hi everybody my name is Lina Lamont I'm the founder of in 30 minutes guides available from in 30 minutes calm today can be showing you how to get a signature in your Yahoo Mail and here's a situation in yahoo mail when I write email to somebody I wanted to say at the end my name and my telephone number and also what my title is at my job right now when I write an email it doesn't do anything like that and by the way this is the sync what I'm gonna show you it's the same if you're using Mac or PC no matter what browser you're using you'll see this is how it works to add a signature to every message that you send so open up your yahoo mail go to the Settings icon on the right side of the page you'll see some basic settings here you need to go to more settings dot dot dot more settings click on that you just make this a little bit bigger so it's easier to see there's a whole bunch of different options here what you want is writing email in signature so here's my yahoo address this thing here it's a toggle so it's toggled off right now I'm gonna toggle it on by clicking this just clicking it once it I already have something here it's test signature I want to change it so what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna first I'm gonna add a space and then I'm gonna start typing in Lamont founder in 30 minutes guides let's make the caps in 30 minutes okay and then I'm going to put my telephone number so 5 5 5 4 5 . 5 5 5 5 and then you can dress up your signature a little bit and a bold that I'm gonna put a link to my company as I told you before it's HTTP in 30 minutes comm lets you test it if you want I'm not gonna do that trust me it works okay so there's my basic signature you don't need to do save or anything like that and let's go see what it looks like when I start to write something okay so here I'm back in Yahoo Mail hit compose actually let's do that again hit compose let's go back this way okay hit compose there we go there's my signature and then I can just start typing above it hi there blah blah blah and of course I had to put two somebody subject and then I just hit Send and this signature will appear now if I'm composing something and I don't want the signature to appear all I need to do is just erase it and then if I want to turn it off I just do the reverse of what I showed you so I go to settings more settings writing email toggle it off for more information on how to get the most out of different types of software crowdfunding genealogy social security health topics and of course technology topics go to in 30 minutes calm my name is Neil Lamont thank you so much for watching
