video background

How to create outlook signature

in today's video I want to teach you how you can start selling on Amazon in the UK now there are loads of tutorials out there matter of fact some of them I own where I teach people how to sell on Amazon in general whether that's in Europe or America however here in the UK we do tend to do things a little bit different so if you're interested in the UK Marketplace this is the video of to watch if you're interested in watching for one of the other marketplaces then make sure to check out some of my other videos that I've posted before when it comes to selling on Amazon there are a couple of things that you need to consider first first of all before even getting started and that is whether or not you're even ready for it and there are a couple of things number one you need to remember that this will require an investment matter of fact it will require a minimum of ,000 investment because we are bringing products over from China into the UK Marketplace and we are going to be selling them on the UK Marketplace and therefore ordering them in bulk so that will require some money there then you will have to factor in things such as shipping fees storage fees Etc so the minimum that I would start off with is £1,000 I myself started off 1,200 but the very minimum would be about ,000 the ideal Budget on the other hand is something around the 2 to 3,000 Mark and that's why because you actually get a choice of much more products to choose from because you can afford them you can spend a little bit more money on ads and you're not so you know you don't have to worry about each and every single penny now after £3,000 if you have any more that's great however you have to be very careful because speaking from experience there are a lot of new sellers that get very careless when it comes to money if they are starting off with a very big budget and they still don't know what they're doing and they have got no experience selling on Amazon before before getting into the first part of this tutorial I also have to say is that I do live free webinars as well where I actually tell you exactly how you can get started what you need to do in order to be successful and how to make sure that you can actually scale this business up to six seven figures just like I've done so now I'll make sure to leave a link for that in the description and if you want to have a chat with me in a live format where I actually get to answer your questions and help you out as much as possible then make sure to check the link put in your details and I'll see you there with that being said that is the first step which is the 1 to £3,000 the second step is also having around 10 hours each and every single week in order to learn and grow your business at least for the next 12 months that means you will have to put your family things sometimes aside you won't have to be able to go out each and every single day you'll actually have to dedicate some time in order to learn about this business now I can't stress this enough this business has completely changed my life I have went from n having a 9 to5 working the recruitment in the city in the city of London the job that I hated to all of a sudden now making over 6 million pounds worth of Revenue since the day I started and if I can do it so can you it doesn't require any special needs any special skills or anything like that you just have to have dedication for it and the willingness to actually learn be patient and scal up so 1 to 3,000 and around 10 hours of work each and every single week as a minimum if you focus on those two things and you're actually dedicated to make sure that this works then this is the right video for you and with that being said let's get straight to it the very first thing we need to do is focus on the setups okay in other words we have to set up the business the business bank account we have to set up the Amazon professional seller account the Alibaba account which is where we'll get our products from and we also have to get Amazon's own product research tool such as helium 10 where we'll do all of the product research on and I'll show you that in a minute later down the line of how we actually get our products and how do we make sure we find the right ones okay so those are the five things but first let's focus on the first two which is setting up the business and the business bank account we go on to tide now full disclosure this is an Affiliated link okay so I do get a kickback of each and every single one of you that do sign up but the main reason why I want you guys to potentially consider signing up with Tide is number one it is much easier and faster to do so because with the company's register it will take a while to get all your documents and also you actually with every single high stre Retail Bank out there such as Nat West HSBC Lloyds RBS barley they will require a lot of information they may even require you to come into the store whereas here on tide everything gets done online and you will have your business and the business bank account set up very very quickly now the answer to your question as to what benefit you get by using my link and that is the fact that you'll only have to pay £15 instead of 50 and also the fact that you'll get £75 deposited into your account once you have deposited and used your tide account for over a month so that's pretty much £75 completely free of charge so why not now you can use other business bank accounts out there as well but this is the one that I would recommend based on their customer service own personal experience and also what my students have said so as well so with that being said let's get straight to it first things first what we need to do is set up the business okay now I can't stress this enough guys when it comes to setting up the business the business company name really doesn't matter that much because it will only be seen by yourself your accountants the hmrc and Amazon that's