profitable profitable way to approach health care okay nice man yeah so like have you ever dealt with anything in the healthcare industry before is this something new to you or and so basically since it's so new to you you have no experience I mean where do you get all your advice from who tells you kind of all these things about health care and and I understand you're coming between two facilities correct okay interesting yeah I know with this merger you're gonna have a lot of a lot of difficulties that I'm not too sure if you are aware about do you think you have any difficulties at the moment with this merger coming up yeah so the reason I'm coming here to talk to you today about is just to kind of kind of teach you a little bit about some things and I feel like you should know that I feel like you don't know at the moment and I feel like it should come to light so between this merger I know that you have two different facilities and two different facilities come with two differents of everything so from what I understand these two facilities have two different databases where you keep all of your your your data for your patients and everything like that and I don't know how you plan on going about transferring data between facility to facility so I mean do you know how you want to go about doing that or not quite because I mean if you think about it you can do it in two to two to three different ways what I recommend is either going off taking one of your data systems and moving it to the other facility vice versa or starting all over and train everybody at both facilities with a new data system does that seem like a issue yeah because as you said there are different approaches so we aren't really sure like which one should we beat which one is the best for us right and have you thought about the cost about like trying to teach everybody train everybody on how how to use each data system not really well yeah it's gonna take a lot of time and time is definitely money so I mean this could take for anywhere from six months to a year just to get you guys started on data systems and these applications that you will need and since this is such a hot topic right now IT and all these all these data systems do need to have a high level of cyber security degree yes because if you think about it what happens if you're trying to transfer data between one system to another and let's say god forbid that you know you lose a good amount of this data and you lose a lot of information about your patients I mean that means a whole background of your patients are just gone and you really kind of lose all this information about them and where if they come back in again trying to get some some health care how will you provide that to them yeah so I mean I did I did a little bit of calculations and I sent it over to you through email about the costs about all this and a little diagram of how you could be able to transfer this data I don't if you had a chance to kind of look over it or not but yeah it seems like numbers after Judy's right and who do you think who I mean I mean you recognizing all the problems that I just kind of kind of told you about I mean who would be responsible for trying to fix those issues business right and I don't mean it you know make you carry on the load but it is this is kind of your your your project you know like you you're in charge of this and I know it's more than just you who has to make a decision I know you have a full team behind you but um like I said you needed the healthcare system this is all stuff that I feel like you should should take as much knowledge information in this as quickly as possible because that merger is getting closer and closer and you don't want to have that time taken from you because time is value and you don't want that that precious time to take any longer than it should right um so what do you think will happen if all these issues you know tend to tend to happen so if let's say there's a cybersecurity issue and and your your data data centers are breached what could happen to your patients yeah yeah and not only are you worried about you know all these people's records getting compromised there's HIPAA violations so for instance if someone's record is compromised I know like if you get your record compromise your healthcare record it the least you have to pay is about fifteen thousand dollars in fines and if you imagine having that for a whole data system with people let's say 300 300 people or let's say 1,000 that's fifteen thousand dollars you have to take care of or even more 1,500 1,500 1,500 50,000 scuse me about that much and it's it's it's gonna take a heavy toll on you and and you opening you looking forward so solving these issues is key because I know as being a non-profit you have you have a mission to help people who don't who aren't able to support themselves with healthcare you know they don't have the sufficient funds to do so so I know you by doing this and solving these issues you'll be able to support and and potentially complete your mission in time and so you want to get the all that health healthcare thousand dollars there's a lot of money but if you think about it like I said earlier time is money correct so if you don't start now somehow you're gonna be losing money in the long run if you start now you can help all these people which is what your mission is you know you want to help people who don't have the the way to help themselves in the healthcare system and if you were to crunch some numbers in I mean the average stay at 8:00 at night you know in a hospital is about ten thousand dollars and I know I when I sent you the email you'll be losing about three million dollars if you don't get all these problems fixed if that's the case with ten thousand dollars you could you could have people staying in the hospital for three hundred nights you know so or three hundred people stay in one hospital for one night so I believe we could be a great asset to you help you and your company move forward quickly and efficiently so I mean if you like I can go ahead and have you talk to some of our advisors analysts and consultants we could show you some more numbers edge little bit comfortable with the system and essentially sign a contract how's that sound I think you're right I
