I've signed a lot of pdfs with the "sign my signature" button for a few years, but I've had trouble for some reason (not sure it's a problem with the tool but more with me). I'm just starting to understand what happens on that screen. The only other thing I can think of is you don't make the signature. You click on "sign my signature" button, the program opens a window where you can click to print the file, or click on the sign button, then print the file, then you sign another document with your signature, then you can sign the document you just printed. It's not that complicated. It's pretty easy. In fact, I think the whole process is pretty straightforward, and the only reason I'm asking is just that you might find it interesting. The first thing we do is to save our file, and the program does not save that file automatically, only the signature. You have to click save, and save it manually. Also, you can't save that signature in the signature box and click save. It's like a separate field. If there was a signature box, I imagine it would work in that way.