it your customers don't actually get to see your company so you don't have to spend hours if not days trying to figure out with a clever name that is not being taken okay so for me here I will just put in literally Ben's test company and let's see if that's available it is there you go so it's available to register so we'll just go ahead with that click on continue the next thing we need to do is tell them that we actually don't want a domain name assigned to us for an additional price now this only applies to us Amazon sellers because all of our products are actually going to be on Amazon whereas if we were to actually um sell let's say on a Shopify website where we have to get our own domain or you know have our own website in general then we would could potentially select one of these but in this case why pay $16.99 when you don't have to before you get started it will also tell you about some of these agreements that you are agreeing to now you may want to skip them but I personally will read them very very quickly and make sure that you actually save them so when they get sent to you to your email don't lose them because they will be required when you are setting up your Amazon professional seller accounts later down the line so yes it's just a PDF but make sure you don't just throw it in the bin and never look at it again okay so you'll need memorandum of Association agreement you'll need articles of Association and statement of capital as well I think they will need two out of the three but make sure you save all three okay once that's done we click on continue we'll put in our email address I can't remember how quick this is but hopefully on this tutorial I can actually go through the whole process to show you how quick it is that to do it with Tide then we'll go and put in our details B alist then our actual year of birth for those of you that didn't know I was born in 1993 11th of June birthday presents are always welcome then my mobile phone number then personal address and then you also have to tell them whether or not you lived more than 3 months or not now remember if you choose Less Than 3 months you will have to give your previous address as well so something to keep in mind country of residence now here if I'm in the UK obviously I'll put in the UK but if I want to sell in the UK Marketplace but I am let's say in Germany or something like that then obviously I will put in where I'm currently residing then my nationality Believe it or or not I'm not British and then I have to put in three security questions as well so the first one be my phone number the second one can be my town of birth and then the third one can be my mother's ma a name enter your trading address now for most of you will be used personal address that you already in put in however this is where your tide card will be sent however if you let's say for example have a warehouse or have an office or whatever then you can also add a new address as well so you will have a different personal address that will not be shown on the company's register your only trading address will be shown okay so keep that in mind and another thing as well for those of you especially this is important for those of you who don't want to show your own address or your own trading address or whatever address that is related to you on the company's house you can potentially go for something called the virtual address and basically what that means is they will collect all of the hmic documents everything will be sent to that and then that will be sent directly to you and as you can see the number one thing the number one benefit from it is the fact that you are keeping your personal address private for the people that are based in the UK this is an option whereas for people that are based outside of the UK this is pretty much a must okay so just to keep you guys in the loop and let you know I personally didn't really care so I'll just put use trading address and click continue choose of country of registration England Wales then we have to put here e-commerce okay because that is what selling on Amazon falls under and I get bet you guys if you did this on the um government's website this process would take a whole a lot longer trust me then accept card payments with Tide card reader don't need that and then as you can see that's pretty much review the tide services that we want for our company if I changed the Virtual Office address this would be a much higher number and obviously the custom domain which I don't need if I change that this would be a much higher number right now as well with my link you get essentially a 3-month free trial and then after that it will be $11.99 per month for the tide accounting as well okay so click on continue and then the last button not least I actually have to put in my details and therefore make the purchase so then I can get my business registered now what I like also about tit is the fact that once that is done the next thing they will prompt you to do is set up the business bank account as well so unlike in normal circumstances where you go on the government website to set up the business and you go on to a high St retail bank to set up the company uh business bank account sorry here you can actually do both of them at the same time and therefore just speed up the process that much faster okay so with all of that being there the next thing we need to do now is now and only now look into Amazon's professional seller account okay now the reason why I say it only now is because Amazon actually wants to work with your company as opposed to you so you have to have everything set in place and be able to see your company on the company's house register first before setting up the account okay it's really really important that you guys do this because if you don't there will be a lot of issues later down the line now one thing that's a little bit annoying is the fact that I can't actually go through the whole process like I did