this video shows you how to collect an electronic signature on your mobile device when using the palm Jack app with the palm tech app you can collect an electronic signature directly on your mobile device a person can either use a stylus or their finger to sign for this video we'll show you how to collect an electronic signature using example of having the clients sign below an inspection agreement to get started we have an inspection already open on the app and we are in the inspection agreement section at the bottom we have a line for the agreement on it and below that is a signature line you can have your client read the agreement by tapping on it and once finished you can move to the signature line let's go ahead and tap on the signature line here we have a box for a signature and for the date let's go ahead and fill out today's date now you're ready to sign it to do this all we have to do is touch and write in the signature box as you can see the signature is collected if a mistake is made or you want to clear out the signature all you have to do is tap on the Clear button we have now collected an electronic signature in a report and a date with it this concludes a video on collecting an electronic signature on your mobile device when using the palm tech app
