Which is the best business to start?
The good business to start which are worth investing time and money are to start a franchise, they are best in light of the fact that most franchisors help franchisees build up a strategy for success. Numerous components of the arrangement are standard working techniques set up by the franchisor. Different parts of the arrangement are modified to the requirements of the franchisee. The most troublesome part of another business is its start-up. Scarcely any accomplished administrators think about how to set up another business since they just do it a couple of times. Be that as it may, a franchisor has a lot of experience collected from helping its franchisees with start-up. This experience will help diminish botches that are expensive in both cash and time. A franchisor ordinarily offers a few promoting points of interest. The franchisor can get ready and pay for the advancement of expert publicizing efforts. Local or national promoting done by the franchisor benefits all franchisees. What's more, the franchisor can give counsel about how to create compelling promoting programs for a neighborhood. This advantage for the most part has a cost in light of the fact that numerous franchisors require franchisees to contribute a level of their gross pay to a co-agent advertising store. It is conceivable to get help with financing another franchise through the franchisor. A franchisor will frequently make courses of action with a loaning foundation to loan cash to a franchisee. Loaning organizations locate that such plans can be very gainful and generally safe in light of the high achievement rate of establishment tasks. The franchisee should in any case acknowledge moral obligation regarding the advance, yet the franchisor's contribution as a rule improves the probability that an advance will be endorsed. An appealing component of most establishments is that they have a demonstrated arrangement of task. This framework has been created and refined by the franchisor. A franchisor with numerous franchisees will ordinarily have a very refined framework in light of the whole experience of every one of these activities. The best franchises I can suggest you now a days are Online services, They are the franchise options for many reasons, low cost and less initial space are the two important features of it.Look out for a company like Phixman. This company is India’s one of the best Online Mobile Repair Company, this is the best investment because smartphones are becoming a basic need in everyone’s life and we can’t live without our phone for a day. Phixman is the company that takes your smartphone from your doorstep, repairs it and then delivers it back to your doorstep, all you have to do is place your order. It is India’s one of the fastest growing franchises and is the best franchise to start in 2019.

Why did Putin thank only two countries, China and India, when Russia reconquested Crimea?
A little background information on the conflict (For those who know the background answer starts at the 3rd paragraph), Crimea is the only warm water port access to Russia and the only access point that allows them to maintain and deploy ships to the Indian Ocean and other Oceans through which all the important shipping traffic passes through. If they lost this access, they would only have access to the cold water ports on their northern coastlines and would be forced to travel all the way through Europe or Asia for any form of deployment which due to the distance and logistics/time required is an obvious nightmare and an unacceptable delay/risk. This has made having full access to Crimea's ports the biggest strategic priority for any ruling faction in Russia since centuries ago. Every time their access to this region was about to be cut they waged a war to keep it open and it was obvious to everyone with a bit of knowledge about History. You can read about the Crimean War or more information. So when they were about to lose their access to the region due to the actions of the CIA which helped setup a government in Ukraine which was favorable to the US/UK/NATO and used them to draw Ukraine to their camp by joining NATO, EU and such, it forced Russia to act to keep their most vital strategic region accessible. This became the Crimean conflict of the new millennium. Now for the Answer, once the Crimean conflict started Russia received the full range of sanctions, boycotts, embargoes, credit stops and more issued by the US Government (Since most of the world's trading was being done with USD the US Government has the singular authority to suspend a country's foreign trade easily), the EU and a number of other nations. Russia has traditionally had more business relationships with EU and the West than the Asian nations. For eg: Russia purchased a large amount of it's food necessities from the EU first and filled the remaining gap elsewhere while exporting cheap natural gas and other energy supplies via pipelines to the EU. International sanctions during the Ukrainian crisisEU sanctions against Russia over Ukraine crisisPutin Recognizes Crimea SecessionUS imposes second wave of sanctions on RussiaThird Wave of Sanctions Slams Russian Stocks | BusinessEU Readies Russia Sanctions Amid U.S. Pressure on UkraineEU Draft Urges Deeper Sanctions Against RussiaThis sudden and full sanction crippled the Russian economy as expected and to make the situation worse for them, many motions against them were being considered at the UN. It was at this critical juncture when their traditional trade routes were all but sealed and they were left alone did a few countries came to their support at the UN and on the economic front.Impact of Western sanctions on the Russian economyRussian Economy, Already