this is a complete A to Z tutorial on how to use system.io more importantly how to build a six-figure business inside of system.io from complete scratch even if you have no followers no email list and you have never started an online business throughout this whole video I'm going to show you how much system.io cost I'm going to show you how to set up an email sequence I'm going to show you how to set up a landing page but the most important thing is I'm going to show you how to use this free tool to build a six-figure business from scratch and if you stick to the end of this video I'm even gonna give you a copy and paste business that you can have up and running by the end of today I'm talking about my exact same landing pages that have made me over seven figures in online sales and affiliate commissions you could copy my landing pages my lead magnets and my emails so you can start your business today but before I give you that I want to make sure that you know the skills and how to use system.io now if you've never heard of me my name is Jonathan Montoya and I've done over three million dollars in this account right here and I've even done over ten thousand dollars with the system.io affiliate program which is something that we can talk about throughout this video as well now if you've never heard of system.io it's essentially an all-in-one business platform to launch contacts now if you saw my previous video on the series of how to start an affiliate marketing business from scratch I explained the power of email marketing typically you can make about a dollar per month per person on your list so for example if you have 2 000 people on your email list your business should be making about two thousand dollars per month so what's cool is they actually let you build your list to 2 000 people and then you'll start paying for the twenty seven dollars per month but they allow you to start making money first before you even have to pay for the software and that's something I really like about system.io you can get started in building an online business for free without ever having to pay now I have built my email list to over 353 000 people now I've made it as much as half a million dollars in a month so the power of having an email list is extremely important and I'm going to show you exactly how to build that throughout this system.io tutorial okay so once you created a system.io account you're going to log into the dashboard which looks like this now again I left a link down below to give you access to a free account now again the main goal of building an online business whether you're doing affiliate marketing or you want to have your own product is to build an email list so typically you're going to be sending traffic to an opt-in page now this is a landing page that we can go ahead and create inside of system.io now the purpose of this is to build this email list we're building this email list that way we can then have that to promote our offers or other affiliate offers so it doesn't matter again if you're doing affiliate marketing or you have your own product now here's an example of one of my by landing pages now I give away a free book teaching people how to leave their nine to five jobs now the cool thing is since I give this out for free I'm actually exchanging it for their email address now when someone gives me their email and I give them this free lead Magnet or this free book now they're on my email list and I can then Market multiple affiliate products or all the products and services that I offer and that's why having a list of over 350 000 people is so powerful because I can send an email anytime I want to promote my offer or affiliate offers and literally print money online all right so let's go ahead and build this funnel so this is the affiliate dashboard here which we can talk about later but I want to show you how to navigate through here it's pretty simple you got contacts here you've got your funnels and then you have your email autoresponder sequences you got your blogs automations super cool because you literally have everything all in one so so it's an all-in-one business platform but what we want to focus on now is building a funnel now again if you stick to the end of this video I'm literally going to give you a six figure funnel and more importantly the lead magnet that goes with it so this funnel right here and the book that I give out for free I'm gonna allow you to give that out as your own but again I want to teach you the skills on how to use this first okay so we're gonna go ahead and go to funnels and we're going to go ahead and hit create okay so it says create funnel you're going to want to name it I'm just going to put test funnel this is the funnel domain we'll talk about that a little bit later so there's a few different options here and I want to go over a few of them so first there's build an audience so this is basically just a regular opt-in page right you send someone hey give me your name and email and basically this is how you start building your email list now the cell funnel is if you have your own product so basically a cell funnel would be you have this opt-in page that then goes to a video sales letter which then goes to an order page that people can buy from you now this is a little bit more advanced but it's all pretty simple to do and we can go over this in another video now you could of course build custom funnels you can build an evergreen webinar which is something I've done in my business as well but again we're going to stick with just building an audience all right currency don't really have to worry because we're not going to sell anything since we're just building an email list but uh you know you can switch this to us or whatever it is that you want I'm gonna go ahead and switch this to US dollar and then save that okay so let's go ahead and click inside of the test funnel and we can very easily start mapping this out so you'll notice here we have like a squeeze page and then a thank you page all right so after someone enters their email it's gonna go to a thank you page now you can very easily add steps right here on the left side but again we're just going to keep this very simple now with the squeeze page we can start with the templates that system IO gives us now for me I've always liked super simple templates so I'm gonna go and find something that we can use so let's go with let me see here I'm gonna look for something super super simple let's do this one right here