How to Export Data Using a CSV Report?
When working with templates, you can easily export data from filled in fields using a CSV report.
To get started, upload a document to your SignNow account and save it as a template: Click the More button next to the document and select Make Template.
Enter a name for your template and click Create Template.
The template you’ve just created will appear in the Templates folder on the left.
Open the template and add Signature, Text, Date, Initials or other fields. Click the Done button to save your changes. Send out your document to be filled and signed by clicking Invite to Sign. Once a recipient has filled and signed your document, you’ll receive an email notification.
To export data a recipient has added to your document’s fields, use the CSV Report: Click the More button next to the document in the Templates folder and select CSV Report.
Once a report is generated, you’ll receive a link to it via e-mail . Follow this link to export data from any of the filled in fields.
To view the last CSV Report, click the More button next to the template and select View Last CSV Report.
To automatically download the report to your computer, click Download CVS Report. Check your Downloads folder when the download is complete.
Export data to a spreadsheet using the report you’ve downloaded.
Besides making my signature look better than normal, the app was easy to use and intuitive.