earlier with the Amazon seller account and the reason why is because I have my own account already however it is a very very straightforward process however there are a couple of things that I want to let you guys know on first one is you want to make sure that you choose Amazon professional sellers account okay there are two types there is the individual account and there's the professional account the individual one is for people who are not really serious and will only be selling probably one or two items each and every single uh month okay whereas the professional one yes it comes with A3 pounds uh per month subscription fee but you will have all of the the tools that you need in order to run Amazon as a professional business and guess what if you don't use any of their services if you don't sell anything within the first couple of months you can always just get the money back by asking for a refund from Seller Support and they're quite easy and good with that okay so don't worry about it too much and also I'll be honest with you guys if you're serious about setting up the business the business bank account and everything you really want to go for the profession profal sellers account another thing that you want to be aware of is the fact that in some cases during your application they may ask for you to actually go onto a small video interview and it's not really an interview nobody really fails it but what it is is basically just to check and make sure that you are who you say you are and you will only have to have some some documentations ready to show hey this is me and this is my passport I am a real human and I'm only setting up one account it's primarily used for people who want to sell like under 20 or 30 different accounts which is obviously prohibited on Amazon so you want to make sure to be ready for that okay it may not happen but if it does happen don't worry this is not something that you need to worry about it's just something that you need to be aware of and be ready for okay and then last but not least I just noticed here right now is the fact that when you're just getting started you will get £42,000 worth of incentives but with a little caveat here which says only applicable if you enroll for brand in Amazon brand registry which I would highly advise you do so and that is something that we can discuss a little bit more in detail on our webinar as to what it is why it's important and why you should look into it as soon as everything is set up okay so we have now set up the business the business bank account Amazon professional sellers account there are two more things to do and that is helium 10 and Alibaba okay so helium 10 what is it and why do you need it well helium 10 is essentially the tool that you will need in order to do proper product research in other words you can't just go into Amazon and start buying whatever product you think is going to sell you actually have to figure out what revenues are there what are the reviews saying who is making the most amount of money how would you differentiate yourself and so on and the reason why I want to choose and always have been using helium 10 for the last six years believe it or not is the for two things number one the accuracy of the information and number two because they are just they have so many other tools besides the product research part so for example if you want to manage your inventory effectively they will help you do that if you want to create listings they will help you do that if you want to send customer review emails they will help you do that and there are many many other things that are really useful that other tools do not have now I'll be honest with you guys this is not the cheapest tool out there there are cheaper ones but this is the one that I have trusted and I have used pretty much ever since I started since 2018 and it's something that I think also you guys should consider and also for that again just like with Tide I do have an affiliate link for that as well make sure to check it out but also shop around okay you may find a jungle Scout or another tool maybe working better for you and your budget but this is something that potentially you want to look into first okay and then last but not least once that's done Alibaba is the last thing you need to set up okay and remember guys this may be strenuous in the very beginning but once it's all done that's it you won't never have to do it again okay so just keep that in mind go through it and then we can start doing the fun stuff which is product research speaking to suppliers and so on but this is essentially the website where you go and find your suppliers in China so whatever product it is let's say for example this resistance band on this nappy caddy organizer you just type that in and a whole bunch of factories will show up ready to sell those products to you okay and in order to do that in order to make a purchase is all done through having an actual Alibaba account now in contrast to setting up your business or setting up your Amazon professional seller account or whatever this will only take you no more than a minute okay it's a very very easy straightforward process this is all of the information that you will have to put in and once that's done you are pretty much done you are now set up the business the business bank accounts Amazon professional sellers accounts helium 10 and Alibaba once those five things are done you are now ready to start doing product research which is so important and I'll get that in the next part of this video all right so I want to make sure that you are paying extraordinarily close attention to what I'm about to show show you next because product research is by far the most important part of this business okay you can do everything else correctly you can set up everything correctly you can do great listings great ads but if the product that you have found and decided to sell is not what customers are looking for and it does not