so let's go back to the LinkedIn when I do the connections I keep them also very conversational so I will send them a message just to say hey notice that you're in the nonprofit space I'd love to connect and then they connect and then I do through we connect and Auto follow-up it basically just asks a question about you know thanks so much for connecting if you want an intro to any of my connections and my network let me know also if you happen to know any you know whatever niche you're in for me charities are churches that might need help with their accounting or tax work please keep me in mind and it's amazing to me how many people like just organically naturally respond back oh I actually do know somebody I'm actually interested in learning more about you so I keep it very conversational I will say in full transparency I haven't launched a LinkedIn campaign in a minute because I will we stop doing that drink Ovid mostly because I just didn't want everybody's very emotional so I stopped doing LinkedIn campaigns through like the cadences in March what I've been doing is doing active campaign so I try to keep the conversation kind of flowing through either email or LinkedIn and make those casual conversations and then I sent out weekly blasts I usually have blog post or something and I send those out through active campaign and through that combination of effort I've been able to keep the same level of strategy sessions without even necessarily have to send the multiple Cadence's through LinkedIn so that was like a really not when I say through LinkedIn that's not what I mean I mean you know getting the export from LinkedIn putting them into an email program and like closed on eye or something I haven't done the cadences and I've still been able to keep pace with my growth with my strategy sessions through that more kind of natural organic conversational through LinkedIn as well as the active campaign blasts