Bruised, Faces Greater Pains Over Ukraine CrisisFirst at the UN, India supported the Russia stand and asked for a peaceful solution which was a big boost to their position since India is a democracy and we have a good record (of not invading other nations for one and so on). This put India as the only major democracy to support Russia on the issue. This was followed by China who abstained from voting and this helped them since China was a growing power and the world's manufacturing hub with their own signNow influence. This helped draw more allies to Russia's cause and helped them avoid the major motions drawn up against them and gave them time to form a counter to the political and PR/propaganda war launched against them. India's balancing act in Crimea crisis Why India doesn’t support Western sanctions on RussiaExplaining China’s Position on the Crimea ReferendumWhy Did BRICS Back Russia on Crimea? On the economic front, India and China signed many deals worth hundreds of billions of dollars to buy energy resources and other goods from Russia while supplying Russia with food and other essentials they needed. One of the biggest examples is the Putin visit to India where he signed a large number of deals on a variety of fields and the massive Russia-China energy deal. 24 hours Russia-India signs 100 bn USD worth of deals in various fields including nuclear contractsRussia, China Add to $400 Billion Gas Deal With Accord These actions saved Russia's economy and in the long run will allow them to avoid being unilaterally sanctioned like this again. This will also provide them with direct extremely strong links to the the two fastest growing and most populous countries in the World which is a lot of political, economic and soft power. Thus, Putin thanked India and China for their help during this trying period. I hope this answers your question. You can read more about the issue and it's political, economic, military and cultural (PR, media, etc) effects online for a more detailed picture.NOTE 1 : For those wondering why Crimea is so important when the Black Sea is landlocked? The answer is simple - it is not landlocked. The Straits of the Bosphorus which form the world's narrowest straits used for International navigation connect it to the Aegean and thus the Mediterranean sea. So why is the Bosporus so important?Bosporus Straits, Turkey - Encyclopedia of EarthNOTE 2: For those wondering why they can't use their warm water ports in the East - it's because they are too far away - tucked away in a corner. You can see it from the map. On the other hand, Crimea is located right near the center of Asia and Europe and is very close to Africa - so from here they can conduct international trade easily and more importantly - quickly deploy their naval forces anywhere they want - towards Europe, the Middle East, Africa or South and South East Asia. This is why it is so important.NOTE 3: A lot of people have asked me this question so I will add the answer here for your reference : "Why can't they build a port nearby on another strip of land they can easily own/buy?"In order to build a port, location is the most important factor. A wide variety of natural factors including geological, tidal and more has to be present in order for an area to be suitable as a port. This is why despite many countries have coastlines that extend for thousands of miles they only have few real ports. You can read about the various types of ports here : Port.

Who are the news organizations polling when they show statistics regarding election? I am 49 years old and I have never been pol
It varies from pollster to pollster, but usually pollsters get their sampling frame (the actual universe of people from which they’re able to draw their sample) from one of three sources:They use random digit dialing, in which they create their sample by randomly generating a bunch of ten-digit numbers and calling them. Pollsters who are interested in particular states can restrict this to valid area codes for that state—for example, a pollster who wants to survey New Hampshire will generate seven-digit numbers and add a 603 before dialing, since that’s the New Hampshire area code. They draw a random sample of voters from a voter file, a list of registered voters. Voter registration forms require you to give a phone number, so private companies like L2 compile voter data and will sell it to interested parties. They draw a sample of voters from an online panel. Scientific Internet pollsters like YouGov and SurveyMonkey recruit people to join their panels; when they conduct a political poll they draw a representative sample from their panel.Obviously, if you’re not signed up with any Internet pollsters, option 3 is off the table. But you’re still signNowable by phone through either method 1 or method 2. (Edit per Edward Conway: apparently your phone number is optional on the National Voter Registration Application Form, although I believe this varies by state, and voter files can still have your phone number if they link it to your home address.) The reason you’re not signNowed is that any one person’s chances of being signNowed by a pollster are small. A poll doesn’t need to get a big chunk of the electorate to get a reasonable degree of precision; in fact, for a large enough population the margin of error on a poll depends only on the sample size and not what proportion of the population that sample accounts for. It’s like tasting soup—you don’t need to drink half of it to see whether it’s done; if you’ve stirred the pot enough, one spoonful is enough to tell you about the entire pot. Also, if you have a habit of ignoring calls from phone numbers you don’t recognize, you may have been contacted by a pollster anyway, and you just didn’t realize it.

