IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI AND VS. COMPLAINT TO ESTABLISH GRANDPARENTAL VISITING RIGHTS Comes now, and , Plaintiffs, and file this, their Complaint To Establish Grandparental visiting Rights and for cause of action would respectfully show unto the Court the following: I. That the Plaintiff, , is an adult resident citizen of County, Mississippi whose residence address is , , Mississippi . That the Plaintiff, , is an adult resident citizen of County, Mississippi whose residence address is , , Mississippi . II. That the Defendant, is an adult resident citizen of County, Mississippi whose residence address is , , Mississippi . That the subject minor child, , is a minor resident citizen of County, Mississippi whose residence address is , , Mississippi . That service of process may be obtained by serving a copy of this Complaint To Establish Grandparental visiting Rights upon the counsel for the Defendant. III. That the Plaintiffs, and are the natural parental grandparents of the subject minor child, . Further, that the custody of the subject minor child was awarded to his/her father/mother, , by Final Judgment Of Dissolution Of Marriage in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court in and for County, on or about ,   and an Agreed Judgment was entered by this Court on or about , . A copy of these documents are attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A” as though fully copied herein. IV. The Plaintiffs would show that pursuant to Section 93-16-3(1) of the Mississippi of 1972, Annotated, that they are entitled to certain visitation rights with their minor grandchild, . V. The said Plaintiffs, and would show further that since the subject minor child shows little interest in communicating with her natural father/mother, , and since they have love and affection for their subject grandchild, , that they should be granted certain specific visiting times with the subject minor child.
