DURABLE PERSONAL POWER OF ATTORNEY FORM NOTICE As the person signing this durable power of attorney you are the Principal. The purpose of this power of attorney is to give the person you designate (your "Agent") broad powers to handle your property, which may include powers to sell, dispose of, or encumber any real or personal property without advance notice to you or approval by you. This power of attorney does not authorize your Agent to make health-care decisions for you. Unless you specify otherwise, your Agent's authority will continue even if you become incapacitated, or until you die or revoke the power of attorney, or until your Agent resigns or is unable to act for you. You should select someone you trust to serve as your Agent. This power of attorney does not impose a duty on your Agent to exercise granted powers, but when powers are exercised, your Agent must use due care to act for your benefit and in accordance with this power of attorney. Your Agent must keep your funds and other property separate from your Agent's funds and other property. A court can take away the powers of your Agent if it finds your Agent is not acting properly. The powers and duties of an Agent under a durable power of attorney are explained more fully in Delaware Code, Title 12, Chapter 49A, Section 49A-114 and Sections 49A-201 through 49A-217. Agent <|endoftext|>on tuesday, google released an update for its Chromecast device, allowing users to play video on their televisions without an Apple TV device connected. The update only includes some minor bug fixes. This marks the second time since the product launched in 2013 that google has made a major change to Chromecast, and comes after a number of other improvements to the platform. Google released the latest version about an hour and a half before midnight pacific time, providing many of the features to consumers in an update that comes just hours before the official release of apple's TV release. The update for the chromecast is available in the Google Play Store now. It's likely that the update will be rolled out across existing devices in the coming weeks and months, just like other updates to chrome OS, the web browser, and other google products in both the US and europe that google recently made available to consumers. The biggest new change to chromecast, besides support for 4k streaming, is support for “cast," allowing users to bring their phone's screen and content to the TV, as detailed in our hands-on report with Google last week. Previously, users could stream content from chrome to Chromecast, but could only watch in-play content on the TV's own page or in the youtube app. Now, users can use the latest version of the Chromecast app, as well as the android or iOS versions of the google play store, to stream to whatever screen they'd rather see it on, and stream any video content that the chromecast can play back to. Chromecast has added support for chromecast audio and Chromecast audio dlna streaming, so if you want to wirelessly stream audio to any Chromecast that you're near, your phone or tablet can serve as a Chromecast audio output device. However, the new update does add the ability to change your Chromecast's wifi access point with the ios and android apps. This also shows the company's continuing commitment to the device's security, and shows support being made for devices that weren't initially available.
