what's up everyone this is tony journey crypto in this video we're going to be doing a cryptocurrency market update and going over some huge crypto news as well with the announcement of the stimulus check we have bitcoin passing 50 000 again so leading up to that next stimulus check and crypto merchant payments and some other things huge news from jp morgan today as well so before we get started the word of the stimulus check that's going to be coming out very soon we had bitcoin pass 50 000 again people anticipating a lot of money coming into the markets and i do think that will give the crypto space the boost it needs i do think we have unit swap version 3 coming very soon as well and i do believe that because we have had the price of uni token on a steady rise up 50 this week getting close to flipping xrp and market cap here that could happen in the next couple days here especially if uniswap version 3 launches which i do expect is going to be very soon that uniswap version 3 is going gonna be great for a lot of smaller all coins and aetherium as well because that will fix some of the gas fee problems a lot of all coins um i think will surge in price that have major events and that are bullish right now as well because that will open the door to the masses once again buying these smaller all coins for the lower gas fees so i do believe we're getting very close to a huge all coin season where we're gonna see a lot of smaller all coins going parabolic again and that's because we do have a few major events coming up one being unit swap version three paypal crypto merchant payments as well as the stimulus package uh coming out as well and this is the biggest stimulus check per person yet and we have to keep in mind there's a lot more people in the crypto space uh since the uh the first stimulus check that we got and it's another 200 on top of that so that's going to be a lot more money flowing into the crypto space this time around compared to the last couple stimulus checks and i definitely think that's going to be the boost we need especially for smaller all coins like i said with the launch of uni version 3. i think we're really going to be seeing some all coins going parabolic very quickly so we do have some other huge news here as well jp morgan sends its private clients a primer on crypto and this is very interesting because they do compare bitcoin to some other uh major industries here so some highlighted important info jpmorgan has sent a report to its private banking clients to educate them on the risks and opportunities of investing in crypto so something else very important to take note of here is they distributed this to clients of jpmorgan private bank which requires a minimum balance of 10 million or more to open an account so all the people receiving this information are whales they have huge buying pressure and that could definitely help push the price of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies up especially with the bullish information they put in uh this statement as well so jp morgan co-president daniel pinto claimed demand isn't there yet from clients for crypto services but it will be there at some point so they know it's coming they know uh they're basically preparing to get into crypto i wouldn't be surprised if they're already uh starting to buy bitcoin and get in and prepare their services so the report breaks down how bitcoin could be valued applying three different metrics the number of users the value of gold and the global money supply so comparing um bitcoin's value to the square of number of users it would only be worth twenty one thousand dollars but if applying the current value of gold to the max supply of 21 million bitcoin it would have a value of 540 000 per bitcoin pretty crazy there if we do get to the same market cap as gold we will be seeing bitcoin price at five hundred thousand dollars per bitcoin and more whereas applying the global value of money to bitcoin's max supply would place the cryptos valuation at 1.9 million dollars per bitcoin which is why there's some people out there that have predictions of a one million dollar bitcoin or more so i think this is a massive indicator that jp morgan is working on offering crypto related services sending out this statement is pretty much um an official confirmation to me so over 2021 i do see jp morgan uh launching cryptocurrency related services uh which is going to be massive for the crypto space so something else interesting here is uh there's a website where you can sell tweets basically as an nft jack dorsey the creator of twitter is offering to sell the first tweet as an nft and the highest bid is currently 2.5 million dollars for the first ever tweet from the creator of twitter so very interesting there i did see some elon musk tweets in there and everything so nfts are just exploding right now basically collectibles of art and different things that is um verifiable on the blockchain so i do believe this nft craze is great for the entire crypto space it's getting a lot of celebrities and artists to do limited edition nfts which also brings a lot of attention to the crypto space which means more and more retail investors getting into crypto and buying pressure will continue rising uh leading into major events throughout 2021 is only going to push the crypto global market cap up in my opinion so another interesting article here crypto coin outperforming bitcoin is about to see supply reduced this is referring to the ethereum network upgrade that's coming to reduce the gas fees which we have been talking about the eip-1559 so something interesting about this that not only reduces ethereum gas fees the move will reduce the amount of outstanding ether by destroying some of the tokens every time it's used to fuel transactions on the world's most used blockchain this is great and it will make ethereum deflationary as tokens will constantly being burned so the reduced supply of ether will likely lead to rising prices as demand for the coin increases as well of course this will play out over time and i do think competitors uh could be taking the spotlight within this time as well since we do have cardano finishing the gogen main net smart contracts launching and that should be playing out over the next month and a half as well so this upgrade to ethereum is not coming till july to august and that could be delayed as well so in my opinion cardano is still going to be better return on investment throughout 2021 than ethereum although all of these are going to coexist and i do hold ethereum and cardonal ada at least for the time being as time goes and we see one project become more prominent than the other i may switch up what i'm holding so bitcoin price hits 51 000 as us senate passes 1.9 trillion dollar stimulus and uh like we said this one's for more money than the previous ones fourteen hundred dollars per person leading up to this i do think demand will be rising and then once this stimulus is sent out a lot of people will be putting this money into crypto as well uh definitely stimulating the crypto space and then eventually we'll have inflation playing out as well which will increase the price of kryptos over time also so it has both a positive short term and long term effect so as i did state in previous videos this all coincided has a lot of major events in march and april they had an article here uh talking about apple pay integration and staking 3.0 launch push cody price to a new high they still have a lot of other major events coming up as well so i did feature this as a good all coin in the trading series it's up um over 20 since i did that video and this is still only around 200 million dollar market cap but keep in mind this is at a peak price so be very cautious buying into all coins like this when they're at a peak price always keep in mind it's much higher risk buying at a peak but with so many major events this does have a good possibility it's going to continue rising uh leading up to one dollar very possible so that's it for today's crypto news and market update i hope