this one looks pretty easy so I'm going to select this here and we can start with that okay so I went ahead and named this step one opt-in okay just so we know where people are going and this is more for us now after this uh we're gonna go ahead and go to edit page where we can very easily start making changes to this funnel now as you see here we have like this kind of this website looking thing here at the top I'm actually going to delete this so very easily you can like hover over these sections here and you can start deleting so you'll notice here section and delete okay now real quick before I delete it you'll notice there's a section so it's like this green section and within a section there's something called like rows or menus so there's always something within these sections now I can go and delete like these individual elements within this section as you notice right here or if you just want to delete the whole thing you could just hover to the main section right here now if I hover at the top here I could actually just delete the section rather than deleting all the little elements within so you'll notice here at the top there's a little Trash Can I could click on that and this will delete that top section so it's a little bit cleaner now again the goal of this is just to get people to enter their email on our opt-in page now you'll notice here this is a pretty simple page and they do have like this website looking thing I'm not going to go ahead and build this out because I want to make things very simple so I'm going to delete all these things here okay so I'm going to go ahead and delete all this okay see all these sections here so this is going to be deleted yeah see this is all stuff that we don't need again we want to make this super super simple that way we can just grab someone's email address so I'm going to delete all this and this is good that way you know exactly how to build these Pages out okay so this one's actually I thought it was gonna be a little bit simpler but that's okay I can go ahead and delete this and now it's very very simple okay I'm just going to make it literally one area that you can go to okay we don't want people going to all these other tabs okay we want to make this super super simple for people to go to your page enter their email join your email list and of course buy affiliate products from you okay so now we have this very simple looking page as you see here so let's go ahead and start building this out okay so the next question I get is well what the heck do I create if I don't have a product and I have no idea how to build this email list and this is where you need to start thinking about well should I build my own product or should I promote other people's products now I have personally left my nine to five job as an engineer by promoting other people's products this is called affiliate marketing now the reason why I like affiliate marketing is because you can go find a product literally by the end of today build this a landing page and start a business today now if you have your own product you can do that as well the only issue is that you have to go then create a product build a sales system build a support team and all the things that go into building a business whereas if you have an affiliate marketing business you can start from complete scratch so for this specific example I'm going to show you how to build this landing page inside of system.io but using an affiliate product so AKA someone else's product now I do have a video explaining how to find these affiliate products right here I go in depth on how you can go find a product it doesn't matter what Niche whether you're trying to help people make money online help people lose weight help people even learn how to start a landscaping business whatever it is you can go find a product so I go into in-depth review in this video here but for for this particular example I'm going to show you how to build this landing page inside of system.io using a make money online course now for this particular example I'm going to go to digistore24 which is an affiliate platform or I can go find a product to promote literally by the end of the day now if I go to digistore24 I can register for a new account and find a product that I want to promote now again I have a full tutorial on this so real quickly I'm just going to go find a product if you go to the marketplace you'll notice there's literally hundreds of products that you can go promote now for this particular example I'm going to go to business and investing and if I go to this website here I can go and find a product now there is multiple products that I can go and promote I typically like higher ticket products with higher ticket commissions so I'm actually going to go click on this product right here now disclaimer this is a program that I created but for the purposes of this example I want to show show you using this program because obviously I know exactly what this program does and how it can help people so very easily I can go and promote this program if I hit this button and I can start promoting it so now I have a program that it can promote so if I go back to the system.io dashboard I know how I can create this page so again we need to figure out which product we're promoting so we can create a landing page that makes sense okay so this product basically helps people leave their nine to five job so what we want to do is we want to build this landing page that entices people to want to leave their nine to five a job right so for example here I'm going to give them this free book that teaches them how to leave their job okay so I'm gonna put here free book seven steps on how to leave your nine to five job what I'm doing here is I'm giving them a free thing that way they can go ahead and give me their email and I'll give them the free book but then again now they're on my email list okay so this is very very powerful now what I can do here is I can then start adding images and start customizing this exactly how I want so I can go ahead and go to image here I could place this anywhere I want so I'm gonna go ahead and place this right here so what I can do here is I can click on this image and add the free book and that's super easy to do if I click on this and it says image file here on the left if I click on this little Cloud button I can then upload a file so I'm gonna go ahead and upload this real quick so you'll notice here super super easy guys I'm doing this in real time there