I'm going to do it as my funnel Hub on this account here I'm going to hit customize ignore that little preview I had it redirected to my main website before so now we're here in the editor and we're going to make this look like this okay now again the thing I hate is just that that image wasn't very wide so it's going to be tricky to make it look like this would be if we had this image where just had like bunch more to the left and right it would be perfect also if we had it layered I could pull the subject off this just have a background image back there and have this over top of it I could make it any size that I want but when that day comes the layered images through AI I'm going to be building funnels at the fastest rate you've ever seen your life but we are going to make this look at this so what we're going to do is very first thing I'm going to do is add a section it's going to be a full page section and inside of that section I'm going to add a three colum row sorry three column row and then below that I'm going to add a one column row okay now this might seem weird at first but it will all come together so the section the SE section here I'm going to make sure well first off let's set the background image to the image that we got from Photoshop so we'll just go ahead and upload that into our image Library there we go and we'll make that our background image and we're going to set the style here to 100% width this sometimes doesn't set when I select it I find if I set it to full sent Center first or full Center on its own it seems to then allow me to set it to 100% width don't select anything under image fit um I found that if I do that I can never get it back to where it needs to be afterwards so don't select anything here if you do hit the little back arrow okay now it's going to look weird at first but I promise you it'll all come together so this three column row what I'm going to do is go into the settings and I'm going to switch the width here from 170 pixels to percentage and 100 pixels and actually come to think of this this one column row is actually also going to be a three column row set to 100% now the top here is how we're going to make our navigation see how they had like two links up here two links to the right we're going to do the same thing so what I'm going to do to do that is in the settings of this row is I'm actually going to apply a background color okay and for my background color what I'm going to do is I'm going to get sort of like so what I'm going to end up doing on here sorry let's use this as the example what I'm going to end up doing on here is I'm going to add a little CTA onto here like work with this photographer work and then like at the bottom will be like work with me now like some type of hook headline and then work with me now is the CTA button um so I'm going to do is I'm going to make that like a dark purple so sort of like a darker lavender so in Photoshop I can use my little color selector and just find like a dark purple on here okay and then I'm going to copy the color code that it gives me in the color selector then inside of my funnel I'm going to set the background color to that color I'm just going to make it a little bit darker somewhere around here somewhere around here is probably pretty good but then what I'm going to do is I'm going to make this really transparent if you see in our inspiration that like we're basically we're funnel hacking an AI image it has that sort of Darker purple from left to right so we can adjust the color a little little bit but you'll see there's space here there's space up there that can be coming from another spots most likely settings of my section that's going to be coming from Top padding um not bottom padding but also side padding we eliminate that now we have no space there perfect then what I'm going to do is over on the left hand side here I'm going to add just a paragraph element and in this paragraph element I'm going to click into here I'm going to type in home and I'm gonna add a bunch of spaces and then I'm going to put gallery and then on the other side of her head over here I'm going to put in um testimonials and work with me let's set up this one first because then we're going to clone it so for this I'm going to set the color probably just to that dark purple that I used in the background which for some reason isn't pulling through my recently these colors so I'm going to go back to the settings of my row just so I can find that color can grab the color code from right here actually now that I do that it shows up under recently use colors that's okay um and then I'll go into here settings pie that in I might make it a little bit darker actually I'm going to override my style guide I'm going to change this to like regular font and actually when we set to regular or maybe even semi bold you can actually see it pretty good but I am going to make it slightly oh not mobile will talk about mobile later regular font size here going to make it slightly bigger some around there actually the font here instead of sour sand Pro I'm going to use I like this font called Josephine Sands and that F I'll actually make this a little bit smaller somewhere around there okay and I might add a little bit more spacing in here but you get the idea okay so we're going to clone this drag it over here and then I'm going to make this testimonials then this work with me and so each of these right say I create some other Pages well home I would just send them to the this page they have a whole separate page for gallery and just come into here highlight these hit the hyperlink button and Link it to the URL my gallery page undo that though go now the reason I'm not using the navigation element is because I need it on both sides here if I use the navigation element then when I went to mobile it would actually show it it would have two hamburger menus on mobile so what I would do is I would probably end up just setting this entire row to desktop only and then creating a mobile Row for the mobile version of this page and that mobile one would just have a hamburger menu using the regular navigation element this just allows me to have this nice style okay okay so that takes care of that now below here we need to eventually create quite a bit of space and we can achieve that nice and easy um but what I'm going to do is I'm going to move this to the left this to the right and in the middle