fill a exact need that the customer is are interested in then you are not going to make money so please put all of the things aside and actually watch what I'm about to show you very very carefully because this is so so important now the key to product research guys when it comes to selling on Amazon is finding a product that is slightly different and slightly unique to the rest of the competition that does not mean that you have to reinvent the wheel and start up with a completely brand new product however if there is an updated design if you can find a product with a nicer color or it has some unique features or functionality that other sellers don't currently have then that is a potentially winning product for you the last thing you want to do is find a product that is exactly the same as to what every everything else is selling and think that you will sell as well and that is not the case and the only thing that's going to happen is people are going to look at your product and they will look at the competition which is exactly the same and that competition will have probably better price more reviews better reviews and has been around for much longer and it will be a very easy decision for the customer to choose them over you so you need to have some way to differentiate yourself from the rest of the competition and I will show you a couple of ways very very soon okay that's the first the second thing is you want to stay away from certain types of products number one you want to stay away from heavy products okay because if the product is heavy and if it doesn't sell for whatever reason then the storage fees for those products are going to be very expensive to store at Amazon's Warehouse they will also be very expensive to ship as well and when you're just starting out and you're starting out completely from scratch and you've never sold online before you really want to go for much smaller lighter items number two go for cheaper items as well if they're expens expensive on Amazon I.E £20 and above then that means they will be very expensive to Source on Alibaba as well so cheaper is better in the very beginning because this is what I tell to all of my students in the very beginning you want to make sure that you are learning okay not earning learn as much as possible with cheaper products make the mistakes if you have to which are not going to cost you that much and then you can go for more expensive products okay that's number two number three is make sure that you don't go for anything that comes in very variations especially clothing because when it comes to clothing it comes in three different colors four different sizes now you don't actually sell one item anymore you end up selling 12 unique items which is an absolute nightm to manage especially when you're just getting started one thing I've learned through my six years of my basically career of selling on Amazon is the fact that just because you are making something complicated does not mean it's going to lead to more profit and that is something they really want to keep it to yourself okay you want to keep it as simple as possible at least in the very beginning so with that being said how do I actually do the research what exactly do I look into when I find a potential product that I would be interested in first things first let's say for example here I have an ABS wheel roller okay so this is a interesting product for me to look into these type products do actually very well in the beginning of the year especially because people have got newest resolutions they want to get into shape and stuff and these are the type products they sell quite well so the very first thing that I want to do is I want to browse through the actual products themselves can I see different uh variations to it uh can I see that there are different models in this category because if I say for example was trying to sell pieces of paper or toothpicks or plastic cups where all of them look exactly the same it will be a very difficult Niche for me to look into so here I can see there are many different designs and models which is a good sign the next thing I look at is the price points okay so we have have some cheap ones which is at $5.99 but we also have ones that are $24.97 which is quite expensive to be honest what I said earlier is true I'm looking for ideally for products that are2 and under okay so keep that in mind as well and then last but not least I also want to see if there are any products on the first page that have got under 100 reviews okay and I can see here one straight away with 62 reviews here you cannot count the ones that are sponsored there's another one with five reviews here here okay which is another one which is a good sign the more of these I see the better 16 reviews here and so on now to make this process a little bit easier what I do is I actually go onto helium 10 Chrome extension which is called x-ray okay and this will actually show me all of the data that I need to do and see in order to make a much more educated decision now first things first total revenue £17,000 that means all of these products have £27,000 across all of them okay which is a little bit on the low side but as long as it's above 100,000 that's fine next average price £1 a little bit on the high side if it was anything 15 and under i' would be much more interested and then last but not least I actually want to see are there any reviews like like I said earlier how many people have got low number of reviews that are actually making over ,000 so here's one here's another one 11,000 here you go there's somebody that's got 63 reviews and is making £1,000 in sales and here's we got quite a few as well so the more people that have got low number of views making over £1,000 the better okay so this is what I initially look at okay then once that's done and it meets my initial criteria which I do discuss on the webinar in much more detail the next thing I want to do is now start to look for