it works I'm going to show you mine how I did it and you guys can have an idea on how can you create your own with Microsoft Office it takes a little bit of time out of your your hands it's true it took me about an hour just to figure it out you know how to get all the squares put my names dragged out texts and boxes but anyway guys I wanted to show you guys how my it's a very simple lot you know invoice you can see and I'm sorry this was a customer's invoice I just want to show you guys this whole page right here it's very simple and you know it took me a little bit of time but it's worth it because I only had to do it once so as you can see right on the top I put lawn maintenance invoice and then I don't think you can see it right this way um hold on I think let me put the phone on the other okay guys now I can show you better and you guys can see it better too it's going to be moving because I'm using my phone so I'm sorry bear with me so this is how I did it right here very simple you know it's this customer is like a small little lawn that's why it's the price is only 20 but anyway I wanted to give you an idea so I started by putting lawn maintenance invoice something simple my p.o box I put from and then the name of the company with your peel box or your address whichever you feel comfortable with I used to and then that's where I put all the information of the customer and then on this side I make a little square ah with lines you know little by little and put you know the customer customer account number in case you want to have an account with them which I do in my computer that way I can have you know Wreckers of each one and I can just look it up into the number the customer's account number so I started with one and I end up with so far I think I only got 28 customers as of right now and you know this is my first year 2016 2016 and uh and you know it's only been a couple months five months maybe but anyway so I put next phone number due date due day is very important for them to know that count type if it's residential commercial regular one-timer you know payment method that way they can know how to pay you that you know I put this because I can put they can pay me monthly bi-weekly or weekly so when it's up to that customer I got a couple customer they do monthly I do and then most of my customers are weekly as I go and then I put the work done the frequency how often I do it description if I have any descriptions for the customer for their lon I the unit how many how many lot sir I don't know you know what this is just some random stuff that I thought about it and in the amount so if you're gonna charge separately I put this separately just in case but for my package that I give them is pretty much you know mowing trimming and blowing and edging so that is in one pocket package so I just put the total on the bottom and then don't make don't forget to to mention thank you for the customer so I you know I I make this little squares I make the lines the little squares this is the work done that I do lawn mowing usually when I go to the customer and I do the the extra stuff I usually check mark what I do lawn mowing edging if I do trimming you know we kill her if I do all this stuff I just check mark so the customer knows what I did and then I put the date that I went the time the time I got to their mouth you know to mount their yard or whatever work I did to their yard or their house and then technician signature you don't have to but I do it you know just to make sure and usually I I make a copy of this that easier word for me that I that out the way I do it is I take pictures as soon as I get done with the customers alone I I do this I check my what I did which is typically you know mowing edging trimming and blowing pretty much and then after I do that signature and then after I'm done you know with the signature time I'm in the date I usually what I do I take a picture I always take a picture of the whole the whole invoice that way I can keep record and then I send it to my own email account that I made for my company so I got all my records in a email account every and it's most of its old pictures that I take but um this video well I you know it's I want to I wanted to show you how to do a lot maintenance in voice because I was struggling I really didn't want to pay $400 for a quick book maintenance to keep record all my stuff it is not hard guys it's very simple but I just wanted to show you how to do a named voice for the customer it's very simple all you got to do is Microsoft Office perfect to do you're adding an invoice it just takes a lot of lines it takes time guys it took me like I said like maybe less than an hour an hour so but it was only one time then after that I didn't have to do it anymore so yeah this is this is it guys right here like I was saying guys this is pretty much how I do it you know it's very simple it's paper to show the customer you know a you know I did your house here's a you know a bill here's your bill here's your invoice pay me when you can well pay me soon so yeah guys I just wanted to show you it's very simple