we go I'm going to insert that and there's the book right here okay so now I have an image I can very easily change out these pages I can delete this top row here again there's this little button here I can make this a little bit cleaner and as you'll notice you can start kind of making these changes to make it look nicer okay I could even kind of go inside of this image and I could change the image size if I want if I click on this so you can very easily customize a lot of these things I could even change the alignment the borders filters there's a lot of things that you can do with system.io okay it makes it super super easy okay now I'm gonna go ahead and delete this uh gibberish here this text because I just want to make this very simple so now you'll see it's just a simple page guys a page like this makes me six figures every single month because I'm building my email list that then I'm able to promote other people's products okay so what happens here is once someone enters their email it then goes to my email list again with system.io you can build your email list within the system.io platform okay all right so make sure to save your changes and we could go ahead and exit here on the top right so now what's cool is everything is done with the squeeze page or at least we have a basis right now I wanted to show you how I left but I'm going to go back in here and show you a few more things so if I go back to edit page now what I want to show you is you're at the bottom here you'll know notice there's like this computer and this phone okay so if you click on the phone this is how it would look on a mobile phone so it's actually okay it's not that great right so what we can do is we can actually fix how this looks on mobile all right so very important here so we want to hit this little board here or this little tool button and we can start fixing this for mobile as well okay so right here we're going to fix the alignment we can fix the margin if we want so you'll notice here see the margin the padding so like you'll notice like how you know how from the top you want it so I can kind of fix that I can fix the letter spacing if I want to make it a little bit cleaner I could change the font but basically you can do all this here at the bottom where the mobile phone area is okay so font size again we can make this a little bit better there we go and same with this here okay if you go into every single element we can go ahead and fix this okay we can even move this if we'd like up there actually no I like it down here so we'll keep that down here but again you can go ahead and fix stuff like that now I like to go ahead and like highlight things so you know how to leave your job I'm going to underline that right here you can bold it underline it all that stuff okay I could even you know I can basically customize whatever I want inside of here again just click on the element whatever element you want to do and I can very easily fix that okay so now if I go back to the desktop it shouldn't have changed anything there and if it does we can make the changes here and just make sure that it works both on desktop and mobile okay now I don't like how this is not in the middle so I'm going to go ahead and click on here alignment I could go ahead and make it look a little bit better and I can add a space here again I could go ahead and click this little thing here and kind of customize it how I want actually I might make the images a little smaller there we go okay that might look a little cleaner and again we can just kind of customize this however we want okay but again I want to keep this very simple now one thing that's very important to note okay this button here what the heck is this doing so if I click on this button you'll notice action when button is clicked okay so it says send form so you can have it do whatever you want you could have it show a pop-up you can have it go to a certain website you can have it go to the next step in the funnel okay or you can have it download a file okay now what you wanted to do is you wanted to send form what that does is when somebody enters their email okay on this page their email is going to be logged into your email database or your email list okay so you want to make sure this button is sending two forms so if you click on this you want to make sure that this is correct okay really really important because if you have it going to like a website like open URL it's not going to build that email list okay so you want to make sure that this is sending form that way the email goes into your database all right so we're gonna move on from here again it looks super simple but that's how it should be okay so we're just going to keep this right here now what I do want to show you is the automations tab okay so if I exit this here you'll notice that there's this automation rule so this is where you start building the automated emails right so for example add rule okay so basically when someone enters their email on your opt-in page we can go ahead and add this trigger you'll notice here it says funnel step form subscribed this happens when a contact has just subscribed to a form okay so in this example to our opt-in page so if we click on this we can just say hey okay so now basically this is what we want it to do okay so it right here occurs when contact subscribed to a form add action okay so what we want to do is we want to subscribe them to a campaign all right and then of course we're gonna go ahead and send them emails all that good stuff okay so subscribe to a campaign choose campaign so we then need to go and create a campaign inside of system.io okay so I'm going to save this and we're going to go to email marketing and you'll notice where sources campaigns okay so I'm gonna go ahead and create a campaign inside of here okay so go ahead and create and we'll put a test campaign so now we have this test campaign that we can then build off of okay so I'm gonna go back over here and we'll probably need to refresh this and so we just created it back to automation rules click on this add action again subscribe to campaign now we have this test campaign okay again we're sending people to this opt-in page where we can then get them to our email list and then we can start sending them emails to multiple products or our own products so now that we added the automation now we could go ahead and set up this campaign so if I go back to campaigns okay so if I go back I'm just gonna go show you so under email and