How to create outlook signature
Hi, I'm David Stafford. I am the global head of the Solutions and Customer Success Team for Dropbox. What I actually do is spend 46 hours a week on Zoom calls. People have called me Dropbox's biggest fanboy because prior to even working at Dropbox, I had a Dropbox license plate on my car. I was a very early adopter of Dropbox all the way back in 2007 when I created my account, and it was one of the first 40,000 users in the world to start using Dropbox. Many people have used Dropbox as a file, sync and share solution, but there's so much more that is available when you start to move outside of kind of that, you know, that core functionality that we've always been known and loved for. Maybe that's being able to collect information from your customers or from your prospects using a feature like Dropbox file requests. Maybe it's being able to send content in just the right way and be able to do that with the security and knowing when that package was received by the recipient, using something like Dropbox Transfer all the way through to our new eSignature solutions and Dropbox DocSend that provides deep analytics around the full customer and content lifecycle. There's so much more available to Dropbox users and customers today than ever before, and we love getting to share that enthusiasm and excitement with our customers. Well, when it comes to eSignature, we know where you're spending the majority of your time. You're spending it in tools like Salesforce.com or maybe you're in HubSpot. And when you need to send a non-disclosure agreement or wrote a contract for signature, we don't want you to need to go and contact switch to another tool to be able to do that. Nothing could be easier than to route a document or a template for signature right within the tools that you're already using. We're able to capture legally binding mobile first signatures to whatever piece of content is needing to move through. And I have traceability and auditability every step of the way. At Dropbox, we love to use our own product called DocSend. DocSend kind of gives us X-ray vision into how content moves throughout the entire cycle. You're able to see analytics around who's opening, what content, who's engaging with what content right down to are they spending more time looking at the product overview and the technical architecture, or are they more interested in the pricing and packaging options that are available to them? When we see what customers need to deal with from in office business process that often involve that swivel chair of taking a document in on one side and passing it over from marketing to sales or from sales to fulfillment. These challenges didn't go away just because we shifted to a work remote or work from home model. And you got to remember, right, Dropbox from the very beginning was built as a remote solution. Drew wrote the very first lines of code of Dropbox on a bus up in the Northeast. Right. This is not anything new to us. What is new is people's ability to respect and adopt the solution in such a seamless manner. All of these business processes that have existed pre and post-pandemic become simpler, become frictionless, and really help drive the results forward that we're all seeking. Really what it comes down to is that we meet you where you already are. Right. This is what Dropbox's always been known for. We always knew that if we made it simple for you to save a file, it would be something that you could adopt into other workflows. So when we put all these pieces back together into the solution that you're going to get to use, you've got Dropbox for your content . You have our e-signature solution that is allowing you to route for signatures through Salesforce, through HubSpot, or directly from our e-signature solutions. And we have docs end for being able to collect analytics. So when you put this all back together, we have a workflow solution that could not make your life any easier. No. You., you've given them softballs to me. So this is easy. Thanks for everything. Can't wait to do it again.
