A law enforcement of�cer has not taken the �ngerprints or photograph of the juvenile or the �ngerprints or photograph have been destroyed. Therefore, it is ORDERED that the law enforcement agency named above:1. �ngerprint and photograph the juvenile in a proper format for transfer to the State Bureau of Investigation; 2. transfer the �ngerprints, the photograph, and a copy of this Order to the State Bureau of Investigation (The �ngerprints shall be placed in the Automated Fingerprint Identi�cation System. The �ngerprints and photograph may be used for all investigative and comparison purposes); and 3. withhold the �ngerprints and photograph from public inspection or examination.
