hi everyone welcome to my youtube channel my name is marcela and today i'm going to show you how to create an invoice on the new avon.com websites as you see i am already logged in i'm going to head over here to where it says manage business and go down to customer invoicing now there's a couple of different ways that you can create an invoice in a sense um the first way i'm going to show you is if you have like when you created your order if you put your customers products under their name and so what that means is when you're going to place your order you are able to select your customer and sort it under their name and that makes the whole invoicing process so much easier but as we know there might be some customers that don't want to give us our email address and in order to create and a customer within the avon system you do have to provide an email address so i'm going to show you how to create an invoice for customers that did give you an email address and for those that didn't give you an email address so first let's go ahead and create um a invoice with a customer's name attached to it so i'm going to go ahead and click my customer tamara's name right over here where is the there's a little pink check mark scroll down where i see edit invoice so here is where you're gonna be able to edit the service charge and the tax rate so my service charge is two dollars so i'll put a two right there and um where i live my tax rate is a six percent so here it tells me um the tax amount is a dollar sixty-eight with that service charge being two dollars and here is her order total 29.66 her name is right here and it tells me the campaign is right there as well so i'm gonna scroll down here i'm able to see the products that she ordered so she ordered two necklaces at 12.99 was a total and now here i'm able to um to provide more action so if a product was missing i can click that if i want to delete a product maybe if the product never came in if i want to add a product i can do that here so let's say maybe if i had some products in stock and she when she told me she wanted to order them i didn't have to order them because i already had them in stock so that's where i could click here add products and i could actually enter in the search word so let's say for example she ordered some skin so soft bath oil so i would go over here to search name and i could put in skin so soft and here are gonna come up all of these skin so soft products so let's say she ordered the skin so soft holiday bonus size original bath oil i could give that a click and if you scroll down you can put the quantity here the regular price the price that we're gonna charge her is 19.99 um if you're going to give her a discount and then the total and then you're going to update that and as you see it appears right here on her invoice so i love that feature that you can easily add a product to her invoice so um this was just for an example so i'm going to delete that because she only ordered the two necklaces for me but you guys see how simple it is right um and then let's say for example if i deleted that by accident i could actually hit undelete and it'll bring it right back which is pretty cool so i'm gonna actually go ahead and delete that because again she did not order that product so her total as we can see up here is gonna be 29.66 so let's scroll down again and then here you can go ahead and print it or you can preview it i personally um to save paper i just hit preview i don't actually print it out for my customers i just like to send them a little screenshot of it and i'll text it to them so unless a customer really does want me to print it out for them then gladly i'll do that so i will go here i will screenshot this and i just text it over to her with her total charge and that's how she receives her invoice from me which is pretty nice right um if you want to go ahead and print it though what you would do is come over here click print and print that invoice out so quite simple right alrighty so let's go ahead and create an invoice for a customer that did not give you an email address which means that you're not gonna find their name under here right so that means that you placed um their order under your personal avon account and if you don't know what i'm talking about definitely make sure you check out my video on how to place an order with avon and i explain in there all of that and how you're going to order for customers that don't have their information or their customer name in your in your avon account so you're going to scroll down and click over here where it says create new invoice you're going to come over here where it says select a customer and you're going to enter a new customer so i have my customer donna that i'm going to create an invoice for and i am going to update that and as you can see here is her name so if you want when you are selecting a customer you're creating um a new customer here you can go ahead and maybe put her name and then put her phone number next to it or her address next to it to better identify her but it's totally up to you what you want to do just keep in mind for customers that are not saved in your avon um address book you are going to have to do this every single time so let's go ahead and change that service charge again that tax rate is going to be two dollars and now here we are going to um add individually add each product that was ordered um as you guys can see here you can add a personalized message if you'd like and then here is where you're going to start adding in the product so i'm going gonna click over here again as you guys saw where it says add product and you can either do it by the product number so if you have that six digit number you can go ahead and just put that in right away if you want to do the name you can also do that so i know she ordered for me some wild country products so she ordered for me two of the hair and body washes so i'd go ahead and give that a click for the quantity i would put two because she ordered two from me um again here works we see the regular price the price and the in the catalog and here's that total price nine 798 because she ordered two from me so then i would click update on that and as you see here it is showing me all of that quantity so i would go ahead and keep on adding all of the products that she ordered from me and then you're going to just go you go ahead and do that same process again of you know printing it or you can even preview it so if i want to go ahead and preview it that's where i would go ahead and take a screenshot of it and i could either email it or text it over to my customer and make it really simple right so here it shows me the total charge and i love it because it shows me that service charge of two dollars the tax is at six percent and there is that total charge or you could go ahead and print it alrighty so as you guys see it's so simple to create invoices this is my personal favorite way of doing it i know there's other people that like to just write out their invoices and that's totally fine but just know that you do have that option with avon and creating your own invoices that you can go ahead and send to your customers all right so i hope you found this video helpful let me know if you have any other
