My overall experience with this software has been a tremendous help with important documents and even simple task so that I don't have leave the house and waste time and gas to have to go sign the documents in person. I think it is a great software and very convenient.

airSlate SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling.

hello there this is the bookkeeper master on YouTube welcome to this video in this video I'm going to show you how to change the layout and design of sales invoices using QuickBooks Online all you need to do is go to the gear icon at the top right of the software if you're using a later version of QuickBooks Online the gear icon might be somewhere else or in a different order but just find the gear icon click on that find account and settings which is usually under your company heading click on that the first thing you need to do is make sure your company logo is up-to-date because that's the logo that appears on sales invoices if you need to change that just click on the logo click on this plus sign and upload the correct logo after you've done that ensure that all this information is up-to-date because this is the information that is used on sales invoices things like your company address company email company website registration number all these things make sure they're just all up to date and then they will be up to date and true reflection of the company on the sales invoice once you've done that just go to the sales tab over here click on sales you then have some default options for sales and voices things like adding a shipping box to charge shipping on invoices a discount deposit defaults things like that preferred invoice terms so setup net 15 let's say you want net 30 days you can just change that and click Save all these things will change the default on the invoices to change the actual appearance of the invoices you need to go to customize the look and feel at the top here let's click on that you'll then be taken to this custom form styles page just click Edit and then you have your invoice template here there's a lots of different options here such as change up the template you can change how the invoice looks let's go for something like that you can make logo edits you can change the color of the invoices so let's go for a nice pink something like that or a dark blue and there are some other options down the bottom here content you can add a message and say to the bottom here such as your bank details you could add that in the box there and that will appear on the invoice email settings and payment settings the best thing to do is just play around create the template that you want and then click done everything will be saved for you and you'll have a nice new template you can print the templates off I suggest you do that if you just go back to the gear accounts and settings sales customized look and feel edit and then this box here when in doubt print it out you can print it out and get a good feel of what the invoice looks like hopefully that helps I have plenty more QuickBooks Online videos simply just go to my website wwlp.com and check out my other accounting videos and other quickbooks online videos thank you for watching you
