Speaking of Kynect Central, let's move on to the next step, watching the get Kynected training videos. There are two videos in the series, get qualified and share Kynect. Get qualified we'll take you through the process of promoting to regional director and qualifying for your first bonus step-by-step. Start thinking about the customer now, we like to say this person is someone who loves you the most or owes you the most, mom, dad, brother, sister, best friend or even your neighbor. Once you've narrowed it down, don't waste any time, pick up that phone, call the person and ask them if they'll be willing to support your business. Help them get to the shop services page on your home site or wekynect.com and follow the steps just like you did. Once you have your 40 personal customer points with at least five points coming from outside your household, congrats you've promoted to regional director. If you get this done within your first 60 days as an associate you'll earn a hundred dollar bonus. Then you move on to the last step, share Kynect and grow your team. This involves promoting to managing director the first leadership position in Kynect. This is where you will start building your team. First, you need more personal customer points. You have 40 already but you need to have a total of 100. Note, 70 of those hundred points must come from outside your household. Then you need to personally sponsor at least three associates. So the question is, who will you invite to team up with you?
