foreign [Music] Broski and I am the owner of quality business plan and today what I'd like to do is to share with you all my Advanced Financial projection template that is available for purchase of my website and I'm going to walk you all through the template show you what's included in it just keep in mind that the numbers right here are not going to be in the template that you do purchase your temple is going to look similar to this right here where there's very little numbers in there and you can go ahead and put your own information in there so the way this Temple is going to work out is that once you purchase the template you open it up it is an Excel file so you do need Microsoft Excel you want to go to the information tab this is the tab you're going to enter most of your information for your um to complete your financial projections and the sections that are included is going to be your daily sales so you enter your daily sales information here your labor information your startup cost information and again keep in mind it's going to go a little bit quick but I do offer tutorials and explain every section of this temp lit um so feel free to take out check out those tutorials and those um those tutorials that I'll go ahead and post in the information section all right another aspect of it is going to be your monthly fixed cost so once you enter your monthly fix cost this chart right here it'll populate it'll have information where you can go ahead and fill in your tax rate your growth rates for your revenues as well as your cost your best and worst case modification so you it does come with the best and worst case scenario for your income statement and you'll be able to adjust the growth rates for your revenues in this aspect right here and then right here is going to be your loan information now once you update all this information with your own um information you'll want to go to the projections tab on the projections tab this just summarizes everything this gives you your summary of your revenues you're costing that profits for the next five years gives you a nice little chart and then also it gives you a summary of some other important information the template also comes with a profit and loss year one so profit loss year one the neat thing about this is that you are able to modify the revenue growth on a monthly basis by changing the growth rates right here it also comes with a profit loss for year two month to month as well as quarterly and also a profit and loss for year three again month to month as well as quarterly I do include a cash budget income statement there is an income statement in here annually for the next five years also it comes with a balance sheet for five year projection as well I do include a break-even analysis so you got to break even analysis for the next five years as well as a nice little chart that you can include in your business plan I do calculate the ratio so I've got several ratios that's included right here and then also a financial highlight that you can copy and paste and put into a Word document Capital budgeting I've got a capital budgeting structure right here so Capital budgeting valuation now keep in mind this valuation is just based on cash flows this is not a retail valuation so you got to keep that in mind this this is just these are this is just a finance based on your cash flows this is what the value of your organization would be and it's called a net present value and then I also include the irr so keep in mind when you're looking at Capital budgeting for the valuation it's based on cash flows and it's not a retail value I also include in this is going to be your best and worst case scenario so again you go back to your information page and you can change the you can change the best case and worst case projection so you can change your revenues and um you can pick you can change your Revenue growth for the best and worst case right here and then that'll update your best case scenario and your worst case scenario and then also I've got a nice breakdown right here of the amortization table and then also a depreciation schedule as well so just keep in mind that this is um this is what's included in the financial model for the advance it you you can't purchase this on my website um so what I'll do is I'll go ahead and post that information right now all right so hopefully this information was helpful as always go out make a little bit of money have a great day
