What do you like best?

I love the fact that I can get documents signed fairly quickly from start to finish. The software allows for conditional signing which is crucial for our business model. Other softwares did not offer that ability.

What do you like best?

I like how easy signnow is to navigate and figure out. Whether you're sending or receiving a document, the setup is very straightforward. I also like how you can add more than one signer on a document at a time, that has actually helped us save a lot of time in that area.

Excellent Solution for eSignatures

What do you like best?

I'm a small CPA firm and require signatures on engagement letters and confidential tax documents. I've tried other solutions but some of my clients found the other solutions a bit clumsy. I've received very positive feedback once I switched to airSlate SignNow. I also really appreciate the option to choose 'do not send signed documents' for confidential information. It's a great choice for CPAs, Attorneys and anyone else needing a secure yet easy-to-use solution. It's also IRS compliant.

seven things that successful people do every day that unsuccessful people do not seven things that successful people do every day that unsuccessful people do not you know in this life insurance business one of the things that i think distinguishes uh people who are high achievers at the highest level people who are top producers who are top agency builders people who are the best recruiters people who are the best trainers um they're doing some things different than everyone else there's a reason why they're in the eight percent and not in the 92 percent so we're going to hit seven of those right now and we're going to hit them fast sunday night gets a bad rep because it means typically having to start another week what do you do on your sundays you know sunday afternoon around four or five o'clock we're starting to think about okay we gotta get back into the swing of things we we gotta get back to work the the sunlight is fading on sunday friday is long gone saturday is gone sunday's here the sun's starting to go down it's dinner time are we ready for the week here's what successful people do they plan each day with purpose and with action each day with purpose and with action you see successful people plan their days yes even sundays and they do it different and better and more exciting with more purpose with more meaning tony robbins says that action without a higher degree of purpose is a waste of time you have to know why you're doing these things you have to know why your action is important and what you're trying to accomplish if you don't know why planning stuff just seems like busy work how much of your life and your week and your month are you actually designing are you in charge of that or is it happening to you are you drifting or are you cutting into the wind are you the one driving the direction are you the one driving the results they plan each day with purpose and with action number two they step outside of their comfort zones one of our top producers actually the number two producer uh on the our agency side this week uh just spent uh this weekend at a conference in nashville tennessee with coach michael burke and uh while at that event uh she got to hear michael o'donnell who is a door-to-door solar sales person and michael i'll give you a shout out in this video we'll even tag you he sells solar door to door and i believe since 2015 has sold over 15 million dollars doing door-to-door sales you see carol put herself outside of her comfort zone this week she got to nashville tennessee bought a ticket sat in that event for two days and a guy comes on stage that she never thought she was going to hear from and he talks about selling solar and he plants an idea that know that getting a no is an empowering thing and that we need to look at that differently but getting outside of her comfort zone is what allowed her to be in that venue is what her allowed her to be in that place to be receptive and open to that information and to be stretched beyond her comfort zone you see successful people thrive when they're stretched beyond what they think they can handle they consistently push the boundaries of what's possible and they don't accept settling this means stepping outside of that comfort zone and questioning ways to do things better looking for opportunities to constantly improve how long have you been in your comfort zone are you operating outside of your comfort zone if success is in this circle if this is your comfort zone sorry if this is your comfort zone i want to give you an idea that success lives out here we have to get outside of it in order to have success number three surround themselves with smart people successful people surround themselves with smart people this is a thing that successful people do every day that unsuccessful people do not they do not have the same value in surrounding themselves with other smart people i would say you've got to find your tribe if you're not finding your tribe you probably really need to be doing two things number one find a tribe number two build your tribe number one find your tribe number two build your tribe you've got to get to a place where you're building your tribe and it's going to be important for you to find people that you can surround yourself with that are running in the same direction as you you see when bill gates and steve jobs and richard branson and zuckerberg and all these people started it was just them but the minute they started realizing they wanted to build something special with their life they wanted to to do something big they had to start surrounding themselves with other people that they could actually get there with collaborate with a power team a mastermind a group a running tribe running buddies a partnership an agency a downline an upline think about how collaboration helps us refine our thinking and it allows us to be challenged you see we become the average of the five closest people that we surround ourselves with and here's my question to you who are you spending your time with are you building your tribe are you finding your tribe two things that we need to do there number four number four successful people focus on the big picture on the big picture yes we talked about details we talked about planning and number one but focusing on details allows us to track results and that's going to be super important and we can make improvements based on facts not on guesswork but sometimes we can get lost in the doing and forget the building and the creating you have to build moments into your week into your schedule and you have to remember i need to build those times in so i can focus on the big picture and we need to have our eyes kind of on the horizon so to speak so if the horizon's out there and we're always looking here sometimes it's easy for us to get off track and we don't even know it we need to be continually looking out at the horizon at our goals what we're running for it empowers us it pulls us forward it pulls us in that direction so we need to focus on the big picture if you're not designing and creating a better life for yourself who will so never lose sight of the big picture and always work on your why number five number five successful people get the job done they get it done they just get it done you heard my computer ding in here a few minutes ago it's because i have notifications going off of things that are coming up things that i'm