[Music] welcome to proplate in today's demo we will be covering how to bulk invoice jobs in the system start by clicking the general settings menu select company general settings to go to the main settings screen click the billing tab to display the billing settings ensure that draft invoice is checked to enable bulk invoicing once the draft invoice is enabled select the bulk invoice option when draft invoicing is activated the discrepancy rules table will appear below select the check boxes for the rules you want invoices to be checked against during bulk invoicing there are two types of discrepancy rules you can configure one of them is a checkbox to enable the rule in this demo we will turn on the service revision rule by selecting its checkbox the second type of discrepancy rule requires you to enter a value for this demo we will enable the maximum line item amount X rule for discrepancy rules that require a value if an invoice exceeds the specified limit it will fail the bulk invoice discrepancy rule check in this demo we will enter 100 in the field for the maximum line item amount rule click save to apply your settings scroll down the sidebar to find the billing tab click the billing tab to open the billing screen select the check box to mark all invoices on the screen you can display 20 50 or 100 items per page click run scan for bulk invoice to start the process under the status section you'll see if any job has failed the discrepancy Rules by showing a failed tag to expand the job details click the arrow next to the customer's name in the expanded view you'll see which discrepancy rule the job failed if a job has passed the rules it will display a pass tag and you won't be able to expand the job at the top of the screen choose between create and send bulk invoices or create bulk invoices only click the option that suits your needs once bulk invoicing is complete a confirmation box will appear jobs that failed the discrepancy check won't have invoices created or sent for this demo click yes continue with invoicing note that emails are processed in the background and this may take a few minutes as shown in the notification at the top of the screen you don't don't have to wait for a confirmation that invoices have been sent you can continue with your work click to close the notification and complete the process in the demo we covered how the bulk invoice feature works in the prop Plate System if you have any further questions or need additional assistance feel free to reach out to us at support atpr plate. proo [Music]