How do celebrities travel around the world so easily? Do they not have immigration and visa issues?
I'm a a UK citizen, and have travelled with a lot of musicians as I worked as a sound engineer on tour for many years. Some of the musicians I travelled with would have people waiting at the airport for autographs and such so I suppose that qualifies them as “celebrities”.The visa issue, whilst complicated isn't too hard to get around. Here's what we did.The biggest “hack” here that most people don't know is that you can have 2 passports issued at the same time (I can only speak for U.K. Passports but I think most countries will do this). This is essential if you travel as much as I did. We would regularly have one passport away getting a visa put in it at an embassy, whilst still having other travel commitments, so we would need 2.To get a second passport in the U.K. all you need to do is get a covering letter from a management company (when I did it we had a letter showing out commitments, and some supporting documents with contracts for some of the gigs booked) and then go to the passport office to go through the usual process of getting a new passport. It's really easy if you have genuine need for a second passport. The second hack is that your average joe passport only has 32 pages in it. A passport lasts for 10 years in most cases, so if you travel a lot, this quickly gets filled up. When you apply for a passport you can pay extra money to get a 48 page passport.Personally I still filled these up in less than 10 years. When they approach being full, having 2 spare adjacent pages is important. Some visas insist you have 2 blank pages next to each other so when your passport starts getting full you need to be careful to keep these. Some immigration people seem to stamp at random. When my passport starts getting full, I put a post-it-note on the blank pages that are next to each other and write on them “please do not stamp here! Thank you!” And draw on a smiley face. Every immigration person I've ever encountered have been fine with this. One or two have asked why. I explain I need the blank pages next to each other for future visas. They always say no problem. That's the passport issue dealt with, onto the actual visas. This bit is simple! The answer is “someone else does it for you!”Every band I've worked with has a management company, a tour manager, and a booking agency. Someone at one of these places will do all the visa applications for you. Occasionally you have to sign a bit of paper and that's it. Most of the time one passport will be at the management office in the U.K so it's ready to go and have visas put in, whilst you travel on the other. When you swap passports, apart from the brief period when you need both, you try and leave one in the U.K. to make life easier for whatever pretty young intern (it's always a pretty young intern) has the thankless task of applying for a bunch of visas for the whole touring party. The only exception is the good old US of A. Despite what Donald Trump may have lead you to believe, getting a USA work visa is really really hard. You have to fill out loads of forms online, tell them loads and loads and loads of personal information on an old web app that crashes all the time. I'm absolutely certain it was made last millennium. This is the one visa that you pretty much have to apply for yourself. They ask so much information the management company simply won't know the answers, and furthermore the questions and the bureaucracy around it change every couple of years. After this arduous process (it takes a couple of hours to fill it all out) you then have to apply for an interview at the embassy. Here you get interviewed about why you have to go and work there and why no American could do your job. This is especially hard for me, because I actively dislike working in America, and I have to be all nice and pretend like I give a fuck. Oh and once they declined my Muslim friend because he had the same name as a terrrorist in Pakistan. Donald would be so proud…..Anyway apart from that it's plain sailing really.Once you have 2 passports with extra pages and an office with some pretty young intern to fill out visa applications you can saunter around the world on your merry little way, quaffing champagne in airport lounges with no idea the hard work going on behind the scenes! It's not a bad life.Bon voyage!

What is the origin of language?
What's the origin of language? Rousseau had a similar point of view: he said humans' first language was poetic since we transform real objects into signs in order to speak of them. This, Rousseau concluded, is the very avatar of creating metaphors, so humans created their tongues by means of rhetoric devices, which, in short, constitutes creating poetry. This is true at a very basic level, but it's a dangerous oversimplification of an otherwise complex phenomenon (Herder ridiculed Rousseau's romanticism-laden musings on human tongues). Indeed, creating nouns, verbs or adjectives, for instance, could be thought of as met...

What's your opinion of the Women's March on Washington?
