this is video number one in the series or better yet case study of from 0 in Revenue to seven or eight figures and what I'm going to publicly do is document every step of the Journey of launching a brand from $0 in sales up to seven figures in sales and I'm going to be trying my best to Showcase every single aspect of this entire Journey from product design product development negotiating live with the actual supplier the design process the formulation process the marketing process the advertising process every mistake that's made and every lesson that's learned that way you don't have to make the same mistakes and you can follow this exact guide and this exact case study to take your new business your brand new brand from zero to 10K or Z to 100K or Zer to even a million plus or your current existing brand to new levels that's my number one goal now why am I doing this I'm going to be completely honest I'm doing this for a few reasons I'm doing this not only for all of you who follow me across social media and who follow me here on this channel I'm also doing this for me kind of selfishly and I'll give you a little bit of context but my team has told me forever Josh it'd be awesome if you go do a live case study where you launch a brand you relaunch one of your Brands and you go from zero to x amount of Milestones you document the whole process and yeah I agree that it would be cool however it would also be super stressful in time strous now that I have multiple businesses um I'm getting older I have children I have a ton of stuff on my plate however all excuses aside I've decided to do so and the reason why I'm doing this and a little bit nervous to be completely honest with you guys is because I have to face my biggest mistake I call this the eight figure probably multi8 fig mistake the most expensive mistake I made is not exiting my Brands and I'm going to be completely transparent with you guys I'm not the best I'm not the most successful I've made a decent amount of money and I've done extremely well for where I came from and the hand that I was dealt however I missed the opportunity to sell my Brands when they should have sold and in fact I never Built My Brands knowing that I could ever sell them or that that was even a thing because when I got started I didn't even know that normal people like us could start a real business I thought that you had to be born rich I thought that you had to be born into a Fortune 500 company I thought that you had to have a corporate background I didn't know that normal Everyday People Like Us could start a business until I met my mentor and we literally went from Rags to Riches you hear that saying rags to riches but I was literally a felon multi felon no high school diploma working third shift 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. for minimum wage my my wife who's an immigrant working for minimum wage we literally lived in a one-bedroom apartment and we were literally in the rat race of trying to keep a roof above our head and food in our bellies and we went from there to becoming millionaires with this business so when I started this business the number one goal was to get out of poverty and to make money and to make money quickly that was my number one goal that was my obsession I did not know about starting the business with the intentions of selling it I did not know about professionalizing businesses so through the entire process I'm going to show you how to structure your business now so that you can exit it in the future and regardless of where you are now even if you're making a couple hundred bucks even if you're negative even if you haven't started yet you want to start how you planned on finishing right and the biggest mistake that I made is not professionalizing my business not having an exit strategy and then not exiting when we were making multiple millions of dollars per year see back years ago in 2017 2018 we were generating multiple millions of dollars per year and the multiples or the eida on some of these Brands were 5x 10x back then to some of these incubators and private equi so I could have absolutely crushed it definitely could have gotten an eight fig check so in this series I'm going to be breaking down exactly what to do step by step I'm going to be documenting and showing you real world examples right now and what's working now the two other reasons off to the side of me finishing this chapter this incomplete chapter in my book of exiting a brand which I have not done yet is I want to document the process to help as many people as possible I've been in the education industry little bit after 18 since 18 I've been coaching and Consulting I'm the founder of the AMZ formula I've written multiple books I've done hundreds of webinars I've created training material so on and so forth but see the thing about that is once it's done it's kind of done right and Amazon is constantly evolving in and is constantly changing and the big issue that I see in this education industry is there are too many people who are recycling information from something that was working that is not working now so I wanted to go back and document the process and I wanted to give you guys the most accurate Cutting Edge upto-date information that way you guys have the best chances of succeeding I also want to make sure that for all of my clients and all of the people that I coach and consult inside of the AMZ formula in my Inner Circle that I'm giving them Cutting Edge techniques and strategies and tactics that are working right now and that I could be in the trenches with them growing my brand so I can see exactly what's going to happen before it happens on their end I can tell them exactly what obstacles I'm facing and hurdles I'm facing so that way they don't have to do this right so this case study is going to be fun I don't know how it's going to end but there are going to be a series of videos and I'm going to walk you through everything step by step so make sure that you save this playlist make sure that you're subscribed if you're not subscribed make sure you turn notifications on so you don't miss these videos and most importantly make sure you take notes because note takers are money makers you know the rest you're only one product away