then campaigns again we set up this test campaign we could click on this so within this campaign we could go ahead and start adding emails okay so this is where you can start building out this sequence so inside of here we can very easily send emails from us let's just say me Jonathan Montoya email address you can add a Gmail later on I'll show you how to add a professional email I'll just add this email for now so for the subject I'm just going to put something like welcome here is your free book remember people want this free book okay so we want to send them an email to give them the book right away okay so I'm gonna put classic editor again I like to keep things very simple I'm going to create this okay so as you'll notice it didn't like the Yahoo email so what we're going to do is I'm just going to choose a different Gmail for now again you're actually going to want to use a professional email but again I just want to get this out as fast as possible so I'm just going to choose a Gmail for now again we're going to click on classic editor and create so that will at least work for now okay so again later on we're going to want to change this to a professional email that's very important to do that way it will actually deliver a lot better okay so if we do hello first name here so I can copy this so basically what that does is it gets the info from the person's email and then it'll say hello and then their first name okay so hello first name all right so I just wrote a very simple email so I just said hey thank you so much for opting into my list as promised here's the free book okay and then you know you can go into you know a little story about yourself how you help people again this for the purposes of this video I just want to show you how to get these emails out okay so real quick I do want to show you how do we give them the free book well what I would personally do if you're giving out something like a free book is I would download it or upload it to a Google Drive now once you upload it you want to grab the link from the Google Drive and then you could go ahead and Link that here now as an example here's the book inside of my Google Drive I can very easily just hit share and then basically grab the link that then goes to this book okay it makes it super super easy to give someone a free book or a free lead Mac okay so this is the book right here as you can see so what I'm going to do is go back to system.io and I can very easily add the link here okay so I would basically link this to the Google Drive Link so as an example if I go and click on this click on the link okay now I can go to the Google Drive Link okay so that is done okay again I made this email very simple just as an example okay so let's just see if this works so I'm going to go ahead and save and publish I want to send this instantly so I'm not going to put a delay but again if you want to delay a day 10 minutes hours you can kind of do that okay I want to actually do this instantly okay so no delay here don't worry about the time I just want to send it instantly once someone opts in okay so I'm going to publish that so what we can do now is we have this first email now we can have multiple emails right once someone enters our list we can then send them multiple emails now I'll show you that in just a little bit what I want to do is I want to test this out I want to see if this works okay so if I go back to the step confirmation Nation here this is the URL path okay this is where you're sending people to so if I click on this okay I can go ahead and test this out okay there it is free books seven steps on how to leave your nine to five job okay now what I didn't do just yet is I didn't build out the thank you page right so after someone enters their email it should then go to this thank you page where it's like hey your book is on the way I didn't do that just yet so I will have to do that but for this particular example I just want to make sure that the email is going to my email so if I do this I'm gonna put Jonathan Montoya and then I'm going to enter an email so I'm just gonna do that same email I'm gonna hit submit again the second page here isn't yeah as you'll notice here I didn't create this yet so I'll go ahead and test this a little bit later but what I want to test is did the email send after I entered my information again we created this inside of the automations right so if we go back to funnels we go back to the test funnel automation rule this should technically send immediately so let's go ahead and check that all right now if I go to my email there it is so Jonathan Montoya it says welcome here's your free book if I click on this here we go so the email is there obviously we'll have a fully written email and the link it looks like it's working if I click on this it should go directly to the Google Drive ebook that I promised Okay cool so it's all good it's working now one thing I want to mention is you do want to have a thank you page or else it probably won't work so uh you can very easily go to the thank you page and create it from a template as well so if I go to the thank you page I edit it it's going to give you a template again I like to make this very simple so if I go ahead and delete this here at the top thank you for signing up we've sent the book to your email please check your email and log into the Explorer more if you have any questions please email us at blah blah blah Okay cool so one thing I I do want to note here please check spam just in case okay sometimes the emails will go to spam so typically if you have a professional email it's less likely to go to spam okay so again you can put a picture of yourself if you'd like but I'm not just gonna delete a lot of this stuff again I like to keep things super super simple there it is that's it and we could even put a picture of the book if we'd like what you want to do eventually is you want to add more and more emails okay so the way I make tons of money is um basically by sending a lot of emails okay so you'll notice here in this graphic that once I collect an email which is what we just did here I then get them to my email list I send them a welcome email which is what I showed you but then I send them email after email after email that then promotes other products okay now I don't just send product after product after product I do send them value emails I send them to my YouTube channel things that provide people value okay so that's another lesson for another day but what I'm