as a registered seller on amazon you need to update your product price and inventory regularly if you have a huge number of items on amazon then updating price and inventory on amazon is a routine job for you price updating is an important task as prices often fluctuate depending on quality demand and competition among sellers in the marketplace that's why we need to adjust prices eventually updating price and quantity separately for each listing is a time consuming and tiresome process fear not i am here to help you to save your valuable time and energy i will share an easy and efficient way to do it in a shorter time i am sadjad from ecomclips welcome back to our new video in this video i am going to discuss the steps of updating price quantity or inventory in bulk on amazon seller central so keep watching till the end of this video now let's move on to the screen first login to your amazon seller account from the top most menu bar in the dashboard hover over the inventory and select add products by upload from the drop down menu here here click on download an inventory file and scroll down until you find the inventory file then click on inventory router a new pop-up window will appear from the new pop-up window click on the inventory loader template to download your template file your file will be downloaded within a few seconds you can also update your price or quantity in bulk by using a flat file or a specific category template but here you will not be able to update your whole inventory at a time you can update price or quantity for a specific category only open the downloaded file as we are going to update price and quantity so you need to fill in the seller rescue product id product id type price item condition quantity and ads before filling up the sales you have to go to the data definitions tab within the sheet here carefully read the instruction to fill up each cell with the right information here i have filled up the required cells with the right info after completing fill up save your file as a text file then you need to navigate back to the seller central page and hover over the inventory and select add products by upload from the drop down menu again this time click on the upload your inventory file you can drag and drop your saved template here or you can browse your file from your computer you can add a mail to get a notification when the upload completes then click on the upload button it takes around 15 minutes to upload and update your product price and quantity an updated price and inventory are essential to keep your buyers up to date about it products this is an easy time saving process to update price and quantity in bulk on amazon i hope this video will help you update your price and quantity on amazon please do like share and comment on this video and don't forget to subscribe to our channel ecom clips thanks for watching
