lost it all all of it fell through my fingers I lost it all you know why I had no good leaders they didn't teach me how to operate with money they didn't teach me to save my money they didn't tell me to live below my my means they told me to spend every dollar I had stay broke so the next month I had to show up hungry for work again they told me that I couldn't have my wife she's sitting right here with me I don't know if you guys can see her but she's right there say what's up baby girl what's up yep she's right there I have my beautiful wife here with me right now I was 26 she's 24 guess what my manager told me he goes dude you're going to have to make a decision bro okay now what does this have to do with you making more money and running a new play in 2024 I'm about to get there real quick and I know you'll identify with me all the [ __ ] that you guys do in your life right now is because somebody programmed you that that was that was the way you should run and then you took it you took it to another level internally and you self-sabotage yourself with these [ __ ] lies and beliefs everybody write down reprogram we're going to reprogram oursel on this call right now we're going to reprogram the the results you guys have been getting are not what you're capable of you're capable of 20 times more than what you're getting right now you should look better you should be different you should be a better leader you should operate different you guys should be the standard Setter in whatever it is that you do guys like this is our time right now men and women this is our freaking time now whenever I did get with my wife and and I married her my wife kept telling me that like Andy the family is super important the reason why you've been good at business but you seem to let all the money fall between your fingers and you can never scale and grow is because your personal life has always been dog and she said when you fix the personal life the business goes bam and it goes through the roof you get to keep the money you make you even make more because when you go to work you're happy son of a [ __ ] and you're fired up and you're proud of your life everybody write this down am I proud of my life I'm going to tell you guys something I wasn't proud of my life you know what I was proud of I was proud of the paycheck day when I put the money in the bank but I went home I knew I was with my kids I wasn't spending a lot of time with them cuz I was always freaking working uh my wife wasn't admiring me my children weren't choosing me as their hero I looked in the mirror I was disgusted with the way that I looked I hated the way I looked dude I wasn't proud of me but oh everybody said I was doing great I'm doing better than than most dude listen I'm going to tell you guys the play we're going to freaking run okay and if you'll listen to me if you have the courage to change you literally just change your entire bloodline number one the way that you're living right now I guarantee it's a lie good chance that it's a lie that you've told yourself what's capable you've put boundaries on you write this down F boundaries F boundaries you put them on you okay your family put them on you your friends put them on you and that's the problem today we're breaking boundaries there are no such thing as boundaries all those are things that you put on yourself they are false they don't exist you've sold yourself a lie okay now I need I need to tell you guys something super important you guys when you go to do what I tell you to do right now you're going to have conflict do you guys know this when I took this advice that I'm telling you and I built this nine figure business we built all this [ __ ] and I have this great personal life and I'm changing people's lives and I'm on fire you know what I learned I learned that my family and I'm not telling you your family is going to do this but I'm telling you there's a good chance that your family and your friends the people that you currently know that have known you a long time the people that you've grown up with they will not support you no ways crabs in a bucket once you try to get out they going to let you get out no ways I will tell you the greatest support you will ever get ever in your life will be from the future people that meet you as you become the new you these people will love you more they will support you more they will have your back more and they will do anything for you but the people that have been with you more than likely will be the Crickets you guys know what crickets are right when you get near crickets what do they do they get quiet you can't find them but then when you walk away they start screaming right they're crickets what do we do to crickets we [ __ ] step on them we kill them I'm not telling you to kill your family okay listen to me The Crickets okay what they do is they talk crap on you when you're not around now some of these crickets will scream in your face but most will run their mouth when you're not around I'm here to tell you that every single one of you are qualified for a badass life do you know why because it took me until I was 39 years old and and listen guys 39 years old to realized that physical fitness getting in shape was the most important thing in my life and once I F guys listen you want to change your life change your body first a radical change in your body will change your entire life change your language no more I can't no more I'm not good at that okay stop complaining stop whining it's unattractive right reason why we don't complain is first of all nobody cares but number two it's ineffective and it shows me what's going on in your head when you complain or you let someone complain to you it shows me what's going on in your brain okay so language body focus what are you focused on in 2024 I need to know are you willing to fight and build every single day for a new body are you willing to fight and build for the freaking greatest Focus you've ever had intentional in your life by the way everybody do me a favor in 2024 this is going to be this is going to be step number one in 2024 I've saiding a lot of number one so you got to write down number one like 19 times okay my wife laughs at me she's like you love saying number one 2 three and then we go back to one everybody write this down do things that are intentionally hard this is going to be step one for for crushing it in 2024 and doing things that are intentionally hard means that I am getting up every day and intentionally on purpose doing things that are hard and if I do things that are hard when I make more calls than anybody else when I wake up in the morning when I don't want to when I go ahead and put my phone down in the gym and put it on do not disturb so I don't mess with it put my music on grind for an hour and a half when I do those things when I do four straps that means if I'm doing a set of 10 and then 10 it burns I'm like n you know what I'm going to do three more I'm going to do four more for me I'm going to make this I'm going to torture me intentionally when that happens do you know what happens you become mentally tough you must learn the word intentional means to do on purpose if I can get you guys addicted to intentionally doing hard stuff me and my wife I hated running so she made me go run three miles a day then 5 miles a day then 10 miles a day I hated it but what I what I learned through the process is how to do things that I didn't want to do which I will tell you is the secret to success okay so step leads us to step number two when you can be so disciplined that you'll do things that you don't want to do and find enjoyment in doing these things that you know that everyone else don't want to do you immediately go to a new level it is the secret it is the secret to go to new levels to do things that you know that no one wants to do including yourself but to know that you have the courage to do them and find enjoyment guys can I ask you a question you want to feel some a great euphor feeling something that just is is undescribable it feels so good be the only one in a group that wants to quit but doesn't and push through matter of fact be the only one in a group of society or people when everybody's quitting complaining whining that doesn't and knows that you're not and actually increases yourself I want you guys understand something you ready write this down increase testosterone decrease cortisol everybody I got to let you know how to win it's called total immersion so step three whatever it is we're going to do we're going to do it all the way total immersion total immersion means we are going to go in deeper harder stronger faster and crazier than anyone else ever has before into whatever it is we're going to do okay all right now listen I'm going to tell you guys what happened remember I said be qualified okay you guys are all qualified if you're listen listen to me right now number one you're still alive that means that you are capable of having the greatest success story that's ever existed so I want to know who's going to get it because I'm going to tell you mine right now is pretty badass but I want to tell you in 2020 in 2012 I was running with with some with some people that weren't the right people for me okay so everybody remember this proximity Is Power run with the wrong people don't be surprised when you end up in a place you didn't plan on being one run with the right people don't be surprised when you in a place you didn't know you could ever get to who you running with okay always find a bigger Circle always find people who are crazier than you always find people who believe way bigger than you always find people that have been through hell and made it out okay and is and are willing to do it again find people who have changed guys the whole goal for 2024 is to change until you you change