what are the bestselling products and why they are selling so well so after my research I've done I can see that this is the best selling product in the category right now and what I would do is would analyze exactly this product in a lot of detail so first of all it's selling 1,000 units Plus at that price that is incredible from such a simple product like this but what I want to see is what's so special about the listing is it the images is it the product is it the price is it the videos is it the key features I want to analyze these products in detail to make sure that I can at least replicate what they're doing and hopefully get the same results obviously not with the same product but I just want to see what's so special about this listing I would also look into the reviews as well because the reviews and focusing on the negative reviews because the negative reviews will actually tell me what's wrong with this product to make sure that I don't have exactly the same problems that this seller may potentially be having okay so keep that in mind so this would be one of the bestselling products then this is another one so maybe I want to look into this one I personally would avoid this one because it's actually quite large and therefore it would be quite expensive to ship and therefore quite risky for some somebody that's just starting out then here's another one okay now another quite expensive one I would also be interested okay so why is it so expensive is it because it comes with these extra additional resistance bands and also um Push-Up Bars or whatever they're called maybe that's something that I may potentially have to add in myself to stand out as well that could be an option as well as long as the price of the product isn't too high okay now what I also would like to do sometimes is when I go on the UK Marketplace I actually want to check out other marketplaces as well because remember I am looking for products that are slightly different slightly unique that may be selling in America or Germany or France that I want to bring into the UK Marketplace so what I would do is I just go on to put in ABS trainer in the US Marketplace and see okay and uh let's have a look see if there are any different ones so for example this one I did not see in the UK Marketplace so that's something that would be interesting to see this one as well another one like a really thick heavy good quality looking uh Ab Roller another one that I potentially would be interested in looking at and to see if there are any others there's another one as well potentially okay so there are quite a lot of variety in this Niche which is a good sign okay so this is something that I would be looking into further once I have looked into these products that are selling well in other countries and I may potentially be interested in one myself I would literally screenshot that potential product and the very next thing I would do is I would actually start speaking to suppliers on Alibaba which literally I just put in ABS wheel and I just started look looking as to what kind of products are out there and look at that the one that is selling in the US but is not selling in the UK is here currently being on sale for $235 now don't get bogged down on these prices these prices matter of fact are actually quite meaningless which a lot of gurus won't tell you because there is something shipping is not included at all and the price here is going to be very different at all so whatever prices you see here don't pay too much attention to it what you will have to do is actually speak to them and then go from there really okay and then the very last thing in terms of the product research part that I wanted to highlight is making sure that you check something called Google Trends okay now Google Trends basically it shows how many people are interested in whatever you are trying to sell on any given day week month year whatever and what you want to ideally is avoid extraordinarily trendy products which I'll show you in a minute or products that are losing interest over time so let me give you an example so this is for abs whe right now okay perfectly fine product is actually the the trend for is actually on the come up which is a good sign okay now the here are some of the trendy products that I would show that you really want to avoid number one is fads okay so let's think of a good fad product so fidget Spinners there's one that was doing extraordinarily well look at that just one peak in demand but imagine you bought a th000 units and all of a sudden it just died off completely another one uh face masks let's have a look what that looks like here's another one they you may want to avoid and the reason why I say avoid is because very simple at one point or another it will completely fall off and when that thing happens you don't really want to be stuck with loads of inventory now unable to sell it at all okay then you want to avoid for other type of trendy products like Christmas jumper okay now this happens each and every single year which is fine think about it what will happen if your products actually don't arrive on time and you are them getting these Christmas Jumpers in January well for the next 11 months you will sell nothing is that the product you really want to hold on to is that the risk you really want to take now here's a trendy product that I want to show you that you may potentially be interested in sunglasses it's a fragile item okay you may not necessarily be too interested in it but as you can see it is a much more of a sort of a bigger Trend okay because it's much more predictable and they do still sell some products even during the quieter months of the year as well uh another one for example is anything in the camping niche as you can see it is not as crazy of a trend as the Christmas jumpers were or some of the other products that I showed you okay ABS trainer in general or Fitness does that have a trend to it okay there is no Trend whatsoever