At the time the summons and complaint were mailed, Petitioner knew that the foregoing address was not Respondent's correct address and also knew what Respondent's correct address was.6. Respondent did not receive the summons or complaint filed in this action, or any notice of any kind, and had no knowledge whatever that a copy of the summons and complaint was mailed to Respondent.
