Agreement to Provide Armed Guard Escort Service Agreement made on the ____ day of __________________________, 20____, between _____________________________________ (name of client) of ___________ ________________________________________________________________________ ___________________________________ (street address, city, county, state, zip code) , referred to herein as Client , and ______________________________________ (name of contractor) of _________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________ ___________________________________ (street address, city, county, state, zip code) , referred to herein as Contractor . 1. Service to be Performed Contractor will provide an armed guard escort service to Client beginning on __________________________________________ (date) and ending on __________________________________________ (date) . The daily schedule specifying when said services are to be performed and the locations where such services will be performed are set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof 2. Compensation As compensation for said security services, Contractor will be paid (state payment per hour, day, week or whatever is applicable) _________________________ ________________________________________________________________________ _______________________________________________________________________. 3. Duties of Contractor The particular type of security services to be provided by Contractor is described in Exhibit A attached hereto. 4. Security Standards Contractor agrees that the security services covered by this Agreement will be performed in accordance with acceptable security practices and standards. However, Contractor cannot insure or guarantee that no security breach will occur thereby causing harm to Client or Contractor. Client therefore releases, waives and discharges Contractor from all liability to Client for any and all loss or damage, on account of injury to Client or theft from Client, even injury resulting in death of Client, whether caused by the negligence of Contractor or otherwise. 5. Mandatory Arbitration Any dispute under this Agreement shall be required to be resolved by binding arbitration of the Parties hereto. If the Parties cannot agree on an arbitrator, each Party shall select one arbitrator and both arbitrators shall then select a third. The third arbitrator so selected shall arbitrate said dispute.