here I'm going to add a big headline I'm going to change this to that Josephine sand font as well and of course I could always make a style guide for this if I wanted to Josephine Sands I'm going to change the font color actually to white but then I'm going to give it a little bit of text Shadow there we go okay and then what I'm going to do I'm just going to click on here click on my little AI button again you could use any AI for this you could use um um chat GPT tons of other ones right this is just built into CF 2.0 if you have it unlocked why don't use it right here right so I actually asked this earlier right a headline for a photographer it said capture life's most captivating moments with the master photographer but I'll ask it the same question again capture Li most with the with Master photographer let me put their name okay so it's giving me the same response here but I'm going to click here and say send to app okay and it adds that copy in here for me automatic I don't even have to copy and paste it which is super super awesome okay and then below that I'm actually I'm going to clone this and I'm G I would I would put the photographer's name so in this case I'm just going to put Jane do okay and then in the settings here said Josephine Sands I'm going to go to my handwriting fonts here I'm going to use this one called great Vibes oh actually instead of having that all capitalized if I Jane do it looks quite a bit better okay and then I'm going to make that quite a bit bigger and maybe even a little negative margin to get it up closer to that and then look because I have this Center column if I don't like the space in here I can smush this in if I want we can make this font size bigger or smaller if we want if I want it that big it's kind of annoying because the sideb sidebar kind of messes up every time we use the sidebar but I could actually probably go a little bit bigger and still keep it on two lines then I'm probably going to adjust my line height here a little bit okay and then below this I'm going to add a button and the button will say work with me and I could have this button trigger the popup have a sign up form on the popup I could make it go to the URL of an application funnel that's probably what I would do with something like this or I would set it to go to put custom URL put the URL of my application file so I open a new tab that's probably how I tackle it but uh we're going to override the style guide here we're going to make it the purple color I've been using and I'm going to change the font to that Josephine sand I've noticed this with Josephine always moves up a little like the font itself just has a little bit of extra bottom padding but um the vertical pad in here I can make it look a little bit better and I'd probably just make the Fontes a little bit bigger and I'm going to turn off corners and I'm just going to make my shadow a little bit darker there we go actually I might even make the font size a little bit somewhere around there okay now this is sort of what I'm envisioning for this and actually here I would probably set down a smidge sort of what I'm envisioning based on the inspiration I got from mid Journey they didn't have a CTA on there but as a market I'm always going to have a CTA on that main section um but you'll notice like there's a lot of top and bottom space here so they can see the whole image so what we can do is add a bunch of space there's lots of different ways that you can do this I'm going to show you a little tricky way that I like to do this first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to add a little bit of custom CSS to my page ideally eventually we'll be able to do this with some something called where is it Flex containers let me search Flex in here there we go with these Flex containers but so far right now um I not having a lot of success with justification and Alignment setting so instead of using a um fleux container sorry I'll add this CSS onto my page right here it's just display fleux align Center justify content Center and I'll apply that to the row by giving it the ID center right so if I make this Center update now right you can see right if I switches back to one these are at all my contents at the top but if I center it's sort of vertically centered but I want to add a bunch of space right so we could do like just always keep our top and bottom padding even and then it'll be right in the center that's probably now that I think about it the better way to do this actually we're going to I I was going to do it a different way but we are going to do it that way that is the better way to do this you keep your top and bottom pading of your Row the same and then now this is in the center so this is really really handy a lot of times but with our image I actually probably want this a little bit lower right so I'm going to Center and then on my headline just add um a fair amount of top mergin to it that is not enough actually depending on the resolution it's going to be even more in the center so I'm going to th try about 300 on here here we go that's pretty good like that I like that a lot there we go okay and then oh actually that's not actually perfect we went too far with our top and bottom padding because look we went beond the the height of this of the background image so let's actually try as good as we got that to look let's try 200 and 200 that's a little bit better but we might actually have to make it a little bit less let's try or sorry a little bit more let's try 250 250 no goes too far okay so let's try 150 150 that looks pretty good still and then I might have room to add a little bit more bottom padding here there we go I like the way that's looking I might go a little bit further than that but for the purpose of this demonstration that's good now below this I'm going to add another section full page section and the background color is just going to be white in here I'm going to add a one column row actually I'm going to do one column row and then a one column row okay now what I'm going to do is a headline because we're doing the gallery down here remember we're going to do a little Gallery down here okay so I'm going to do headline so I already have one here I'm going to clone this headline we're going to move that down into here and obviously on this one we do not need all that crazy top margin there we go okay in here I'm going to change the color actually