WAIT STAFF SERVICES CONTRACT This agreement is entered into by and between       , (hereafter "Employer") and       , (hereafter "Wait staff"). The term “Wait staff” includes waiter, waitress, bartender, bar back, or any individual working in a restaurant or bar. NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein, Employer hires Wait staff, and Wait Staff agrees to work for Employer under the terms and conditions hereby agreed upon by the parties 1.