so me personally I would either stay with non- trendy products at all or potentially products that I can predict the trend of and I therefore go for example for camping products when I see the revenue and demand for it increasing like it has done in previous years all right so for this part of the tutorial is going to be all about speaking to suppliers now before we actually get into what you need to do and what you need to say there are a couple of things that I want you guys to think about beforehand number one that is the fact that yes you are in the UK yes you're going to be speaking in the English language but remember these guys are all on the other side of the world so there will be a time difference but also there will be a language barrier as well so make sure that you're keeping it as simple as possible this is not someone that you are speaking in England that can speak English fluently these guys will not understand some of the things that you may have to say so you really want to dumb it down as much as possible number two they are expecting you to negotiate so don't feel like the first price that they give you is the one that you actually have to accept that is part of their culture that is what they do haggling is just what they expect however with that being said you cannot also haggle too much because you will have and make a mistake that I have made by haggling too much what may sometimes happen is the fact that they will substitute some of the materials that they are using to create the product for something cheaper and of less quality and if that happens you will get a worse product and that worst product is actually going to get more negative reviews and it starts that negative cycle all over and then last but not least before we actually get into the tutorial part of this is also the fact that you want to speak to as many supplies as you can possibly do okay so some of my students the bad ones they will end up speaking to like like three suppliers and picking one of them and then making the purchasing order remember guys you are holding the money and therefore you are holding the power and if you hold the money and you hold the power you really want to make an as educated decision as possible so when I'm speaking to suppliers I actually message 60 suppliers now yes you may think why so many it's so overwhelming like I would never be able to deal with all of them but just hear me out let's say we message 60 suppliers 30 of them will respond 20 of them will have the product that you are speaking about 10 of them will give you absolutely ridiculous prices five of them will take a very long time to respond in their communication they may not understand fully what you're looking for they may have like a very long lead time or whatever or any sort of other potential issue so all of a sudden you go down to your best five so very quickly going from 60 to five isn't that long and it isn't that strenuous and then when you have to your best five then you start to compare in contrast each and every single one comparing their prices their shipping times lead time product quality you know years of experience and so on so make sure if there's one thing that you can get out of this part of the tutorial is the fact that speak to as many people as possible do not be lazy because this is your money on the line and if you just pick the first one that comes then that means you may be overpaying for that product you may not getting the best deal and if you're overpaying on the product and you want to make money on it that means that your product will be less competitive when it actually comes to selling it on Amazon so these are sort of sort of things that may not make you a lot of money but it will save you a whole bunch as well that you can then reinvest into more and more products as the time goes since we are on alibaba's website I've just put an ABS wheel okay and I don't know why that's there but all of the other products here are actually the ones that I would potentially looking for okay now before we start messaging anybody we have to do a little bit of filtering through so first things first what I want to do is I want to filter all products to trade Assurance basically meaning that each and every single one of these suppliers that I'm about to speak to have said and agreed that hey if the customer is not happy we are willing to provide a refund and you know we are being going to protect our orders with alibaba.com so it's kind of like with Amazon when um when you buy something and you're not happy with it you return it you get the money back exact same thing happens with Alibaba as well and they're actually pretty good with it as well now don't think that you can get the products for free and just complain about them like some people do on Amazon here it's very very different they do look into it a little bit further okay then also go on to verified supplier here okay so that means and also i' would actually put in verified Pro supplier I'll be honest I don't know too much of a difference but given there's loads of supplies to choose from why not choose both just to narrow it down a little bit further but basically what that means is essentially they have done various checks and balances to make sure that that supplier exists that supplier sells those type of products and you're not going to get scammed essentially okay so that's another thing and then last but not least I would also put something on the store reviews and that is essentially four and a half and up okay because we don't want to deal with suppliers just like with Amazon we don't want to buy products that are got low review score same thing with Alibaba as well okay so once that's done now I'm looking into various products okay so as it as you can see it already narrowed it down quite substantially I'm not paying too much attention to what I see here okay because the reality is sometimes these people may not advertise all of their products