hi there i just wanted to do a quick video email in regard to eSignature with velocity our emails that we send out for e-sign come from velocity and it says hi lana russell your mortgage broker has sent you documents to e-sign on the bottom it says sign your documents you click on that and it takes you to a new screen that says please authorize which you click then it takes you to the first document that you are to e-sign and this particular document that i also sign with my clients is called the bc form 10 conflict of interest so on the bottom left hand corner it says tap to sign so i tap that and then it says please rotate the device to draw your signature so i turn my phone over and there's a line and it says capture your signature so i sign i'm signing with one of those pens with the rubber tip on it so i sign my signature and then i press done it says confirm please click ok to confirm your signatures to this document or click cancel to review it again before submission so i'm going to press ok because i've already read the document then there's a little mark that i can click and it says view the next signature so i press on that down arrow and it takes me to where i am to sign next and it says tap to sign so i tap that please click ok to confirm your signatures to this document or click cancel to review it again before submission i've already read it so i click ok and then it says you have completed signing thank you so if you have any questions or concerns in regard to signing your e-documents please don't hesitate to reach out but if you follow the instructions that i have in this video email i'm sure you'll find it very simple i hope you have a great day and we look forward to chatting with you soon
