hello everyone thanks for your interest in sign requests in this video I will be giving a demonstration of our program and some of its features so here we are at the home page in the top right corner you can see from which account you are logged into if you click on it you can see your personal account and you can also see all existing teams you have linked to your account later in the demo we will tell you more about teams so when we look at the left side of the home page you can immediately start uploading the document that you would like to be signed when you click on the green button you will get two different options so either you can select a template this is a document you have uploaded in the past and have already prepared with your custom placeholders and signature fields or you can also just upload a file from your computer by clicking choose file to upload once you have uploaded the file you will get the question who needs to sign and you can select meet and others only me or only others below you can see the email from which account you are logged into the recipient will also be able to see this email address then you can add the contact you would like to send the sign request to you can add up to 20 signers here here you can write a message that the recipient will see in their email and then you can click prepare document so when the document has been uploaded the document will pop up on the left side of the screen you can click anywhere on the document and you will get four different options you can add a signature field a date field a text field and a checkbox when you click signature field you will be asked who would you like to sign and click save a signature box will pop up with the color which corresponds to the contact on the right you can drag the box around to place wherever you like and you can also make it smaller or bigger when you select the date field the option prefilled date will automatically be checked this means that the correct date will appear when the recipient opens the sign request when adding a text field you have the option to add a description this could for example be a name location a price or so on so looking at the right-hand side of the screen now you can set different actions for each contact in addition to signing you could also have someone approve a document you can notify them send a copy or let someone sign in person if you would like to add another signer you can just type their email address in the add contact box here it is also possible to establish an order of signing the numbers next to...