all at once so what I'm looking for is essentially are they in the category are they selling in the category that I am interested in and for example here ABS Wheels here I'm pretty sure they've sell quite a lot of ABS Wheels the fact that they've got 11 years of experience and their annual exports of 10 million they're pretty much a supply that I would potentially be interested in speaking to so I would just click on compare not chat now okay so click on compare let's have a look at a few more just to give an idea okay so hot sale yoga accessory no idea that's there no no here's another one okay so 11 years of experience that is the same one so why would I speak to them again so there's another one potentially so I'm going to compare him as well 5 years of experience Chinese supplier okay let's have a look how much revenue they've done they have don't say it okay but we'll click on compare that to potentially just get a few more for this example today you may find the exact same supplier posting like loads and loads of the exact same products so just keep that in mind as well uh you may think you're speaking to 60 suppliers but you end up speaking to the same supplier like 20 different times okay and I just keep on going on and on and on there's another one for example let's have a look to 12 uh years of experience uh 4.7 Stars 44 reviews okay cool let's keep going okay so now once we have got down up to 20 okay and this I would literally go on page one page two page three page four when I get up to 20 and overall I would get up to 60 then I would click on to contact supplier and now this is the easy part and is I actually quite like this is the fact that you don't have to contact each and every single one of them one by one what you need to do is literally put in the message here and then all of that message is going to be sent to absolutely everybody okay so here's what I would put down so hello I would be interested in buying the ABS wheel so remember how I earlier said if you are interested in particular product screenshot it well this is where that picture would come in as an attachment okay so you tell them exactly what you want and my best advice would be is to do as much research around the exact product that you are looking for you want to know what it's made of what the color is going to be what the size of the product is going to be because then when you're starting to negotiate you're coming across a much more educated uh and researched buyer as opposed to just hey sell me whatever is hot selling right now okay so I would be interested in buying picture attached for 1,000 units okay could you please answer the below now what I'm doing here is a couple of things number one I'm not telling them my address I'm not even telling them um where where I'm shipping them to what I do for a living or anything like that at all because remember this message is going to be sent out to 60 hopefully 60 suppliers if you're not lazy about it okay so if you're going to be sending out this message to so many of them why would you want to give out so much personal information that's number one number two look at how simple language that I am using I'm not telling them big fancy words or anything like that anybody with moderate level of English will be able to understand what I said here and if they don't that's a big problem okay so first of all is what is the product cost per unit how much does it cost to ship to UK and then you can do aox because obviously later down the line you'll actually actually give them your own address or your Amazon's warehous address but right now into the UK just to give an approximate figure okay number three is what is your lead time okay basically meaning when I buy the product I make the payment then do I get the product straight away sent out to me or do I have to wait for that product to be made as well now you may think that's not really important but it actually is because some products will be readily available might be a little bit more expensive whereas others will take ages to actually get produced and then you wa for that product to actually be shipped out and then for the products actually come to the UK so for an extra few Pence you may actually go for somebody that's got those products readily available okay so we got product cost we' got how much does it cost to ship we've got lead time and then last but not least it will be please provide more details around this product literally that would be as simple as that okay because what you don't want to do is you don't want to put them off you don't want to confuse them they read this message they'll get thousands of these messages pretty much on a monthly basis and they just you're making it very easy for them to just answer those questions straightforward as much as possible okay and then once that's done that's how you start the conversations and you put up an open nice spreadsheet which I share with my students and essentially you will put down each and every single supplier that is worth speaking to you will say what product they have how much are they looking to to charge you what the shipping price is what the lead time is ETC you have everything on one nice Excel spreadsheet so then it's very easy for you to compare and contrast on who's giving you the best possible deal now with all of that being said that's pretty much it for today's video now if you do want to learn more about this and want to get a potential opportunity to ask me little questions on a live format make sure to join on my webinar I'll leave a link for that in the description hopefully you guys found this useful there is a lot more to this like you know how to do Amazon FBA ads how to create your own very first listing how to do the images and all that stuff how to make sure they you ship these products to Amazon's Warehouse I have got a whole bunch of these videos so make sure to check check out my channel for those and I'll speak to you soon bye-bye
