Now that you've had a chance to see what a Kynect business is all about, I wanted to take some time to show you exactly how to start earning income as quickly as possible. First, get with the person who invited you to the event and let them know you're ready to become a Kynect associate. They'll either direct you to their personal home site or give you a unique ID to enter as you sign up on wekynect.com. Click the join Kynect button and fill in all the required fields on the enrollment form. You'll add your payment method to cover the enrollment fee and you'll be asked if you'd like to opt in for Kynect Pro. A Kynect Pro subscription is completely optional, but you'll need it if you want access to tools like in-depth business training, your own home site, reports and the Kynect share app just to name a few. If you get Kynect Pro, download the Kynect share app right away. From the app, you can create a list of people to talk to about Kynect and our services. You can create your list manually or import your phones context to the app. I'll explain how that benefits you shortly. Next, you might want to enroll in Kynect services yourself. This isn't required, but it will help you get closer to earning your first bonus as a regional director. We call this getting qualified and you'll need to earn personal customer points by enrolling customers to do it more on that later. Associates and customers follow the exact process for enrolling in services, so listen carefully. If you're a Kynect Pro subscriber, go to your personal home site and click shop services at the top of the page. All service enrollments including your own are automatically tied to you if they're completed through your home site. If you don't have Kynect Pro, go to wekynect.com and click the shop services button there. This part is important when you or your customers enroll through wekynect.com instead of your home site. Always make sure to enter your associate ID number, this is the easiest way to tie those enrollments to you. If eligible, you may enroll up for as many services as you want. As far as Truvvi and brings home security enrollments go, there's one small caveat for associates. You'll need to go to your Kynect Central, your personal hub for all things related to your business to sign up for those services. You'll find the links to get started in the services tab. Speaking of Kynect Central, let's move on to the next step, watching the get Kynected training videos. There are two videos in the series, get qualified and share Kynect. Get qualified we'll take you through the process of promoting to regional director and qualifying for your first bonus step-by-step. Share Kynect we'll take things a little further by showing you how to build a team and help them promote to regional director as well. You'll find both videos in Kynect Central's video library. Next, you need to qualify for your first bonus by promoting to regional director within 60 days of joining Kynect. Like I mentioned, you do this by earning personal customer points as you enroll others in Kynect services. You'll need 40 personal customer points to promote to regional director. That sounds like a lot, but hear me out, a Kynect Pro subscription is worth 20 points on its own. On average enrolling in Kynect services yourself is worth 10 points, and the average customer enrollment is worth about 10 points. With this in mind, you only need to enroll at least one customer worth five points from outside your household to promote to regional director and qualify for your first bonus. Start thinking about the customer now, we like to say this person is someone who loves you the most or owes you the most, mom, dad, brother, sister, best friend or even your neighbor. Once you've narrowed it down, don't waste any time, pick up that phone, call the person and ask them if they'll be willing to support your business. Help them get to the shop services page on your home site or wekynect.com and follow the steps just like you did. Once you have your 40 personal customer points with at least five points coming from outside your household, congrats you've promoted to regional director. If you get this done within your first 60 days as an associate you'll earn a hundred dollar bonus. Then you move on to the last step, share Kynect and grow your team. This involves promoting to managing director the first leadership position in Kynect. This is where you will start building your team. First, you need more personal customer points. You have 40 already but you need to have a total of 100. Note, 70 of those hundred points must come from outside your household. Then you need to personally sponsor at least three associates. So the question is, who will you invite to team up with you? Start by building a contact list, as I mentioned earlier this is super easy to do through the Kynect share app. Think of the people who are credible and influential, have a great attitude, are goal oriented and are open to paying an enrollment fee to get started, prioritize that list first, reach out and say something like I teach people how to get paid recurring income on services people use every day. Let's get together and chat, I'd love to get your opinion. Once you have your three personal associates, you need to build your team overall to eight associates. You could sponsor all eight yourself, but you don't have to. Let's say you personally sponsor four, and those associates sponsor the remaining four. Then you can work together towards the next requirement earning a total of 160 team customer points. Keep in mind this doesn't include the 100 personal customer points you earned yourself or Kynect Pro subscriptions. As you can see growing your team and getting 160 team customer points doesn't have to work in the perfect balance. In this example, only two of your personally sponsored associates reach regional director. That's okay, you still checked off all the requirements to reach managing director. If you do all of this in your first 60 days, you can earn up to $1,200 and bonuses as managing director. At this rank, you can also earn leadership income which pays out on both one-time leadership bonuses and recurring Leadership MEI. Let's talk about leadership bonuses first. For every associate who joins your coded managing director organization you get paid a one-time leadership bonus of $100 when they reach regional director within their first 60 days. That bonus grows to $200 if you're a fully coded senior director. It keeps growing as you promote in reaching $300 at the highest rank of national director. All leadership bonuses are paid to unlimited levels. As those coded associates in each of your coded leadership organizations enroll customers, you'll earn additional MEI on each customer every month, we called this Leadership MEI. Leadership MEI actually begins at regional director. You earn an extra 10 cents every month for every customer enrolled by your associates in your organization, as long as you're the coded regional director. As managing director, it bumps up to an extra 25 cents. At senior director it's 75 cents, in executive director, it's a dollar 50 and finally at national director, it's $2. Just like leadership bonuses, leadership MEI pays to unlimited levels. For more on leadership income, be sure to check out the compensation plan in the share Kynect video and Kynect Central. As you can tell taking immediate action and teaching others to do the same is key to maximizing your income. My biggest piece of advice for you is to make sure you stay plugged into Kynect.
