What do you like best?

We needed a basic eSignature solution that would be cost effective. We don’t need complex logic or much automation since our volume is low. The User Interface design is easy to use and quick. Also it sends us email notifications immediately when we get the docs signed. The reason why we went with airSlate SignNow over other competitors such as DocuSign is that the cost is lower but it has similar features. DocuSign is a huge name and my thinking is they spend a lot on advertising and charge a lot for their high quality service (kind of like Apple). airSlate SignNow made the most sence for us due to the feature comparison vs these other bigger name solutions.

hello guys my name is matthew and in today's video we are going to create photography invoice via legal templates what you have to do first is click on the link down below on legaltemplates.net and then go to business forms on top of your screen then view all business forms there are tons of them so we are going to use search engine and we are going to address photography invoice it's the last option once we click there we're going to create a document so invoice number account number and purchase number is completely um up to you from your from your accounting software so if it's uh invoice you can add a new number or it can be simply just 0 1 account number and purchase order if it was an invoice ing to purchase order so who are you sending the invoice to this is going to be your customer billing address and basically every single information that you have is the shipping address different from the billing one no and if yes you have to put it there what is your name so your information also optional information facts and email then what are the items to be included in this invoice don't worry it's not just one you can just simply add more and more and more to add as many as many items as you wish then how much is the sales tax and sales tax percentage how much is shipping is is there any other charges is there a discount and the payment how you really want to receive the payment or is it cash money order credit or debit it's up to you and when is the payment due do you want to include the shipping uh date no or yes and if so you just added the edit there and then comment or instructions are there any additional comments if yes basically you can write it down and it will appear at the end of the invoice and don't worry it will still be a valid invoice so right now we can either preview it the whole invoice obviously i haven't added any information just um customer customer and this is you i strongly recommend you checking it twice so you don't make any mistakes so just save it and download it if you're up to creating more legal forms i recommend you uh going with one dollar premium trial for seven days and yeah that's about it guys thanks for watching and see you in the next one have a great day and goodbye
