I like that we have the option to either e-mail or text over a link for the customer to click on and allow them to sign documents on the go. I also like that we can put a multitude of documents up and combine them into one. It makes it easy to send over one document for the client instead of having to send a lot of different ones and wasting their time.

Easy to use and turn around times are great. I can get my client's signatures on documents in a matter of minutes. Previously to using airSlate SignNow, I had to wait for the clients to print out documents to sign and scan back to me. This was an issue because not everyone has a printer at home. airSlate SignNow has eliminated that issue. The time savings and turnaround time are by far the best feature. It's super easy to learn and use airSlate SignNow. I love how I can make templates and just make a copy for quick reference

How to create outlook signature

all right guys let's talk about software right as a real estate agent it's super important for you guys to have an organized business because people are always thinking about how do I grow my business how do I close more deals before you even start thinking about how how to grow your business how to you know pay more money for ads and all of this stuff you first have to get your business organized when you have systems and processes in place it will allow you to give you more time to focus on more income producing activities while you are not losing out on opportunities because you're not responding or seeing things that you're supposed to be seeing yes this is our software and I 100 believe in it because we actually run a real estate agency here in Colorado and we use it for our own real estate company so I really believe in this because it has all the tools that every agent needs to run a business manage their Pipeline and close deals all in one instead of having to use multiple different softwares and apps so let's get into I want to show you what it looks like on the inside so here we have our dashboard right and you get to kind of see like an aerial view of what your business is looking like we have your pipeline your opportunities kind of like the data of the day-to-day stuff that is happening now that is the the beginning part right front facing then what we have is conversations so this system this software has SMS and your own phone numbers built in so and you can create Unlimited phone numbers right you just get charged per SMS and call and it also has voice recording so every call could be recorded which is powerful stuff because I know as agents we all forget like things that are happening at the moment you know we forget that the client asks for something specific but guess what we could just look back and play back the call so that is super powerful of course and then you can have all of your messages all in one place your calls your messages your text uh and that way you can recall and and pretty much see the information right here and the cool thing is that the calls do get forwarded to your phone um and then SMS goes to the system but if there's an app you download um the build Matic app and with that you're able to respond and see messages as they come in because you'll get lead uh or text message notifications on your phone so again it's almost like acting like your business phone and you're separating it which is great because you don't want to use your personal phone for all of your business stuff and the cool thing is again if you add multiple phone numbers you guys can use multiple phone numbers for specific lead sources let's say you have a specific listing that is for somewhat it's Unique and um you want to just get text messages for people interested in that listing so you can separate them and anybody who texts this number you already know it's coming from that listing flyer or the open house or whatever it is right so that's kind of cool thing you can do there but again you get all in one view of your text messages and everything right here you can even send emails right from here but the cool thing is as soon as you go into your contacts you have an overview of every single action that lead or Prospect has taken from booking an appointment visiting your website as you can see here when it was created if they submitted a survey right you have all the information you have the tax you have the calls you have all of that so it's a whole CRM in this system as well and again date of birth like you can create as much information as possible like here they submitted a survey and all of their answers to the survey are right here viewable right instantly on their contact information so it's super easy for me to just pull up a random contact know exactly when they were created know exactly if they're a home buyer or home seller and right away see all of the information that they already have uh such as if they're looking to buy what their price range is all of that you know so 100 percent this is an amazing system that you can go crazy with it and create automations and and and you know separate leads and contacts based on tags and all of that stuff again all in one boom we have a full calendar here full calendar view so no you don't need to uh purchase calendly or use any other calendar this also syncs to your Google calendar or your outlook Calendar whatever you use so anytime anybody books an appointment to your website uh when you send them a link you can book appointments right directly from here you can see the calendar view obviously on your software but at the same time if you pull up your phone all of these uh calendar bookings and appointments they're going to be viewable on your phone too so you'll never forget when an appointment is coming up again it's all built in in the software so that is super beneficial in and a good thing to have for you guys then we're going to have opportunities so this is kind of like where you can see how many people are in your pipeline who needs to get a consultation meeting book who needs to get pre-qualified like what are the next steps right and you can create multiple different pipelines a pipeline for future home buyers a pipeline for future home sellers and then you can categorize them and separate them so they all have their unique like marketing touches right in email for this a text message for that specifically for what they're looking for so this is amazing for you guys again you can just drag and drop uh here and like change the statuses so all in one again so that is the most important thing is that um you don't have to keep switching softwares or signing into another software just to go through you know MailChimp and then go to a HubSpot or a sales force and then having to go to calendly to check your calendar