hey welcome back guys another video Fabio Hart here going right into what it is I want to talk about um really quick let's talk about the affair of doing this business by yourself I don't care if you're residential I don't care if you're commercial there is a certain level of fear when you're just beginning starting ah I was just thinking back when I first started out back in February 2012 and now how scary it was my guy I can remember just like yesterday I was at my brother house and you know I remember that night before I started even going door-to-door I got started there I felt myself I was on the way to a drought you know I couldn't I feel like I couldn't make shake like I you know I was I was at a tough spot but I persevered and I really believed in myself and I was able to turn water into wine and I feel you guys can do the exact same thing listen I'm not telling you at all that this thing is gonna be easy I understand some of you may be in the same boat as myself as I was starting out by yourself I didn't even have a girlfriend at the time right it was like me totally by myself my family didn't really necessarily believe in it you know they couldn't understand why I would want to you know do a cleaning business like why you want to clean up and do that type of thing and at the time and I was really under pressure I was a lot of pressure because I don't know if you guys experienced this but have you ever experienced you see yourself in a different position than where you're at but you don't have really uh a game plan to get there like you see yourself in the money you see yourself in the cars you want to be in and the house you want to be in right you see yourself in this this space but you don't have two nickels to rub together like you don't have a game plan you don't have a blueprint if you will to get there in that what's me man back in February I didn't know I just seen myself very successful I knew I was probably gonna start doing some clean and stuff I wasn't even sure if I wanted to do commercial residential I knew franchising was out the way because just the word French I scared me at least back then because I'm thinking like I don't have no money to start a franchise when I think of French I don't thinking maybe like you know to really successfully do the thing I'm thinking like five ten fifteen thousand twenty maybe 50k right to start a franchise now I know it doesn't cost that much to start with the franchise depending on who would you go under but but that was my mindset back then and I didn't want to do a franchise anyway that just wasn't my thing but that's the hot back one of the fear of of the unknown the fear of just getting started the fear of doing it by yourself that's the main theme of this video the fear of doing it by yourself should you fear it no no just take it one day at a time one week at a time one month at a time is all you can do that's all you can do write down a list of things that you can do for free craig'll is door to door cold calling door hangers whatever right social media advertising social media you know getting the buzz out there you know friends and family you know just write down some free things that you guys can do and start there if you stay at it you will build attraction there trust me I know because I was able to do it with the telephone and was going door-to-door and trust me acts anybody that know the Midwest region Toledo Ohio Detroit Michigan it extremely cold when did I say I started this thing in February 2012 yes it was extremely cold I'm going walking door-to-door climbing through the snow making phone calls trying to set up deals just trying to understand what it was I needed to do I was just trying to build some type of traction you guys can do the same thing man you shouldn't fear you shouldn't fear this business at all don't let this business run you out of it because there's a lot of money to be made in this business 55 billion dollar a year industry right and you can get your piece of that man there's people in this industry right now that's starting up that even this being their first year that's going to end a year make it 25,000 30,000 dollars and that's on the low side that's on a part-time side if you can't do this thing full-time don't do it full-time do a part-time once again I don't care for you doing residential or commercial right you could work this thing on the weekends do all your callings you know licking envelopes get your melons ready send them all out and then you can follow up on Monday or I'm sorry followed up sometime midweek maybe Wednesday Thursday something like that that's if you send it out millions you know you have to follow up behind this stuff you have to stay persisting - you can't just send the Mele and say oh I'll wait till they call me no make the call because maybe they were meaning to call you but they forgot to call you and affect them you call them help them remember oh you know what I was meaning to call you right and who knows you can that's an account that you can grab see me I like to go after your accounts once again I do conversions so I like to go after a counselor I don't have to put in a bid when you put in bed I mean you're going up against somebody right your bidding want something you know I don't like to do it big I like to do estimates so I like to have the total control where no one else is looking at the same site that I'm looking at so that way I could put in my estimate and perhaps pick up that account because there's no competition there there's no other numbers to look at I'm the only the only entry the only estimate that was turned in the chances are you will get those accounts you know and now that so that's why I'd say that's why I tell people all the time target smaller to meeting something medium-sized accounts you know like little churches little dinners offices office office law firms daycare centers chiropractors offices I love chiropractors there's some of the easiest builders to clean contact relatives even construction companies that have you know construction cleanup you guys can do that but never ever ever let this industry scare you out of it okay and I know you're thinking well Fabio some of that stuff that you just named will have me dead before I really get started because this it's going to be a lot of work if I do a construction site and I do about myself I don't have anybody to hide don't worry about it see the cool thing about this thing is that as you pick up accounts then you start hiring right you get to start hiring just new people or people that work in your family or some friends however you want to do it I'm not here to tell you who we should and shouldn't hire however don't let this industry scare you out of it a lot of you are so scared you're terrified I hear when I talk to you you know for those who's doing residential Residential's as some of the easiest comes to pick up if you guys just be persistent again I tell people to go after in a quarter-million-dollar and up type of homes because anything other than that I don't really see a lot of money I've had a have had some of my subscribers say hey Fabio I think you're wrong on that I it's it's a $60,000 house and I cleaned it now and I make good get it how you live right if you can find a $60,000 home and then make a pretty good money and they hire you to clean it my all means go ahead I'll turn the money down right it just wouldn't be for me I would like to look at the quarter million dollar half a million dollar homes I like to deal with the millionaires a billionaires because a lot of times they will connect it and when you do a good job you get dissociating and socializing I should say with them then they begin to help you with association right so terms of referrals and things of this sort so and I'm all for that I value the networking aspect I did a video on networking yesterday but I value that so don't be afraid you guys you hurt you know my story you heard my story you guys can really really do it just don't let the fear of the unknown overshadow your potential success the industry is wide
