know transfer these cpanel emails into this one that means when someone takes a mail it's automatically sent to my this mail right like the Gmail okay so that I don't need to go the cpam every single time or Webmail and to check this is right so this is going to be I will teach you that and also how we can connect it I mean how can we connect our these emails into our gmails that you can directly send it from the mails in here that is selected mail and just like send it okay and then how can we add profile pictures into our cpanel email how can I do it okay and then the last thing how can I add signature on the air okay so first of all let's create The Branding email first of all and then we just go ahead okay so first um right now I'm in cpanel emails account and I'm just going to click on the create button and then I need to choose the domain where I want to you know uh do this so I keep here designalot.com this one and I put here hi and now I need to put a password so I'm just going to put a password don't forget the password because it's going to be needed when you're just going to connect your mail into Gmail that time it's going to need it or if you want to connect your this cpanel email into your Gmail I mean your phone on other software that time this password will be needed okay so I'm just creating it and I get the email right now and here's the right now three is close right now and now if I reload it it'll get to see if we get an extra email account in here all right so as you can see here is it extra email address now if you want you can just um you can set up it I mean the default one if you want to make it default then um what happened when this is going to compensate then we're going to see this here on top this is another thing okay and now we can so you can select it which email do you want to use for this for example you're going to use this one so I can select it if it is this one you can select it from here okay that's it and now I'm and put the email address that you want to put and I put like MD my name I wouldn't put it here and again I need to put a password so I put a password again I put the same password and let's click on let's wait all right so it's almost done resize it I mean this rotate or resets it a little bit next and then it's saying like visible to everyone yeah I want to serve everyone and save as a profile picture uh and it's a saving yeah it's not safe and reload it okay we don't reload it we get a picture right and now if I go back to the profile again okay I need to close it let's go back to Chrome again and now if I go here and now if I go my one Gmail and reload it and now compose and if I type hi and designer.com as you can see I get my picture on here so that we recently added now we can see it right so the number four I hope you understand like how we can change it so in letter if you really want to change the image if you wish that okay I want to change it so then what you need to do so in all I have is some free signature maker signature well okay so it's like uh you can use this one westamp.com this website I I was create my own signature uh using this website I think I can remember it second this one you can use this one to create your own signature okay so as you can see I was putting this one so it's like easy right I was like copy something like this I was copy it so here's all the option name pictures everything you have and then you need to copy it and go back to your signature and paste it and then you will get the same to same so here is this here's the the check mark so I'm just going to remove it oh okay okay it's not the same thing it's not gonna be moving oh we need to remove it you know it's like something easy just remove it just slowly slowly just