I think, all things considered, it was ultimately pointless.Let’s get something straight right now.The point of a protest is not to walk around for a few hours, emotionally bond with strangers, shout your heart out, and pat yourself on the back for being a good person. The point is to actually change things for your cause as a direct result of the protest. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t.So that’s how I’m judging this protest: its ability to actually change things for the cause it espouses. Nothing else matters. There are a couple reasons why this protest is pointless.(1) The location and timing are completely nonstrategic. While it may seem like common sense to think that holding a protest in America’s capital on the new President’s inauguration day is a great idea, you need to stop and consider the fact that Hillary Clinton won a whopping 90.9% of the vote in D.C., and Donald Trump only got a shockingly low 4.1% of that pie. [1]Meaning, the people living in D.C. who pay attention to the protest are overwhelmingly likely to already agree with it. This protest is not changing any local mindsets. It’s also not changing non-local mindsets, considering that Hillary got more than a million more popular votes than Donald overall. Now, since my criticism is about location and timing, your next question may be this: when and where should the protest have taken place, ideally?IN TERMS OF TIME: Sometime long before the election, or sometime long into the future. Now is a terrible time to do it, primarily because it will be associated with the election and will therefore be either agreed with, or completely dismissed.America is so incredibly politically divided at this point that a protest for women’s issues needs to keep its distance from politics. Protesters need to make it incredibly clear that they are not Democrat or Republican; they are pro-gender equality.Protest Trump if you want, but make it a separate thing. Political affiliation has no place in the fight for gender equality.IN TERMS OF PLACE: Specifically in places in America (or around the world) that are known for being very anti-gender equality.Very Important Note: These places should not be decided based on who voted for or supported Trump. Politics needs to stay out of feminism unless feminists plan to run for office and pass legislation that supports feminist goals.Once again, gender equality ought to be a commonly shared value regardless of political affiliation.Where to go, based on this principle, ought to be decided by determining common attitudes. This can be done thusly: travel around the country, and around the Internet, and get yourself a picture of what attitudes are like, what specifically people want and agree/disagree with, and go from there.Yes, it will take a while. Yes, it will be difficult to organize and execute. Who said protesting was supposed to be easy? But it’s worth it if you can actually pull it off, because this is exactly what strategic protesting is: you plan the time and place effectively, and then your protest might actually mean something to the people who listen.(2) The protest is designed to fail.Yes, this protest wasn’t entirely about Donald Trump. But what was it about, then? ‘Awareness of the issues’ is meaningless drivel if nothing changes as a result of your protest.I’ve read over the Women’s March on Washington’s Unity Principles, and they consist of two things:Completely social issues (something no politician could affect even if they wanted to, because they require a change in civilian mindset, not legislation).Legislative issues (which are pointless to protest unless the politicians you are calling to action actually care about your opinion; Trump doesn’t, because he’s already elected and will stay that way for at least four years unless he’s impeached, and since the protest doesn’t target local politicians with specific proposals and community pressure, local politicians won’t care either).See my point? The protest won’t work. No one in the position to make the changes demanded actually cares about making those changes.(3) The protest’s issues are poorly presented.I guess there’s no point criticizing the actual protest for lack of complexity in presentation and content, since it’s kind of difficult to present ideas through a megaphone or sign as you walk. I’ll just address the issues as they’re presented in written form online.First of all, on the protest’s official website, the linked PDF’s wording and content have been chopped down. The website merely presents a single page of general ideas, and if I’m being totally honest, the whole thing is something a high school student could draw up.Literally. I’m a high school student and I’m confident I could write a similar list from memory within fifteen minutes if I wanted to. And I know almost nothing about politics. The complexity of the issues presented on the page is so incredibly basic that it’s actually embarrassing.Hint: saying “women want racial justice” is not a comprehensive proposal. The Guiding Vision and Definition of Principles PDF is not much better. It’s six pages, but the language is even more general and elaborate (in other words, designed to take up more space), a quarter of the whole thing is just lists of people associated with the protest, and the entire first page is essentially a moral circlejerk of themselves, previous activists, and how wonderful they all are as people.Only 3.5 pages of the 6 page document are actually an explanation of what the issues and goals of the protest are. Almost half the document is complete drivel, basically.Even then, none of the factual claims in the PDF have citations or explanations of how the protest specifically is supposed to help any of the issues mentioned (once again, ‘awareness’ doesn’t mean anything). So, in conclusion: the protest was pointless because the location and timing were off, it’s designed to fail, and the issues of the protest were poorly presented on all fronts.Again, walking around and patting yourself on the back for having done so doesn’t really count as a win in any sense of the word.
