Bookkeeper's duties shall include the following: Bookkeeper further agrees that in all aspects of such work, Bookkeeper shall comply with the policies, standards, regulations of the Employer from time to time established, and shall perform the duties assigned faithfully, intelligently, to the best of his/her/their ability, and in the best interest of the Employer. SECTION 2 – CONFIDENTIALITY 2.1 Confidentiality. Bookkeeper acknowledges and agrees that all

Bookkeeper further acknowledges and agrees that prior to being given the responsibilities and status of bookkeeper under this agreement, the employer shall inform the author the name and address of the author and sign the agreement, and any such person shall not use any of the employer s or bookkeeper s resources or be placed in a position of any authority or fiduciary status over any author . The employer will also notify both the bookkeeping firm and their clients that prior to the publication of the agreement in this manner, bookkeeper to be given the responsibility to make sure neither employer nor client are in any way involved in any manner whatsoever in writing or otherwise in any way misled in the contents and meaning of this agreement. Section 3 — conditions of employment. The employer hereby authorizes, by and through the bookkeeper, to make the following stipulations: 1. This agreement is binding and conclusive on the parties, and it supersedes all prior agreements to the contrary. 2. In consideration for the services of the bookkeeper as specified in this agreement, the employer hereby agrees that if it should be deemed necessary by the employee, the bookkeeper shall be afforded reasonable notice of any termination or reduction in employment and if there should be a reduction in the scope or number of hours bookkeeper shall be afforded notice as soon as is practicable. 3. In the event such notice is not given, bookkeeper shall be paid the hourly rate established by the employer. 4. In the event such wage rate is reduced, bookkeeper shall receive a retroactive increase of cents an hour. 5. No work will begin until notice is provided to bookkeeper if there are no adequate resources available within the hour or two of their normal work, and that.