supposed to be doing i'm going to post this video anyway because i want to get this done you may say why didn't he shut that off well if i stop and shut it off i have to re-record again then it's taking more of my time i'm going to post it up you know what that sound means i'm trying to get the job done you see it's human behavior to procrastinate try to find oh we can do it better we got to redo it we've got to rethink it we've got to reapply it we've got to edit it let's just get the job done high achievers have developed a laser-like focus when it comes to getting things done at times they can be obsessed and almost seem selfish with their time often making sacrifices that most people would not be prepared or willing to make are you one of those people are you one of those people that says i'm getting the job done i'm getting the job done you see if we prioritize better and set aside time to focus on our goals and not just our to-do list we can actually move them we can actually move them and create massive opportunities for ourselves and for those around us when we have successes success breeds success success attracts success people are moving in a direction with specific specificity and intention going in a direction they attract other people so get the job done number six you ready number six what do successful people do that other people do not number six is they refuse to take no for an answer when you hit a wall it's easy to consider that uh that could be the end of the road right how many of us have ever hit a wall i have how many of us have ever hit roadblocks i have how many of us have had things happen to us that we thought why now like literally we're three feet from gold here why is this happening now why is this why am i getting sidetracked why is this event happening my life why are these things happening to me that i have no control over well when we hit those walls we hit those obstacles we hit those curve balls in life we can stop and say well we need to go in another direction you see only the most stubborn will actually persevere long enough to climb the rest of the mountain some people give up and go back when i was in colorado earlier this year with my daughter olivia and we were climbing the decaline it's four fourteeners in one one day summit and hike around 414ers in back when we got to the second one and wind speeds were picking up 50 to 60 miles an hour gusting and they actually got out to gusting up to 80 and 90 miles an hour on the side of that mountain we could have given up and we could have just sat there we could have been paralyzed by our fear but we had to decide not to take no for an answer you see we were hitting a wall and we had to push through and we had to do things long enough to persevere to actually make that summit but not just to make the summit to hit the summit but to actually make the summit so we could descend down on the other side of the mountain out of the wind we had to refuse to take no for an answer and sometimes it's going to feel like everything is prevailing against you to have success in your business have you invited people in have you trained them have you brought them in and started to train them for life insurance sales just enough to get them there and then some significant things happens in their own in their home life or in their family and their and it totally sabotages them and then the efforts that you put in with those people are gone what do you do you give up do you give up do you bank all of your opportunity on that one person or that one opportunity that you thought was going to turn into something really big or are you not willing to take no for an answer are you are you going to sit there and take no for an answer are you going to be thwarted by that or are you going to find people who want to align with you and push forward and say we are going to take that summit we are going to take that summit and people who are successful push in they lean in and they take that summit and it is attractive when you are that person it starts to attract other people to you because people realize you're a person that does not quit don't be a quitter refuse to take no for an answer that's what successful people do and lastly number seven number seven successful people never stop learning they never stop learning one of our great capacities are is our ability and urge really our desire to learn even from an infant right if you think about kids children they want to learn they're always asking questions they're stumbling around they're learning to walk they fall down they get up they fall down they get up when they take two or three steps they celebrate themselves kids will celebrate themselves right you need to celebrate yourself but you need to be like a child and say i don't want to stop learning i want to keep growing i want to become a better version of myself unfortunately most of us stop actively learning once our formal education stops we allow ourselves to remain stagnant in our careers and in our personal lives are you stagnant in your career in your personal life right if i was to show you some of the some of the pieces some of the books that i have here on hand right now that i'm reading uh like i'm reading for a purpose because i want to find out how to become a better me how to become a better me how to become a better me on on our team launch call that we did today uh that carol carroll who actually i referenced earlier uh was learning from michael o'donnell on that door knocking approach the guy who sold 15 million in solar well he said one of the biggest things that changed his life was a book called mini habits by steven geist mini habits by stephen geiss while she was still talking to me i went on to my audible account and i ordered the book many habits by steven geiss because i want to continue to learn you see if you're not green if you're not green and growing then you're ripe and rotting if you're not green and growing then you're ripe and rotting and i don't want to be ripe and rotting how much of your week is dedicated to learning and growing yourself are you putting yourself in the room with other people where you can learn where you can level up are you masterminding with others who will help you level up your game to think differently give you a different perspective are you doing that are you investing in you never stop learning patrick that david in a post that i saw this weekend said of everything that he's ever invested in stocks bonds mutual funds property real estate all these things he said the single biggest return i've ever had is on the investment in myself so you have to invest in yourself never stop learning they plan their day with purpose and action they step outside of their comfort zone they surround themselves with smart people they are building and finding their tribe number four unsuccessful people focus on the big picture number five they get the job done number six they refuse to take no for an answer no matter what the conditions look like summiting that mountain number seven they never stop learning they get around other great people who help them become greater help them become someone that can continue to be a difference maker in their life and in the lives of others every day there are seven tips for today on how you can become someone successful in your industry space in your insurance space where you are put these principles into practice and i know it'll change your life too we'll see you on the next one