trying to say is you want to start sending more emails so again if you go to emails and campaigns we can then send or build more emails if I go here this is the first email we can then create more emails okay now here's a little hack if you don't know what emails to write what you can do is the affiliate program that you're promoting they will typically have email swipe so what do I mean by that so if I go back to this digistore product and I go to the affiliate support page they will typically have emails that you can use okay so if I go here basically it says JV Partners right but what I can do is I can go to the email swipes here at the top okay so you'll notice here email swipes and if I go to get the email swipes a lot of these affiliate programs right will give you tons of emails to write okay this is something that I personally do for my Affiliates but you can also find tons of other programs that do this as well right if you want to promote a keto product right again I could go to the affiliate support page and I can go find emails that they give me as well okay so if I go down typically they will have right click here to access our affiliate materials in this case they want you to enter your information but for the most part most affiliate programs have these assets that you can use okay this is just a little hack so you don't have to write your own emails okay so basically right here you're going to want to add as many emails as you can because once someone opts in you want to send them emails every single day okay so you know if I email day number two then you just want to delay it a day right so if I add another email for example send name Jonathan Montoya subject uh we'll just put email number two okay just as an example again what I want to show you here is just uh test email number two what I want to show you though is if I save and publish so now that I delayed this one day I can then send them an email every single day right so the next email I'll then delay it two days right so then now they're getting an email every single single day now as a bonus for watching the system.io tutorial I wanted to give you a free funnel and a free to a lead magnet funnel and then of course how to automate it using the email automation system now the crazy thing about system.io is you can actually do so much more so for example if we go to the main dashboard here you can see that there's a section for a blogs now this is super cool because when I first started a Blog about four years ago I had to do everything the hard way I had to go get a domain I had to connect that to my WordPress I then had to get extra plugins to make the blog work and it was still all over the place having a Blog is not easy now if you don't know what a Blog is for example if someone goes to Google and says you know how to lose weight fast basically there's gonna be these blogs here okay so for example this is a Blog right here how to lose weight fast it was essentially just a place where people can get free information okay now you can make money with these blogs with several things first it's these ads right here people will partner with you and they can run ads on your blog okay also within the blog you can have affiliate links okay so I don't see any right here actually right here okay so right here it says rich in fiber but you'll notice there's a link here so if I click on this most likely this is going to be either a link to another blog or an affiliate link okay so some people what they'll do is they'll talk about you know whatever it is they're talking about and then within the blog they'll say by the way here's this product that you can go buy and that product will then go to affiliate links okay so this is just another way that you can make money with affiliate marketing and system.io okay so very very cool that you can create a blog within system.io you can literally just hit create and you can do this for free on the free account which is blows my mind honestly because this is cost me a lot of money when I first started now another thing that you can do is once you have this blog right so let's just say test one we'll just go with this template here we can go ahead and create this blog and we can use this as a lead magnet as well right so instead of giving them maybe a free book we can say hey I have this free article that shows you you know seven ways to leave your job seven ways to lose weight whatever it is right so now you'll notice already have this blog ready to go right here's the URL so if I go to this it's already there okay now obviously this is just a template but I can very easily go inside of here and edit it okay so if I click on here oops if I go to the test here here here's all the blogs within the website here obviously I can go inside of here and edit these I can add more to them all that good stuff but again the main page for this blog will be this right here and we can use this to start building this out and start ranking it in Google so this is just something extra that system.io offers now I'm not going to go into extreme detail on how to create a blog from complete scratch because that's going to be an hour or two hour video but essentially I just wanted to show you that it is possible now we've gone through pretty much everything the last thing here is the products and sales the cool thing is you can go and create your own products and add it into system.io and you can also have your own members area okay so basically if you want to create like an online course have a product within system.io you can do that within the program again that's going to be another video for another day I simply wanted to show you how to use it and more importantly how to make money with system.io as a complete beginner la last thing I want to mention here is the affiliate dashboard the cool thing is once you become a system.io member even for free you can then promote their platform now this is my main system.io affiliate platform and as you can see here I've done about ten thousand dollars promoting system.io the crazy thing is it's a free program and I've still made ten thousand dollars so it's a great program to promote as an affiliate as well and something I would recommend adding to your email list that way you can promote to your email subscribers again the goal of email marketing and affiliate marketing is to Simply have multiple different products that you can promote and potentially make a reoccurring monthly commissions so I hope you like
