That the Judgment and Decree entered be reopened and Paragraph 4 of the Conclusions of Law be vacated and amended to read as follows: 4. Based on the needs of the parties' minor child, , and on the income and needs of the parties, the Respondent shall pay to the Petit ioner child support in the amount of per month beginning and continuing thereafter until the occurrence of one of the following events: A. The minor child reaches the age of eighteen (18) years or graduates from secondary school whichever comes later, but in no event shall Respondent's child support obligation continue beyond the child's birthday; B. The minor child is inducted in the military service; C. The death of the minor child; D. The emancipation of the minor child; or E. The marriage of the minor child. - 2 - The parties expressly agree that automatic wage withholding is waived and payment of support shall be made directly to the Petitioner on the first of each month. II. That service of the Order of the Court by the attorney for the Respondent on the Petitioner by mail at her last known mailing address shall be due and proper service for all purposes. III. That the Judgment and Decree in all other respects shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. IV. That the Court's Order amending the Judgment and Decree to reflect the terms of his Agreement may be entered without further notice to either party.