all of it is included in one okay now a lot of people use like a HootSuite which to be honest who's sweet is like expensive I think the the cheapest plan is like 150 a month or 100 a month or whatever this is all included in the same software now you have a social media planner you can literally create posts here right like link up your Facebook your IG your LinkedIn all of that and you can schedule posts directly from here and look at your um your calendar of you know what what your uh posting is looking like now for this account we haven't posted anything using this but super powerful stuff because I know a lot of you guys you guys want to you know schedule posts and all that it's all in the same system you don't have to keep switching software so this is super powerful software right here so uh emails as well campaigns templates are full like just like MailChimp it's a full email uh Marketing System so you can send out newsletters uh you can sign on individual uh emails to people without the unsubscribe at the bottom things like that you can create your templates uh you can create trigger links so in case anybody specifically clicks on a link you'll get notified and it'll track the clicks depending on who you know what who uh what contact it is so um again this is super helpful for a lot of real estate agents who have been looking for a software like this now automations again it's built inside so everything in here is gonna kind of like work together right it communicates with each other so if a contact submitted one of your landing pages like a form and a landing page guess what boom now you can trigger them in an Automation and all of that activity is going to be tracked in the software so again when you go to that contact page you're going to be able to see every single action that that contact took in your whole funnel in your website in your software and you get to follow with them right there on a spot call them uh email them message them and then see you know when they respond see when they want to book an appointment all of that all in one so no longer do you need to use multiple softwares as a real estate agent this is going to be super helpful because you guys I know are super busy just like the agents that we work with and all the agents that we have like they don't have time to be checking in logging into all these apps and trying to figure out what's what right so this is why I really really preach even though it's our own software like I really preach this to a lot of Agents because once they get on it like they they're never looking back like they just love it and they want to keep using it for the rest of their uh real estate business boom now we have a full funnel Builder can you imagine that click funnels you get the Pro Plan it's like uh 400 bucks a month 300 bucks a month this is all included again all of these softwares I'm talking about all include included for the same price and this is a full funnel and website builder so you can build your full website right um straight through here host it you don't have to pay monthly hosting fees it's all included in the same software monthly fee and then landing pages and funnels you can just create them straight through here again and then you'll be able to track every single time one of your contacts has visited a landing page or clicked on a form and it's all going to be in one the other cool part is that it also has a built-in uh chat widget which is like the widget that you see on our main website um here so again this website here was also built uh using our system of course and the chat widget is here like most people pay 40 30 20 a month to have um like a chat widget built into their website right to be able to chat to people or like at least capture information but it's included with ours right like you don't have to pay for it separately it's included and again it captures the contacts activity which is super powerful because the more you know what each contact has been doing the more you can rank them as hot or maybe they're just really like they need some information so now you know guess what I can give them a call right now and it's probably going to close so again all included um again yeah full landing page builder super easy to use and this is actually a landing page that we've been using for our business that has generated a ton of home buyer leads and we have a separate video on exactly the same funnel that we're running and how you guys can run it for yourself so if it's not already on my YouTube channel make sure you subscribe because that's probably going to come out soon but either way just remember full landing page builder included in the software like that is nuts right boom now we have reputation and referral management so all of your leads all your contacts you guys can send them out uh invitations to review you on Google Maps you guys can keep track of all of your reviews and make sure that people are reviewing you and again reputation management this is important when was the last time that you've asked somebody to um you know click on your review and leave you a review you know when it gets harder because you don't remember but when once it's in your system and then you create an automation on top of that like for instance as soon as a deal closes you move it to the closed stage you can trigger an automation to automatically send them an email and a text saying hey you know congratulations uh everything was successful you know would you mind leaving us a review we'd really appreciate it Etc it'll do it for you like you don't even have to think about it and now you're going to start getting Google Map Reviews and your um SEO and your organic search uh visibility is going to start improving all because you just use the power of software and automation so again super powerful stuff I can't stop saying it because it's super powerful now this is also really cool for anybody who has been using like uh um CPC ads or Google ads to see your um all of your trackings and all of your analytics of your conversions and your clicks and your impressions all in one um and all of your call reporting and all that is going to be in here right like how many times you've got calls your Facebook ads as well um attributions and appointment reports so all of that is going to be in here and you get to see full overview of your business pretty much your entire business and again it's all included in one price now there are a couple of things that I kind of want to discuss when you go to our site buildmatic.io right uh definitely watch that video kind of shows you a little bit about why people are using this but the one thing I want to say is this if you guys go to the site and you look at the plans so we have three