I'm going to turn off the shadow I'm going to change the color to like a soft black and I'm just going to make it say my gallery okay then here I'm going to add a paragraph and I'm going to use the AI you can see actually I did this already right or sorry um write a two sentence description for my photo gallery let's see if it gives us a different response and we'll send that to there so the reason why let's close this the reason why I did this in its own row down here is because sometimes I don't like how far a paragraph goes so what I can do now is adjust the width of this row and it won't affect anything I have up here although in this case if I had it in the same row I could just make it narrower because this is such a short headline but a lot of times if you have longer headlines that doesn't end up working and you have like a super smooshed big headline other than that I might just move this up a bit easy way with a little negative margin okay uh below this I am going to add a three column row I'm going to make the width of this one again I'm use percentages I'm going to do like 90 % and then below that I'm just going to clone that to have another one okay and actually let's do this right off the bat let's create a one last section it's going to be our footer section we'll turn on the background color give it a nice background boom I'll do one column row I'm going to do this right here I'm going to clone the Jane do script put that in there and turn off the Shadow on that and then below that I'm just going to add paragraph set this to White we'll just say something like all right and then I might make this a little bit smaller something like that right and then the section I might let's do 80 and 80 okay and there's the footer for my page so all I need to do now is add my gallery images and just for fun let's use AI to do that right so I already had some nice squirrels here beforehand so we'll save this image of a squirrel all sorry go um what other images I had this one so let's do upscale one two and four and then I need three more images of squirrels so I'll generate that so Jane do is the squirrel photographer okay so I'll save all these images to my computer that one's so cute and now it's giving me some more I like this one or we'll do upscale 4 one and three okay so now I'm just going to put those in my little Gallery here so we'll do an image with my first image I'm just going to upload all of those images at once so I can do multiple images I just need to select them all okay now that they're all uploaded I would just add them in here so there is my first cute little squirrel and I would probably just give each of these a little bit of Shadow and once I have the first one like you know I might alter this a little bit do things like a order maybe we do the purple color around each one a three something like that and I'd probably make the shadow actually a little bit lighter after that you get the idea right we're just going based off of oh it had four we did three I could have done just pictures of lavender probably would have fit this a little bit better but it's just an example for you guys so once you have the first image edited the way that you like it clone it and then drag those clones over to the other columns what I'd probably also recommend doing with both of these just go to the code use that little uh CSS I gave you won't matter with these ones cuz they're all the same dimensions but if they were different dimensions it would keep it centered across all three rows which is a big pet peeve of mind that I see in a lot of people's funnels is they do not keep things centered or lined up there you have the only other thing I would do here is I probably add a bunch maybe not too much but bunch of top pading and bottom padding to this section just to break this up a little bit actually probably even more um bottom padding and then if I was really building this for someone you can do Image Car cells with custom script CF Pro Tools or if you know how to um set up SL slick slider scripts um I would have sort of like a little image Carousel unfortunately we don't have that built into clickfunnels 2.0 just yet but I'm sure event eventually we will the other thing I might do is remove some top padding here there we go all right guys so there you have it actually I might make this slightly bigger but there you have it inspired from AI you know I do have some work to do here optimi optimization stuff like I want to make sure it looks good on mobile that's some work but you know this is is something I can build out super quickly I got my inspiration from AI just had to do a little bit of stuff inside of Photoshop for this one nothing too crazy um and I could send this over as a rough draft for a client no problem I could add this to my portfolio right now no problem you know just preview this page do a full page screenshot right if we save this and preview it right I can do my my full page screenshot this is going to look great I can now add this to my portfolio boom simple look how great that looks if we compare this image minus the squirrels to Lavender images right to what we got from mid Journey really close right I think it looks really great it's really beautiful we had more lavender it would fit the theme throughout the entire thing but there you have it that is how I've been using AI not to build my funnels for me because it's just it's not there yet it's not designing everything like if I really building this I would have somehow removed the woman here from the background and had a different background image and then I could you know make the sizing a lot more appropriate it wouldn't look so weird when we get to like between uh desktop and mobile so in the real world I put a lot more time into this image a lot more time in Photoshop and illustrator to get that perfect but you know this is a great little landing page for a photographer that I could send to them no problem I think it looks great I didn't have to take any images of real people mid Journey AI did it all for me so experiment with these things a little bit keep an eye on what's to come like I've been saying as soon as this gives me layered images I'm probably not doing too much in photoshoop or illustrator ever again I'm sure there are people AI people working on that because that's going to be a money maker I'll I'll change my monthly subscription to Mid joury of something
